Abstract

Outsourced workforce management plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of financial services companies, including PT Pegadaian (Persero). PT Era Permata Sejahtera is a staffing agency that partners with PT Pegadaian to provide employees for cashier and Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) positions at branches throughout West Java. This study aims to describe the implementation of outsourcing mangement at PT Era Permata Sejahtera, covering employee data administration, payroll management based on the West Java Regency/City Minimum Wage (UMK), operational document administration, and frontline role orientation for workers to be assigned to Pegadaian branches. The method used was descriptive qualitative research through participatory observation during a Field Word Practice (PKL) from December 2025 to February 2026 at the Bandung Regional Office. The research findings indicate that outsourcing management at PT Era Permata Sejahtera has utilized simple digital technologies such as Google Forms, but is not yet supported by an integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Adjusting payroll to account for variations in the regional minimum wage (UMK) across regencies and cities in West Java poses major challenge for the company’s HR administration. This study concludes that the effectiveness of outsourcing management is determined by data accuracy, coordination among units, and compliance with labor regulations, and recommends the adoption for a more integrated HRIS system to improve operational efficiency.

Abstract

Aircraft deployment projects involve high complexity due to the integration of multiple divisions, regulatory compliance, and structured technical data management. This study aims to analyze the role of Computerized Technical Data and Logistic Support (CTDLS) in supporting the effectiveness of aircraft deployment projects at PT Len Industri (Persero). This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation during the Internship Program (PKL). The findings indicate that CTDLS plays a strategic role in supporting project planning, organizing, implementation, and controlling processes through systematic management of technical and logistical data. The system manages important documents such as General Configuration System, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), engineering drawings, and certification documents based on CASR Part 21 and CASR Part 25 regulations. Accurate and well-structured technical data significantly contribute to project timeliness, effectiveness, and operational success. However, several challenges remain, including human error, system limitations, and external factors. Therefore, strengthening digital systems, improving human resource competencies, and optimizing cross-divisional coordination are necessary to enhance the effectiveness of CTDLS implementation.

Abstract

The digitalization of financial administration is one of the government's strategies to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability of regional financial management. The Bandung City Transportation Agency has implemented digital-based administrative systems to support integrated financial document management and administrative processes. This study aims to describe the implementation of digital financial administration at the Bandung City Transportation Agency through an Internship Program. The research employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through direct observation during the internship, documentation, and relevant literature review. The findings indicate that the implementation of a digital financial administration system has accelerated administrative processes, facilitated financial document management, improved the accuracy of financial recordkeeping, and strengthened coordination among departments. However, several challenges remain, including limited user understanding of the system and the need to enhance human resource competencies in utilizing information technology. Therefore, continuous training and optimization of digital system utilization are essential to support more effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable financial administration.
