Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tampilan, analisis hasil uji validasi dan analisis uji kelayakan majalah elektronik berorientasi literasi lingkungan pada penanggulangan limbah plastik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design Based Research (DBR) dengan model penelitian ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation), yang terdiri dari dua tahapan utama; 1) tahap pembuatan produk meliputi tahap analisis, desain dan pengembangan; 2) tahap pengujian produk meilputi uji validasi dan uji kelayakan. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa majalah elektronik berorientasi literasi lingkungan pada penanggulangan limbah plastik. Uji validasi dilakukan oleh tiga validator yang terdiri dari dosen ahli materi dan ahli media. Rata-rata nilai rhitung hasil uji validasi aspek materi, bahasa dan tampilan media masing-masing sebesar 0,74; 0,72; 0,73, maka majalah elektronik yang dibuat dapat dinyatakan valid. Selanjutnya produk diuji kelayakannya kepada 15 orang mahasiswa yang terdiri dari mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan kimia dan mahasiswa di luar jurusan kimia yang dipilih secara acak. Rata-rata nilai uji kelayakan dari aspek materi, bahasa dan tampilan media masing-masing sebesar 96,90%; 90,83%; 93.33%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka majalah elektronik berorientasi literasi lingkungan pada penanggulangan limbah plastik dinyatakan sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran

Abstract

This research aims to explain the role of mixed marriage organizations in the process of obtaining residence permits for foreign nationals. This research uses the normative juridical method, with data obtained from the identification and clarification of legal facts from mixed marriage organizations. In recent years, population migration between countries has continued to increase. Along with the times, more and more foreign nationals choose to live in Indonesia, one of which is due to mixed marriages. A mixed marriage is a marriage between two individuals who are subject to different legal systems in Indonesia, usually due to differences in citizenship, where one of the spouses is an Indonesian citizen. Foreign nationals married to Indonesian citizens are required to apply for a residence permit in Indonesia, such as a permanent residence permit (ITAP). To obtain an ITAP, the applicable requirements must be met according to the purpose of the application. This process includes applying for a status change from a limited stay permit (ITAS) for family unification to a permanent residence permit (ITAP). The Mixed Marriage Organization plays an important role in helping to resolve the various issues faced by families in mixed marriages. The organization carries out its activities through three main pillars: Advocacy, Socialization, and Consultation. This topic was chosen by the author because it has not been discussed in previous articles.

Abstract

The phenomenon of cases of domestic violence (hereinafter referred to as domestic violence) is currently increasing, in terms of quantity and quality. This phenomenon is a serious concern and requires all parties to understand all forms of crime and the factors that cause it, as well as efforts to overcome domestic violence. The forms of domestic violence that occur vary greatly, such as physical, psychological, sexual violence and violence in the form of neglect. These various forms of crime are crimes that are prohibited and punishable as regulated in Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (hereinafter referred to as the PKDRT Law) which aims to ensure that victims of domestic violence, especially women, receive legal protection.
