Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between audio-visual media and oral language skills in children aged 5-6 years at Immanuel Christian Kindergarten Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample of this research data is children aged 5- 6 years in Immanuel Christian Kindergarten as many as 106 samples taken using simple random sampling method. The data taken were in the form of an assessment sheet for the child's oral language skills by the teacher and a questionnaire filled out by the parents of the students with the help of a google form. Data analysis used the product moment correlation formula and the results showed the rcount value of 0.633 > rtable of 0.195 at the significance level (α) = 0.05, so the conclusion of this study is that Hα is accepted and H0 is rejected, so there is a strong positive influence between the use of audio-visual media. with oral language skills of children aged 5-6 years in Immanuel Christian Kindergarten Pontianak.Keywords : Audio Visual, Learning Media, Oral Language, Skills.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the teacher's efforts to teach the social, emotional and language aspects of children at home. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative type of case study using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data sources consisted of 18 people. The results showed that the teacher's efforts to teach children at home were carried out by planning, implementing and designing child development assessments that were very visible when all these limitations were present in the current pandemic period, thus giving rise to ideas and maximum efforts in teaching. The first meeting with learning materials for children to work in groups, the second meeting is does not hurt and do good to God's creatures and adapting to the environment, the third meeting is about children knowing ornamental plants, the growth of preserving plants, the fourth meeting is living animals in fresh water, tell stories about children's experiences. Emotional social aspects include designing, obeying the rules, also through playing children willing to share, patiently waiting their turn and providing an assessment of children's development. The language aspect includes designing, implementing learning as outlined in teaching materials with storytelling, lecturing and prayer memorization methods.Keywords: Teachers' efforts, Learning Implementation, At Home

Abstract

AbstractChildren in Semata Village, Tangaran District, Sambas Regency in playing activities, some are still less able to run, there are children who fall while playing, are less able to change directions, are less able to run zigzags and are less able to make evasive movements while playing, because play activities carried out by children tend not to move actively for their gross motor skills. This study aims to develop gross motor skills in children aged 5-6 years in Semata village, Tangaran district, Sambas regency. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenologic al approach. Data collection tools used in this research were observation sheets, interview guidelines and documentation with data sources of 9 children. The results showed that 1)The Sengalauan begins with osom or hompimpa or cang kacang panjang, ending with the player's agreement, namely disconnecting the right and left index fingers that are connected or saying I'm done, which is played on field and water where the players limit the playing area; 2) the child is able to use his muscles to run, jump with big strides and not fall; 3) run fast and can dodge quickly; 4) can change directions on the fly, zigzag, and perform evasive moves.Keywords: Gross Motor Development of Children Aged 5-6 year, Sengalauan Game

Abstract

Abstract Science learning in early childhood has a very important role in helping lay the foundation of the ability and formation of the expected human resources. Awareness of the importance of learning science in children will be even higher when realizing that we live in a dynamic, evolving and changing world that is even more and more toward the future, increasingly requires science. Science development in Kindergarten will be carried out well when using the right method. The general objective in this study was to determine the Application of Science Learning Methods in Children Aged 5-6 years in PAUD Laboratory Model Muhammadiyah University of Pontianak. The conclusion of this study is that the teacher does not apply only one method of learning when conducting activities but the teacher combines several learning methods that are in accordance with the material to be delivered. Teachers are expected to pay attention to the method used and the steps in using the learning method so that the learning objectives are well implemented. Keywords: Early Childhood, Learning Methods, Science

AbstractThe Ability to Read Early Childhood Ages 5-6 years at PAUD Permata Umi, Tanjung Paoh Village, Pinoh Utara District, Melawi Regency”. Essay. Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program. Department of Education Science. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Tanjungpura University. Pontianak. Advisor I: Dr. Fadillah, M. Pd. Advisor II : Lukmanulhakim, ST, M. Pd. This study aims to determine the Early Reading Ability of Children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Permata Umi, Tanjung Paoh Village, Pinoh Utara District, Melawi Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were 5 (five) children aged 5-6 years consisting of 2 (two) boys, 3 (three) girls. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation, the results of this study explained that the pre-reading abilities of children aged 5-6 years at Permata Umi PAUD were still diverse in their ability to recognize letters and the ability to arrange letters into syllables from 5 ( five) children who were taken as samples were only 1 (one) one child who could actually recognize letters and arrange letters into syllables and the other four were still lacking.Keywords: Abilit, Beginning, Reading
