Abstract

Media sosial memang bukanlah hal yang baru dalam dunia modern sekarang ini, dimulai dari facebook, twitter, Path, Instagram dan masih banyak lagi. Peran media sosial memang dirasa sangat membantu bagi mereka yang ingin mencari teman yang mungkin sudah lama tidak bertemu. Selain fungsi “sosial”  media sosial saat ini bertransformasi menjadi sebuah media untuk menciptakan sebuah fenomena baru dalam dunia ekonomi, diantaranya sebagai media promosi hingga transaksi jual beli, hal ini menjadi sebuah kekuatan baru dalam dunia ekonomi dimana kita bisa memangkas biaya pemasaran dengan tidak mengurangi pemasukan bahkan pemasaran bisa lebih efektif. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar fungsi media sosial khususnya facebook dalam perkembangan e-commerce di Indonesia.

Abstract

Kinerja pemasaran merupakan bagian yang penting dari Usaha Mikro dan Kecil, dengan kinerja pemasaran yang optimal maka perusahaan akan mampu bertahan dalam persaingan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui kapabilitas pemasaran pada UMKM Lanting di Kecamatan Kuwarasan Kabupaten Kebumen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM Lanting di Kecamatan Kuwarasan Kabupaten Kebumen. Jumlah responden sebanyak 115 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis dengan program SPSS Versi-21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kapabilitas pemasaran mampu memediasi hubungan antara orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Saran untuk UMKM Lanting di Kecamatan Kuwarasan Kabupaten Kebumen agar meningkatkan orientasi kewirausahaan terutama pada inovasi baik inovasi produk maupun promosi dan meningkatkan kapabilitas pemasaran yang dimiliki untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran salah satunya dengan mengikuti pelatihan yang diadakan oleh Dinas UMKM.

Abstract

Although heavy metals have relatively low levels in water column and sediments, they will not be degraded and can even be absorbed and accumulated by marine algae. Research on accumulation of heavy metals on algae was done in Kima Bajo Waters, North Minahasa Regency. The research objective was to evaluate the accumulation of four heavy metals, i.e. arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), plumbum (Pb), and mercury (Hg), on brown macroalgae Padina australis. The alga was introduced and cultivated in the research area using bottom method. The same method was also used in the experiment. One-week acclimatization process was done prior the experiment. Sampling of alga’s thallus was carried out every two weeks to measure the concentration of metals. The experiment was terminated after six weeks. Bottom sediment was also collected at the beginning of the experiment to measure the metal concentration. The results showed that the heavy metals (As, Cd, Pb, and Hg) were accumulated in the algae. The highest concentration of Cd, Pb, and Hg accumulated in the algae was 0.15 mg/kg wet weight, 3.5 mg/kg wet weight, and 0.009 mg/kg wet weight, respectively. All the concentrations were higher than the initial concentration of each metal. Accumulation of As was also occurred with the highest concentration (1,9 mg/kg wet weigh) occurred at fourth weeks; however, it was lower than the initial concentration. The accumulation varied according to type of metals and time; accumulation of Cd, Pb, and Hg were occurred on second weeks of cultivations and As on the fourth weeks. Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of competence and organizational commitment on the performance of teachers and employees at SMP and SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Singaraja, namely partially and simultaneously. The research design used in this research is quantitative causal. The subjects in this study were teachers and employees at SMP and SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Singaraja while the objects of this study were competence, organizational commitment and employee performance. The research population used was 37 employees. The data collected by results of questionnaires and interviews were then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate (1) competence and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) competence has a positive effect on employee performance, and (3) organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of asset structure, debt management, sales growth, and capital structure on profitability in Healthcare Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period.This research is an associative quantitative research, with secondary data. The population is 23 health sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a sample of 9 companies obtained by purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with panel data using eviews 10.The results showed that asset structure had no significant positive effect on profitability, while debt management had a significant positive effect on profitability. Furthermore, sales growth has a significant negative effect on profitability, while capital structure has no significant negative effect on profitability. Keywords: asset structure, debt management, sales growth, capital structure, profitability

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of Bhabinkamtibmas in making problem solving efforts by prioritizing mediation. The purpose of writing this article is the problem solving techniques of the Habibinkamtibmas in mediating married couples who experience domestic conflicts. In addition, to reveal the obstacles faced when mediating, because when making efforts to assist there are challenges from the parties that are difficult to make peace. This type of research is fielresearch, which is a type of field research, conducted in Mulyosari Village, West Metro Subdistrict, Metro City. The fielresearch was analyzed qualitatively. This research approach was analyzed using a case study approach. The result of the research is the problem solving of the Habibinkamtibmas in mediating domestic problems taken by Aibda Ali Iqbal by taking several steps, namely dissecting the siting of the case that occurred then making observations and then implementing the best solution for the parties, the result of mediation is that both parties take the peaceful path. Meanwhile, the obstacle in conducting mediation is the unanimous determination of the married couple to divorce. In addition, the litigants feel reluctant to reconcile, due to the trauma factor of the events that occurred in their household. If peaceful efforts reach a dead end, then Bhabinkamtibmas' efforts are to take repressive measures both criminally and civilly.Keywords: Problem Solving, Bhabinkamtibmas, Media, Household Problems

Abstract

Polygamous marriages can be carried out by first fulfilling the requirements as stipulated in the legislation. But in fact, there are cases of polygamous practices being carried out not in accordance with statutory regulations, and not obtaining permission from the Court, the practice of polygamous marriages is carried out secretly without the knowledge of the first wife and is carried out in sirri. The purpose of this article is to analyze the factors that led to the practice of polygamy in Notoharjo Village, Kec. Trimurjo Kab. Central Lampung, then the implications of deviant polygamy behavior on household harmony and whether deviant polygamous behavior can be punished. This type of article is qualitative, with a case study approach that is analyzed from a criminal law perspective. The primary data source for this article is the perpetrators of deviant polygamy. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the factor of deviant polygamy was due to an affair that the first wife did not want to know about. The implications of deviant polygamous marriages are that they result in damage to harmony in the household, and deviant polygamous practices can be subject to criminal sanctions.Keywords: Deviant Polygamy, Implications and Criminal Sanctions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for improving oil palm agricultural yields based on the perspective of Sharia economics and agroecology within the Mekar Indah Jaya Farmer Group. The method used is a qualitative approach through case studies, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the application of the principles of tawhid and khilafah, along with agroecological practices, can enhance harvest yields, environmental sustainability, and social welfare. Strategies such as the use of organic fertilizers, muzara’ah contracts, and spiritual activities like communal prayers and harvest almsgiving are key determining factors. This model demonstrates the effectiveness of integrating Sharia values and environmental preservation in sustainable oil palm farming.
