Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in cyberloafing between male and female employees at PT. Ira Jaya Satria. The problem is focused on one of the individual factors of cyberloafing, namely gender. The cyberloafing scale in this study was measured based on aspects of cyberloafing, namely; minor cyberloafing, and serious cyberloafing. The scale above uses a Likert scale with 4 answer choices. The sample in this study amounted to 63 people. Data were collected through a sampling technique using a total sampling technique and analyzed quantitatively. This study concludes that based on the results of the T-test Analysis calculation, it is known that there are differences in cyberloafing in terms of gender. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference with a coefficient of T = 8.646 with p = 0.000 <0.050. Based on these results, it means that the proposed hypothesis which states that there are differences in cyberloafing in terms of gender is declared accepted.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of religiosity on guilty feelings which is moderated by self-concept in detainees at the Belawan Police detention center. A total of 200 samples of prisoners were in the Belawan Police detention center. The sample was selected proportionally by random sampling. Data was obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS version 3.0. The research results show that religiosity has a significant positive effect on guilty feelings, with an effect of 0.615 (61.5%). Religiosity also has a significant positive effect on self-concept with an influence size of 0.997 (99.7%). Meanwhile, self-concept has a significant negative effect on guilty feelings of -0.623 (-62.3). In the mediating role, it was found that self-concept was unable to moderate the influence of religiosity on guilty feelings, because the influence was only 0.003. The biggest influence that can influence the Guilty Feeling variable in police detention in Belawan is the Religiosity variable. Meanwhile, the negative influence of self-concept on guilty feelings means that prisoners' awareness needs to be increased, so that the more they are aware of their self-concept, the prisoners will be able to accept the situation, that they will regret and also change, so that they will not make the same mistakes they have made. . The suggestions given are to work together to build and increase the level of religiosity or religious values and provide input related to a positive self-concept to the prisoners. Incorporating religious values including; ideological dimension, ritual dimension, intellectual involvement, experienced dimension and consequential dimension. By increasing the religious values of prisoners, the hope is to increase the level of self-awareness of prisoners, especially at the Belawan Police Detention Center.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of self-concept and parenting patterns on bullying behavior at SMA The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale with three scales, namely the bullying behavior scale, self-concept scale and parenting style scale. Based on the results of product moment correlation analysis calculations, it can be seen that: (1) there is a significant negative relationship between self-concept and bullying behavior as determined by the coefficient R = -0.392 (2) there is a significant negative relationship between parenting style and bullying behavior as determined by coefficient R = -0.834 (3) there is a significant negative relationship between self-concept and parenting patterns on bullying behavior at SMA X as shown by R-Square = 0.741 with a contribution of 74.1%. From the results of the research conductedthen it can be concluded that the proposed hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This research method uses quantitative methods. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of religiosity on altruistic behavior, to determine the influence of empathy on altruistic behavior, and to determine the influence of religiosity and empathy on altruistic behavior. The population was 115 and the sample was 115 students with a total sampling technique. Based on the results of the multiple regression test, there is a significant influence between religiosity and altruism as seen from the value of the terminant coefficient (R2) which has a value of 0.178, meaning that religiosity at the school contributes 17.8% to the altruism of students at UISU Siantar High School, then there is an influence The significant difference between empathy and altruism can be seen from the diterminant coefficient (R2) which has a value of 0.168, meaning that the empathy of students at this school contributes 16.8% to the altruism of UISU Siantar High School students. Based on the results of the multiple regression analysis test, there are results that there is a significant influence between religiosity and empathy on altruism as seen from the value of the terminant coefficient (R2) which has a value of 0.505, meaning that the student's religiosity and empathy contribute 50.5% to the altruism of high school students. Abstract

This study examined the efficacy of the empty chair technique in reducing stress levels among stressed female adolescents in secondary education settings. A quasi-experimental, one-group pretest-posttest design was employed. The sample comprised 74 high school female students selected through purposive sampling based on pre-established stress symptomatology criteria. Psychological distress was assessed using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), a 10-item unidimensional instrument with demonstrated validity (Cronbach's α = 0.81) and internal consistency across adolescent populations. The empty chair technique intervention was administered across 8 weekly sessions (60-minute duration per session), conducted by trained Gestalt counselors following manualized protocol. Data were analyzed using paired-samples t-tests with calculation of Cohen's d effect sizes and 95% confidence intervals. Mean perceived stress scores decreased significantly from pretest (M = 18.59, SD = 9.18) to posttest (M = 15.85, SD = 9.57), representing a reduction of 2.74 points (95% CI: 1.32–4.16). Paired-samples t-test revealed this reduction was statistically significant, t(73) = 2.91, p = 0.004, with a moderate effect size (Cohen's d = 0.29). The magnitude of change suggests clinically meaningful stress reduction, as approximately 68% of participants demonstrated measurable improvement exceeding one standard error of measurement. The Empty Chair Technique demonstrates efficacy as a school-based, brief psychosocial intervention for reducing psychological stress among adolescents. Future investigations should employ randomized controlled designs with longer follow-up assessments, standardized adherence measures, and multi-method outcome evaluation to establish robust evidence for dissemination within school counseling programs.
