Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to classify any lexicon, describe the form of the lexicon, and produce a form of supplementary Indonesian language learning text based on the lexicon of Pontianak Malay traditional wedding dress. The theory used is ecolinguistic theory. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative form. The source of data in this study is the Pontianak Malay community, whose address is in the city of Pontianak. Data collection techniques are interview techniques, notes, records and documentation. This study resulted in 18 lexicon of Pontianak Malay traditional wedding dress. There are 4 types of lexicon groups, namely 7 lexicon in the form of traditional bridal attire, 11 lexicon in the form of traditional bridal clothing accessories, 7 lexicon in the form of traditional bridal clothing materials and 18 lexicon in the form of bridal traditional clothing how to use it. The forms of the lexicon are categorized based on the type, namely traditional bridal clothing, the material of which has 7 lexicon and traditional bridal clothing, how to use it, which has 18 lexicon. Each lexicon group is divided into 2 levels, namely the noun level there are 10 lexicon and the verb level 18 lexicon. In describing the traditional dress lexicon of the Pontianak Malay bride, using ecolinguistic parameters and the three dimensions of social praxis. The form of Indonesian language learning text based on the lexicon of Pontianak Malay traditional wedding dress produces descriptive text.Keywords: Ecolingistics, Lexion, Traditional Bridal Clothin

Abstract

AbstractThis research describes Language Politeness in Nussa Children's Animation. Politeness in language is speaking subtly whose contents have a clear purpose, soothe the heart, and make other people happy. The purpose of this study is to describe the application and forms of language politeness deviations, as well as the implementation of language politeness in learning Indonesian at school. This research uses descriptive method in the form of qualitative by using documentary study techniques. The source of data in this study is the animation of Anak Nussa in the form of speech or dialogue between characters. The data collection tool is the researcher as the key instrument assisted by notes in the form of inter-character speech containing the principle of politeness according to Leech in the Animation of Anak Nussa. The results of this study there are 51 utterances. The maxim of wisdom is 5 utterances, the maxim of generosity is 9 utterances, the maxim of appreciation is 9 utterances, the maxim of simplicity is 2 utterances, the maxim of agreement is 9 utterances, the maxim of sympathy is 6 utterances, the form of deviation of the maxim of wisdom is 4 utterances, the form of deviation of the maxim of simplicity is 4 utterances, and the form of deviation of the maxim of agreement amounted to 2 utterances.Keywords: Animation of the Nussa Children, Language, Politeness

Abstract

AbstractResearch on the terms of the Traditional Marriage of Dayak Taman Kapuas as a formof preservation in the importance of preserving the culture and traditions of theancestors. This research aims to describe terms, forms of lingual units and culturalmeanings in the traditional wedding of the Dayak Taman Kapuas in Ingko 'TambeVillage, Kapuas Hulu Regency. The method used in this type of qualitative researchincludes three methods, namely the method of observation, interviews, and descriptivemethods. The techniques of collecting data with fishing, skillful, note taking andtechnique of recording. Based on the research, it was found that the terms premaritalinclude mananya 'and paloa', as well as terms in the marriage procession or sule'which include sijaratan, pasidudukang, patindo', malalangi, malola ', marabut, sala'ason. Then the research also obtained lingual units in the form of words and phrasesand 14 cultural meanings contained in the terms used in the prenuptial procession tomarriage in the custom of the Taman Kapuas Dayak tribe.Keywords: Taman Kapuas Dayak Tribe, Terminology, Traditional Marriage

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research is to analyze and fan the contents of the debate ofcandidates for Regent and Vice Regent kapuas Hulu 2020 in terms of ethos, pathos, and logos. The purpose of this study is to find out the content of the debate of candidates for Regent and Vice Regent of Kapuas Hulu 2020 in terms of ethos, pathos, and logos. This research uses deskritive methods and the approach used isa qualitative approach. The data in this study was sourced from the content of the debate of candidates for Regent and Vice Regent of Kapuas Hulu 2020 and avideo originated on the youtobe channel entitled open debate between candidates for Regent and deputy Regent of Kapuas Hulu 2020. Based on the results of the analysis of data on the content of the debate and the video, it can be concluded that each candidate pair of regional heads uses rhetoric in the form of ethos, pathos, and logos in delivering their speech. Then this research has a link to the learning of Indonesian Language and Literature class X odd semester curriculum 2013 refers to Basic Competencies 3.12 and 4.12. The results of this study are expected to be useful, especially for teachers, learners, and for future researchers.Keywords: Debat, Ethos, Logos, Pathos, Rhetoric.
