The purpose of this study is to find out the Correlations of Self-Confidence and Social Support with the Anxiety of Students of Master of Psychology Medan Area University in completing the thesis. This research is quantitative research Ex post pacto Correlational. The research population is a Master of Psychology student at Medan Area University who experienced anxiety in completing a thesis as many as 55 people. By using the Total Sampling Technique (the entire population becomes a sample of research). Data collection techniques are carried out on a scale (Self-Confidence, Social Support and Anxiety). The data analysis technique in this study is multiple regression analysis. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it is known that the first hypothesis there is a significant negative relationship between Self-confidence and Anxiety, judging from the value of the determinant coefficient (R) = -0.602, contribution of 36.2%. The second hypothesis is that there is a significant negative relationship between social support and anxiety in view of the value of the determinant coefficient (R) = -0.631, a contribution of 39.8%. And the third hypothesis shows that there is a significant negative relationship between Self-Confidence and Social Support with Anxiety judging by the value of the determinant coefficient (R) = -0.659 contributing 43.4%. Based on the results of the third study the hypothesis is acceptable.

This study aims to determine the corellation between self-efficacy and emotional intelligence with anxiety in students of SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Meriah. Self-efficacy is a state of individual attitude to ensure himself that he will be able to carry out and complete certain tasks in various conditions Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize oneself, be able to carry out social interactions and be able to adapt to the behavior of others. Anxiety is a feeling of fear and worry that is long-lasting on something that is not clear (subjective). The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy and emotional intelligence with anxiety. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling technique is total sampling, the sample is 143 students. The data collection method uses a Likert model scale. This study uses a scale of self - efficacy and emotional intelligence and anxiety scale . Multiple regression data analysis method. Based on the data analysis, it was obtained that Rxy) = -0.625 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, with BE% = 39.1%. Then based on the comparison of the two average values, it can be seen that self-efficacy is classified as low, meaning that the hypothetical (62.5) is greater than the empirical average (59.75) and the difference does not exceed the number one SD (11.674) and relative emotional intelligence. where the hypothetical mean (62.5) is greater than the empirical mean (61.31) and the difference does not exceed the number one SD (9.175) and moderate anxiety leads to high where the hypothetical mean (62.5) is smaller than the empirical mean (67, 43) and the difference does not exceed the number one SD (11,626). Thus, the proposed hypothesis is stated.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Gratitude (kebersyukuran) dan Religiusitas degan student engangement (keterlibatan siswa) di MAS Muallimin UNIVA Medan. Student engangement (keterlibatan siswa) adalah frekuensi siswa untuk memiliki kemauan dalam kegiatan rutin maupun program sekolah baik di dalam dan di luar kelas dengan indikator perilaku, emosional dan kognitif. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu Ada hubungan positif antara Gratitude (kebersyukuran) dan religiusitas dengan student engangement (keterlibatan siswa). Teknik sampling dengan purposive sampling, sampel berjumlah 202 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala Gratitude, religiusitas, dan skala student engangement (keterlibatan siswa). Metode analisis data adalah regresi berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, maka di peroleh hasil determinan (Rxy) = 0,747 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050, artinya ada hubungan positif Gratitude dan Religiusitas terhadap student engangement (keterlibatan siswa), semakin tinggi Gratitude dan semakin tinggi Religiusitas maka semakin tinggi student engangement (keterlibatan siswa). Sumbangan Gratitude dan religiusitas terhadap student engangement (keterlibatan siswa) sebesar 55.9%. dengan demikian masih terdapat 44.1% pengaruh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan perilaku Prososial siswa yangdiberikan melalui layanan konseling kelompok yaitu teknik sosiodrama dan teknik homeroom yang dilihat melalui kepribadian siswa yaitu kepribadian ekstrovert dan kepribadian introvert. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain factorial 2x2. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 11 Medan yang terdiridari dua kelas, dimana kelas pertama sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas kedua sebagai kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini yaitu kuesioner Kepribadian dan Perilaku Prososial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan yang pertama ialah adanya pengaruh Konseling Kelompok terhadap peningkatan perilaku prososial siswa terdapat peningkatan nilai signifikan yang ditunjukkan oleh 0,000 0,005 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis menolak H0 atau menerima Ha dalam taraf alpha 5%, yang kedua ada pengaruh Kepribadian terhadap peningkatan perilaku prososial siswa. terdapat peningkatan nilai signifikan terhadap perilaku prososial yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi 0,0030,005 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis menolak H0 atau menerima Ha dalam taraf alpha 5% yang artinya ada pengaruh kepribadian terhaap perilaku prososial siswa, dan yang ketiga adanya interaksi terhadap konseling kelompok dan kepribadian yang berpengaruh pada signifikan terhadap prososial yang ditunjukkan oleh 0,015 005. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis menolak H0 atau menerima Ha dalam taraf 5%.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness and differences of puzzle and block games on improving children's socio-emotional at PAUD Mbah Ceria Medan during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design using pretest - posttest. The research population was all of Mbah Ceria's PAUD students, totaling 75 children. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 22 children. The data collection method used a child's social emotional checklist sheet with the scale used was the rating scale. Analysis of research data shows that (1) Puzzle games are effective in increasing children's socio-emotional at PAUD Mbah Ceria Medan during the COVID-19 Pandemic with an N-Gain Score of 0.4709; the effective contribution of X1 to Y is 47.1% (2) The game of blocks is effective for improving the social and emotional of children at PAUD Mbah Ceria Medan during the COVID-19 Pandemic with an N – Gain Score of 0.4800; the effective contribution of X2 to Y is 48.0% (3) There is a difference in the effectiveness of Puzzle and Block Games on children's socio-emotional improvement in PAUD Mbah Ceria Medan during the COVID-19 Pandemic, where the difference in the N - Gain Score of Puzzles and Blocks is 0.0091.

This study aims to determine: To determine the effect of playing puzzles and PAUD teacher social support on the resilience of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Kenanga Raya Medan for the 2020/2021 academic year. This research method is a quantitative descriptive correlational type by placing the research variables in two groups, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population of this research is PAUD Kenanga Raya Medan children. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique with the selected sample size of 30 children, the data collection method used the puzzle playing observation sheet and the parental social support observation sheet, and the child resilience observation sheet. Analysis of research data shows that (1) there is a significant effect between playing puzzles on the resilience of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Kenanga Raya Medan as indicated by a significance value of 0.047<0.05; (2) there is a significant effect between teacher social support on the resilience of children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Kenanga Raya, which is indicated by a value of 0.034 <0.05; (3) there is an effect of playing puzzles and teacher's social support on the resilience of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Kenanga Raya.

This study aims to determine the effect of trust on effective schools. This research was conducted in elementary schools in Deli Serdang Regency in 2020. The population of this study were elementary school teachers in Deli Serdang as many as 334 people. The research method used in this study is quantitative research with an expost facto research design, namely the variables studied are not controlled and manipulated by the researcher, but the facts are disclosed based on the measurement of symptoms that have been owned or tested what will happen. The results found that trust has a very significant direct effect on effective schools of 0.47 so it can be concluded that Trust in the form of belief, positive thinking, opening up distance, providing opportunities for action and improving social relations with other people has an effect on program planning, implementation of work plans, supervision and evaluation, school leadership, management information system as a form of effective school. To create an effective school, trust from teachers and principals is needed.

In this study the aim was to examine a behavioristic theory on flipbook learning media. The data collection technique used is a library research method by collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data here uses the theory of several behaviorists and secondary data in the form of scientific articles and books from various sources. From several studies and literature that have been processed by researchers, it can be concluded that another impact of behavioristic theory includes the birth of mastery learning formulas, which emphasize thorough learning. Complete learning has implications for the development of learning media, good learning media is one that can provide completeness in learning, meaning how learning is conditioned in such a way from the beginning to the end of learning, with clear and structured stages and steps, therefore in development the media needs to have a flowchart as an illustration in the development of learning media. The use of flowcharts is part of the influence of behaviorism learning theory. Another form of influence from the theory of behaviorism is programmed learning and individual teaching. Learning media is a highly programmed and individual form of learning. That's why learning design is very important as part of learning conditioning efforts. Likewise the presentation of material, giving summaries, questions and feedback are also part of the effort to provide stimulus, condition, know the response in learning.

The learning process is a crucial activity in enhancing the quality of learning outcomes, making the active role of students a significant factor. Family support influences student engagement in their learning at school. The research aims to examine the role of self-concept towards student engagement with family support as a mediating variable. This study utilizes a quantitative method involving data collection through scale completion. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, where samples are selected based on specific characteristics. The results of this research indicate that self-concept plays a significant role in student engagement with family support as a mediator, with a Sobel test statistic of 2.202 > 1.96 and a two-tailed p-value of 0.02 < 0.05. This suggests that self-concept significantly and positively influences student engagement, and family support can mediate the emergence of student engagement behavior.

High school students need resilience to cope with academic pressures and demands. This study aims to examine the mediating role of self-regulated learning on the effect of social support on academic resilience among high school students. For this purpose, the study population came from one of the high schools in Medan City with a total number of 615 students. This study used total sampling to obtain effective results and partial least square (PLS) SEM. SmartPLS 3.0 was used to analyse the data. The results of this study show that self-regulated learning is able to partially mediate between the influence of social support on students' academic resilience. In order to improve academic resilience, it is recommended that parents and teachers provide active support to students as a tangible manifestation of the social support provided to enhance the development of self-regulated learning in students
