Abstract

Integrasi media video dalam pembelajaran Fiqih memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan akan media pembelajaran yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Fiqih, khususnya materi shalat berjamaah di MTs Terpadu Berkah. Penggunaan metode konvensional seringkali dianggap monoton dan kurang efektif dalam membantu siswa memahami konsep abstrak. Untuk itu, media video pembelajaran dipilih sebagai alternatif yang mampu memberikan visualisasi menarik, interaktif, dan konkret. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII yang membutuhkan media pembelajaran relevan untuk memahami materi Fiqih secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media video mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap tata cara shalat berjamaah serta menumbuhkan kesadaran spiritual dan nilai-nilai sosial, menjadikannya alat pembelajaran yang efektif dan menarik.

Abstract

This research explores the Analysis of the Effectiveness and Challenges of Digital Zakat Management, focusing on the case study of Shopee and Tokopedia platforms through a quantitative approach. A diverse sample of 250 participants engaged in Zakat transactions provided insights into demographic profiles, usage patterns, and perceptions of digital Zakat features. Results indicate a broad appeal, with users spanning various age groups, professions, and geographic locations. Usage patterns varied, emphasizing the platforms' adaptability to users with different engagement frequencies. While users expressed high satisfaction (Mean Score: 4.1) and perceived efficiency in transaction speed (Mean Score: 4.2), challenges such as transparency concerns (Mean Score: 3.8) and technological barriers (30%) were identified. The study offers implications for platform optimization, emphasizing the importance of addressing challenges to enhance digital Zakat experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) from the Quranic perspective in the context of schools and madrasahs. The method used is a systematic literature review with content analysis of the Quran, tafsir, and literature related to Islamic education management. The research results show three TQM principles aligned with Quranic values: continuous improvement (islah) based on QS. Ar-Ra'd: 11, total involvement (syura) in QS. Al-Shura: 38, and customer focus as a form of service in QS. Al-Baqarah: 195. TQM implementation includes top management commitment, quality team formation, human resource training, performance measurement, and continuous evaluation. Major challenges include resistance to change, resource limitations, lack of stakeholder support, and organizational culture misalignment. Recommended solutions include intensive socialization, quality culture development, resource optimization, and using Quranic values as implementation foundation. The study concludes that integrating TQM with Quranic principles has potential to improve educational quality while strengthening student character formation. Research contributions include developing educational management models that integrate spiritual values with contemporary management principles for Islamic educational institutions
