Abstract

Productivity is important in a company, because if the level of productivity is high, it will produce products that meet or exceed the desired target. Programs related to motivation and work attitudes can help support company facilities. With a good work motivation program for improving human resources, human resources can be improved for the better. With this, it can support the vision and mission of a company, one of which is achieving production targets thereby increasing company funds. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between work attitudes and productivity, the relationship between work motivation and productivity, and determine work productivity. The research method used is quantitative with techniques total sampling on 35 employees using multiple linear regression analysis, with questionnaire instruments, and the SPSS method. Based on the analysis, results were obtained from the relationship between work attitude and productivity, motivation and productivity, and work productivity, with the majority of workers having good levels of work attitude, work motivation, and work productivity. Based on the statistical output, the significance value of the relationship between attitudes and productivity has a p value = 0.001b (sig < 0.05). The relationship between motivation and productivity has a p value = 0.001b (sig < 0.05). Work attitude and work motivation have a significant relationship with work productivity.

Abstract

Introduction: Many patient care activities and carried out for a long duration of time can trigger nurses to not realize that every movement they make has the potential for incorrect or abnormal postures. Infusion installation and wound care activities that are not ergonomic, such as standing with your back bent and your neck statically bent for long periods of time, have the potential to cause complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). The longer of working period, the higher of potential for experiencing Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints. Objective: Determine the description of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints, the relationship between work posture and Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints and the relationship between work experience and Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out with the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire instruments and the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) form on 34 emergency room nurses at RSUD Gambiran Kota Kediri. Result: the majority of nurses had a moderate level of work posture risk and have a long service life (> 6 years). The most common complaints experienced by nurses are in the right shoulder, back and waist. Based on the hypothesis test, working posture with complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) was found to be (p-value 0.033) < 0.05 and work period with complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) was obtained (p-value 0.048) < 0.05. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between work posture and complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) and a significant relationship between work period and complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs).

Abstract

AbstrakLokasi permainan seperti (ayunan, seluncuran, balok titian, dan tangga majemuk) dapat mengancam nyawa siswa karna berada di pinggir jalan serta kondisi alat permainan yang sudah tidak layak pakai. Salah satu cara untuk menghadapi permasalahan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan keselamatan diri anak usia dini yaitu memberikan penyuluhan bagaimana mengenali bahaya dan risiko yang ada dilingkungan sekolah pada saat melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran diruangan, ekstrakulikuler serta pada saat bermain. Tim Pengabdi bermaksud untuk mengadakan Pengabdian kepada Masayarakat pada siswa Sekolah dasar Ketawanggede sebanyak 30 responden dengan tema “Pengenalan Bahaya Untuk Meningkatkan Budaya Keselamatan Diri Anak Usia Dini Di Sekolah dasar Ketawanggede Malang Tahun 2023”. Prosedur kegiatan melalui tahapan dimana tahap pertama adalah tahap persiapan, tahap kedua adalah melaksanakan Identifikasi Bahaya dilingkungan sekolah, Membuat media penyuluhan Ular Tangga dan dadu serta melakukan penyuluhan dengan cara bermain ular tangga menggunakan dadu. Berdasarkan hasil identiikasi ditemukan bahwa sumber bahaya berada di area permainan (APE), ruang kelas, ruang musholla, toilet, tangga, lapangan utama dan lab computer. Data tersebut digunakan untuk membuat media ular tangga dan dadu yang digunakan dalam memberikan penyuluhan. Pada saat bermain dengan menggunakan ular tangga, siswa diberi kesempatan untuk menebak bahaya yang ada di kotak ular tangga tersebut, kemudian siswa diajak berfikir untuk mengetahui dampak dari bahaya serta bagaimana cara menghindarinya, dari 30 siswa yang ikut bermain, siswa tersebut telah mengetahui sumber bahaya. saran dari kegiatan ini adalah menanamkan budaya keselamatan diri kepada siswa secara rutin oleh penanggung jawab, agar siswa menjadikan hal ini sebagai kebiasaan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: K3; sejak dini; sekolah dasar. AbstractGame locations such as (swings, slides, walkway blocks, and compound stairs) can threaten students' lives because they are on the side of the road and the condition of the game equipment is no longer suitable for use. One way to deal with problems by increasing early childhood personal safety knowledge is to provide counseling on how to recognize the dangers and risks that exist in the school environment when carrying out indoor learning activities, extracurricular activities and during play. The Community Service Team intends to hold Community Service for 30 respondents of Ketawanggede Elementary School students with the theme "Introduction to Danger to Improve Early Childhood Self-Safety Culture at Ketawanggede Elementary School Malang in 2023". The activity procedure goes through stages where the first stage is the preparation stage, the second stage is to carry out Hazard Identification in the school environment, making counseling media for snakes and ladders and dice and conducting counseling by playing snakes and ladders using dice. Based on the results of identification, it was found that the source of danger was in the game area (APE), classrooms, prayer rooms, toilets, stairs, main field and computer lab. The data is used to make snake and ladder media and dice used in providing counseling. When playing using snakes and ladders, students were given the opportunity to guess the danger in the snake and ladder box, then students were invited to think about knowing the impact of the danger and how to avoid it, from the 30 students who participated in the game, the student had known the source of the danger. The suggestion of this activity is to instill a culture of personal safety to students regularly by the person in charge, so that students make this a daily habit. Keywords: K3; early on; elementary school.
