Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of replacing Fuse Cut Out (FCO) on the 20 kV distribution network at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Cikupa to enhance the reliability of the electricity distribution system. Fuse Cut Out (FCO) is an essential protective device designed to prevent damage to electrical equipment from overcurrent or short-circuits. In the 20 kV distribution network, FCO often experiences reduced functionality due to aging and environmental conditions. This research evaluates the current condition of FCOs and implements precise and safe FCO replacement procedures. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through literature review, interviews, field observations, and FCO performance testing. The research findings indicate that placing an arrester after the FCO provides additional protection for transformers, selecting fuse link ratings in accordance with transformer capacity is crucial for effective protection, and proper coordination of fault current interruption significantly improves system reliability. These findings are expected to assist PT. PLN (Persero) in optimizing FCO replacement procedures to reduce disruptions and extend the operational life of distribution equipment.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, kebutuhan akan energi listrik semakin meningkat, sehingga pemeliharaan jaringan distribusi listrik menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pemeliharaan jaringan Saluran Udara Tegangan Menengah (SUTM) 20 kV dengan metode Right of Way (ROW) di PT PLN (Persero) ULP Serang selama bulan Juli 2024. Melalui metode studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara, data dikumpulkan mengenai pelaksanaan ROW yang mencakup pemangkasan dan penebangan pohon yang mendekati jaringan listrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 pohon yang terkena pemeliharaan, 70% dipangkas dan 30% ditebang. Pemangkasan lebih sering dilakukan untuk menjaga keamanan jaringan tanpa menghilangkan vegetasi yang tidak berisiko tinggi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan ROW secara rutin sangat penting untuk memastikan keandalan distribusi listrik dan mengurangi potensi gangguan.

Abstract

Mathematics learning often presents challenges for students because of its abstract and complex nature. As technology develops, the use of quiz-based learning platforms such as Quizizz has become increasingly popular as a solution to enhance student engagement and motivation. This study aims to systematically review the effectiveness of using Quizizz in mathematics education through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. In this study, 16 accredited articles discussing the application of Quizizz in mathematics learning were analyzed. The analysis results show that using Quizizz can increase student motivation, facilitate understanding of the material, and improve mathematics learning outcomes. However, implementing Quizizz requires careful preparation, especially in designing questions that align with the learning objectives. This article also discusses the challenges in applying Quizizz, such as limited devices and adequate internet connectivity. This study provides practical recommendations for teachers to design more effective and enjoyable mathematics learning by utilizing the Quizizz platform.

Abstract

The implementation of e-modules in learning at Vocational High Schools (SMK) has become an innovative solution relevant to technological advancements and the demands of Industry 4.0. This article aims to explore the role of e-modules in improving student learning outcomes at SMKs, as well as the challenges and opportunities of their implementation. The methodology used in this research is a systematic literature review, with criteria for selecting relevant articles based on the themes of e-module-based learning, vocational education, and the application of technology in education. The selected articles were analyzed using a content analysis approach to identify trends, benefits, challenges, and outcomes obtained from the implementation of e-modules in SMKs. This research also examines the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approaches in the context of e-modules, which have been shown to enhance student engagement and the mastery of practical competencies required in the workforce. However, challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and teachers' readiness in developing high-quality e-modules still need to be addressed. The analysis results indicate that e-modules can improve the quality of learning at SMKs, but specific strategies are needed to overcome existing barriers to optimize their use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas studi penerapan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dalam pengembangan produk di berbagai bidang industri. QFD merupakan metode sistematis yang bertujuan untuk menerjemahkan kebutuhan pelanggan ke dalam karakteristik teknis produk, sehingga menghasilkan inovasi yang lebih sesuai dengan harapan pasar. Studi ini dilakukan melalui analisis literatur dari berbagai sumber ilmiah yang membahas implementasi QFD dalam sektor fashion, makanan dan minuman, teknologi dan manufaktur, kesehatan dan medis, serta pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QFD berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas strategi pengembangan produk dengan menggunakan House of Quality (HOQ) sebagai alat utama untuk mengidentifikasi atribut prioritas pelanggan. Dengan penerapan yang tepat, QFD dapat membantu perusahaan meningkatkan daya saing dan kualitas produk secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Keterbatasan infrastruktur penerangan jalan di wilayah pedesaan menjadi tantangan serius yang berdampak pada keamanan, mobilitas, dan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi melalui pemasangan Lampu Penerangan Jalan Umum (PJU) berbasis tenaga surya sebagai bentuk implementasi energi terbarukan yang ramah lingkungan dan hemat energi. Kegiatan dilakukan di Desa Cibarani, Kecamatan Cisata, Kabupaten Pandeglang oleh tim mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Teknik Elektro. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi survei lokasi, identifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat, perancangan teknis, sosialisasi, instalasi enam unit lampu PJU tenaga surya, serta edukasi perawatan mandiri kepada warga. Evaluasi pasca-kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh unit lampu berfungsi optimal, dengan estimasi jangkauan pencahayaan ±8–10 meter dan penghematan energi setara ±432 kWh per tahun. Potensi manfaat ekonomi dari sistem ini mencapai Rp3.888.000 per tahun. Sebanyak 80% warga yang diwawancarai menyatakan peningkatan rasa aman dan kenyamanan beraktivitas di malam hari. Pemerintah desa juga menyatakan komitmen untuk mereplikasi program ini secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap energi bersih dan menunjukkan bahwa intervensi teknologi melalui pendekatan partisipatif dapat memberikan dampak teknis, ekonomi, dan sosial yang signifikan di wilayah pedesaan.
