Abstract

5 in recent years, employees of company earnings in foodhall in Jakarta fluctuations have relatively high. This condition is caused by problems about the intention of earnings, The organization, and the company. The purpose of study is to examine the effect of employee organizations and culture in earnings intention, both directly and indirectly through the organization to an enterprise in foodhall in Jakarta. This method uses a method descriptive and explanations at least 200 samples from the survey respondents from 25 outlets in Jakarta that foodhall. Structural Equation Model data verified by lisrel 8.80 modeling methods of using. The results show that cultures of organization a lively and have high impact significant directly to organizations commitment but has a negative and significant effect directly in circulation intention, commitment organization negative and had an impact a significant impact on earnings intention, the culture of organization negative and had an impact a significant impact on earnings intention through commitment organization. Organization culture and organization commitment simultaneously affect earnings intention. The commitment the organization has more the role of dominant in reducing the level of dropping in and out of employees intention and other based on the survey results was the partial organization mediation about the effects of an organization’s culture in circulation intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran daring (online) di masa pandemik covid 19 pada Universoyas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 202 mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Hasil Penelitian bahwa pada pembelajaran daring (online) mayoritas mahasiswa menggunakan laptop dari pada handphone, sedangkan terkait dengan pembelajaran daring (online) mayoritas mahasiswa mempersepsikan positif pada tiga aspek yaitu proses pembelajaran, kemampuan dosen, dan sarana prasarana. Namun mahasiswa masih terkendala dalam hal kemudahan memahami materi pada pembelajaran daring dan mahasiswa lebih menyukai pembelajaran offline (tatap muka di kelas) dari pada daring (online).

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi, Kepribadian, dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Universitas “MJ”. Berdasarkan model teoritis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif, yaitu proses analisis data yang dilakukan dengan cara menelaah keseluruhan data dari berbagai sumber yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk angka-angka. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan pengujian yang akan berhubungan dengan apakah ada hubungan positif antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Untuk menguji hipotesis ini, metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. variabel-variabel ini berhubungan positif/negatif. Data yang disebarkan sebanyak 655 kuisioner kepada pegawai Universitas “MJ” dan ada 248 kuisioner yang akan diolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, Kompetensi, Kepribadian, dan Disiplin secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Universitas “MJ”, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel yaitu 8,247 > 2,41. Based on the theoretical model proposed in this study using quantitative data analysis techniques, namely the data analysis process carried out by examining the overall data from various sources expressed in the form of numbers. In this study, the author conducted a test that will relate to whether there is a positive relationship between the X variable and the Y variable. For testing this hypothesis, the statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis which can be used to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. these variables are positively/negatively related. Data distributed as many as 655 questionnaires to employees of the University of “MJ” and there are 248 questionnaires to be processed. The results of this study indicate that Motivation, Competence, Personality, and Discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on Employee Performance at the University of “MJ”, this is evidenced by the value of F arithmetic > F table which is 8.247 > 2.41.

Abstract

This research can be classified as explanatory research, which explains the causal relationship and the interrelationship of research variables that include wage earners and human resource audits of employee performance through employee work motivation. The population used in this study was 189 employees with a sample of 128 respondents. The data collection method in this study is through questionnaires through data contained in research objects both in primary. The analysis tool used in this study is path analysis, used to know the direct and indirect influence of free variables with variables bound through intervening variables. The free variables in this study are wages and human resource audits, variables tied to this study are employee performance, and the intervening variable is motivation. The results showed wages had a significant influence on the motivation. Human resources audit have significant effect on the motivation. In this study, there are analysis results that show insignificant results between wages and performance. Human resource audits has significant influence on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of MSDM to Islamic banks, whether it is in accordance with Islamic values, by looking at the management practices carried out by Islamic banks. This research uses a qualitative method where data collection is carried out with interviews and observations in more depth during a certain period so as to be able to explore and get further information about the application of MSDM based on Islamic values. The object of this study is a bank engaged in a sharia system. Then the sample in this study is an employee at a Sharia bank who has served for more than 1 year and is a permanent employee. The results obtained state that in general, Islamic values are still considered and applied in MSDM practice in Islamic banks. The Islamic aspect is demonstrated by including some criteria, tests, or materials in some management practices. Then the spirituality side is also seen from the participation of employees in several religious activities held, this reflects the Islamic side of a person.

Abstract

One of determining factors in the field of human resources is adapting to the work environment, providing compensation, increasing competence in creating new changes to create employee job satisfaction in order to achieve company goals according to the vision and mission. The purpose of this study was to determine the positive influence of work environment variables, compensation and competence on job satisfaction employees of PT. Infomedia Nusantara Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling in this study used a sample of 60 respondents. The data collection method used was a questionnaire, while the data analysis used in this study was carried out by testing the validity, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the variables of work environment, compensation and competence have a significant effect of 80.5% on employee job satisfaction and the remaining 19.5% is explained by other factors not seen from this study and are positively related which means that the higher the work environment variable , compensation and competence, the higher it also affects employee job satisfaction at PT. Infomedia Nusantara Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style on change intention, the influence of motivation on change intention, and the influence of recruitment process on PT change intention. Centana Group Inc. The research used in this study used a type of quantitative research. At the same time, the research method used in this study adopts association method. The data collection methods used in this study are literature research and field research. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling. Based on the results of this study, it is found that leadership style has no significant negative impact on turnover intention, motivation has a significant positive impact on turnover intention, and recruitment process has no significant negative impact on turnover intention. For this study, the authors made recommendations for different parties, including exogenous variables (leadership style, motivation, recruitment process). In this study, only 52.3% of the effect on the endogenous variable (sales intention) was explained, while 47.7% was influenced by other unexplored exogenous variables. This should enable future researchers to also use other exogenous variables such as organizational culture, compensation and career development

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Training, Motivation, and Incentives on Employee Performance at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk, South Tangerang City. The independent variables used are training, motivation and incentives, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 63 respondents to employees of PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk, South Tangerang City. The research method used is an associative quantitative method using primary data. These results indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value greater than t table 2.119 > 1.670 and a significant value of 0.038 < 0.05, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value greater than t-table 2.408 > 1.670 and a significant value of 0.019 <0.05, incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value greater than t table 2.385 > 1.670 and significant value 0.020 <0.05. Taken together training, motivation and incentives have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value greater than F table 24.295 > 2.76 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05.
