Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of leadership, competence, and work motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Amorojo Putra Pewaris, a leading construction services company. Using a quantitative approach with survey methods, this research collected data through questionnaires distributed to the company's employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the proposed hypotheses. The research findings show that leadership, competence, and work motivation significantly positively affect employee job satisfaction. Additionally, job satisfaction has been proven to have a significant positive impact on employee performance. This study underscores the importance of effective leadership, good competence management, and high work motivation in enhancing job satisfaction and employee performance, ultimately positively affecting the overall company performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the phenomena that occur in a company, by testing several variables that affect the phenomenon in question, namely to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation, on job satisfaction, as well as its implications on employee performance. health at Mulya General Hospital. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis method and is causal. Research data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, which will then be processed through data processing methods with SPSS version 23.0. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people using the probability sampling method and taking a representative sample of the population whose samples were used or taken from a population that truly represents the existing population. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction to improve the performance of health workers, but transformational leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Then organizational culture, work motivation, and job satisfaction, have a positive and significant effect on performance, but transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on the performance of health workers.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of asset structure, debt management, sales growth, and capital structure on profitability in Healthcare Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period.This research is an associative quantitative research, with secondary data. The population is 23 health sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a sample of 9 companies obtained by purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with panel data using eviews 10.The results showed that asset structure had no significant positive effect on profitability, while debt management had a significant positive effect on profitability. Furthermore, sales growth has a significant negative effect on profitability, while capital structure has no significant negative effect on profitability. Keywords: asset structure, debt management, sales growth, capital structure, profitability

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial leverage terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Desain penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan tipe kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebanyak 10 perusahaan, kemudian teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 7 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan data panel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Asset Ratio berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan, Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh positif signifikan, Degree of Financial Leverage tidak berpengaruh negatif signifikan, Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Return On Equity Pariwisata. perusahaan. Sedangkan Time Interest Earned Ratio berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return on equity perusahaan pariwisata.

Abstract

This research aims to find an optimum point for cash waqf development in Indonesia. It is a literature study using content analysis to provide an alternative scientific study of cash waqf in Indonesia. This study discusses a feasible alternative model for optimizing cash waqf development through a production function approach. It concludes that optimizing waqf with a production approach is greatly influenced by Nadzhir's professionalism. Nadzir's professionalism occurs when there is a breakthrough in many aspects and needs to be facilitated by the government. One of the ways is establishing an education program for cash waqf management at Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN), where the graduates become certified professional nadzir and employees under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. This breakthrough will optimize cash waqf and positively impact the development of Indonesia and the Muslim community. Keywords : Waqf, Cash Waqf, Development Model
