Abstract

This paper aims at analyzing the process of cultural values ​​management of belom bahadat in creating an inclusive cultural life and social transformation in the Dayak community in huma betang using textual analysis method. The results reveal that the management model of cultural consensus of belom bahadat brings about changes in values, perspective and inclusive attitude and the formation of Dayak people's polarization into three models: the formation of inclusive attitude in understanding and accepting social, traditional, cultural and religious differences in family life, society and life of nation. This change strengthens the social integration between individuals and groups of different tribes, ethnics, cultural and religious groups in family life, society and nation. It also prevents the growth of radicalism and terrorism arising from religious figures, humanists and public figures in this modern age. [Tulisan ini bertujuan menganalisis proses pengelolaan nilai budaya belom bahadat dalam menciptakan budaya kehidupan inklusif dan transformasi sosial pada masyarakat Dayak di huma betang dengan menggunakan metode analisis teks. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa model pengelolaan konsensus budaya belom bahadat membawa perubahan nilai, cara pandang dan sikap inklusif dan terbentuknya polarisasi kehidupan masyarakat Dayak ke dalam tiga model yaitu terbentuknya sikap inklusif dalam memahami dan menerima perbedaan sosial, tradisi, budaya dan agama dalam kehidupan keluarga, kehidupan masyarakat dan kehidupan berbangsa. Perubahan ini memperkuat integrasi sosial antar individu dan kelompok yang berbeda suku, etnis, budaya dan agama dalam kehidupan keluarga, masyarakat dan bangsa serta mencegah tumbuhnya radikalisme dan terorisme yang muncul dari kalangan tokoh-tokoh keagamaan, budayawan dan tokoh masyarakat di era modernisasi ini.]

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the thoughts of Islamic multicultural education proposed by KH Imam Zarkasyi in or- der to find the rationale and the construction of thoughts as well as the contribution to Islamic civilization in Indonesia through historical-philo- sophical approach. The results of the study showed that the rationale of Islamic multicultural education proposed by KH. Imam Zarkasyi referred to the principle of the unity of man or unity of creation and the unity of knowledge, as a reflection of the nature of one God conception. The in- terpretation of the concept created internalization approach regarding the spiritual reason in which every human work stepped on the objective value and implications on the orientation of God as the minimum ratio- nality to release the negative spirit, dichotomy, liberalization of science, socio-cultural, fanatics of tribes/nation/race/ethnic group/culture, or the overall types of the local/national/international students’ souls through the integration of the value in terms of diverse knowledge and socio- cultural values based on Islamic teaching values, cultural philosophy of Indonesian identities, socio-cultural diversity of local/national/interna- tional students and the integration of Education Center in terms of social structure equal to the form of communal religious, had formed a balance of value function and changes of attitudes, intellects and the strength of local/national/international Moslems as the power of socio-religious Mos- lems in Indonesia in order to foster peace throughout the world. The above findings showed the integrated points of view on religion, metaphysics and reason that determined the consciousness of human morality, not as the guidance of thoughts and ratio.

Abstract

The study of leadership has become an important part amid a multidimensional crisis and a decline in morality in various leadership settings; the significance of this leadership influences the organizational system's sustainability. Thus, this research study aims to build a portrait of Islamic education leadership as an ideal leadership model through the internalization of al-Fatihah's values. This study aims to unpack Islamic school leadership values and principles from al Fatihah verses as an ideal leadership model by internalizing al-Fatihah's values. The findings suggest a) Surah al Fatihah contains Islamic school leadership value derived from rabbaniyah value (monotheism) and Insaniyah value (relationship with others). b) changing Islamic school leadership paradigm from indoctrination to active participation. This study demonstrates that all Islamic education organizations should act by inspiring without indoctrination, awakening without hurting, and arousing without forcing.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The research sample were 58 students at SMPN-1 Mentaya Hilir Utara, Kotawaringin Timur Regency. The learning management instrument used an assessment questionnaire for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating learning which was assessed by 4 observers. learning outcomes were analyzed using classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests and homogeneity tests, as well as hypothesis testing using the Paired sample T test and Independent sample T test. The results of the study found that the management of online learning based on whatsApp social media was carried out "good" and the learning motivation of students was in the "medium" category. Online learning based on whatsApp social media has a significant effect on improving the learning outcomes of students' digestive system material, so it can be recommended as an alternative learning model during a pandemic. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantatif dengan sampel 58 siswa di SMPN-1 Mentaya Hilir Utara Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Instrumen manajemen pembelajaran menggunakan angket penilaian perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang dinilai oleh 4 orang observer. Hasil belajar dianalisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, serta uji hipotesis dengan uji statistik Paired sample T test dan Indipendent sample T test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa manjemen pembelajaran online berbasis media sosial whatsApp terlaksana “baik” dan motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam kategori “sedang”. Pembelajaran online berbasis media sosial whatsApp berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar materi sistem pencernaan peserta didik, sehingga dapat direkomendasikan sebagai model pembelajaran alternatif di masa pandemi.Kata kunci: manajemen pembelajaran, motivasi belajar, media sosial whatsAppDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jbt.v9i1.21980

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efisiensi internal SMK Program Studi Sekretaris di Kabupaten Klaten Tahun Ajaran 1994/1995-1996/1997. Populasi sekaligus sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu 17 SMK yang terdiri dari 4 negeri dan 13 swasta. Uji validitas instnimen pada validitas tampak pertimbangan para ahli (expert judgement). Teknik analisis data dengan deskriptif dilanjutkan dengan cost-effectiveness analysis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat efisiensi internal sebagai berikut: Pertama: ditinjau dari indikator-indikator: 1. Masukan Pendidikan: a) rata-rata untuk pengeluaran gaji guru selama tiga bulan sebesar Rp. 5.379.470,00; b) rata-rata untuk pengeluaran fasilitas praktik selama tiga tahun sebesar Rp. 5.126.470,00; 2. Produk Pendidikan: a) rata-rata kenaikan kelas 99,99%; b) rata-rata mengulang kelas 0.71%; c) rata-rata putus sekolah 0,94%: d) rata-rata tingkat produksi pendidikan 99,99%; 3. Keluaran Pendidikan: a) rata-rata proporsi kelulusan 99,88%; b) rata-rata nilai STTB Kejuruan 7,10; dan rata-rata NEM 6,41; 4. Ditinjau dari lama belajar peserta didik penyelenggaraan pendidikan hampir efisien, yaitu rata-rata selama 3,007 tahun, angka koefisien guru 0,87: Kedua: ditinjau dari perbandingan antara keluaran dengan masukan pendidikan: 1. Secara keseluruhan bila dibandingkan antara keluaran dengan masukan, penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK Kabupaten Klaten efisien secara internal, dengan besarnya indek efisiensi internal sebesar 1,0289; 2. Perbandingan antara proporsi kelulusan dengan masukan gaji guru efisien secara internal, dengan besarnya indek efisiensi 1,0287; 3. Perbandingan antara proporsi kelulusan dengan masukan biaya fasilitas praktik efisien secara internal dengan indek efisiensi 1,0025; 4. Perbandingan antara proporsi kelulusan dengan masukan gaji guru dan biaya fasilitas praktik efisien secara internal dengan besarnya indek efisiensi 1,0642; 5. Per­bandingan antara nilai STTB Kejuruan dengan masukan gaji guru hampir efisien secara internal, indek efisiensi 0,9990; 6. Perbandingan antara nilai STTB Kejuruan dengan masukan biaya fasilitas praktik efisien secara internal dengan besarnya indek efisiensi 1,0749; 7. Perbandingan antara nilai STTB Kejuruan dengan masukan gaji guru dan biaya fasilitas praktik penyelenggaraan pendidikan ini efisien secara internal dengan indek efisiensi 1,00372; 8. Perbandingan antara NEM dengan masukan gaji guru menunjukkan penyelenggaraan pendidikan ini efisien secara internal, yaitu dengan indek efisiensi 1,0136; Ketiga: Ditmjau dan biaya pendidikan: 1. Besarnya biaya kelulusan per lulusan berdasarkan gaji guru selama tiga tahun (Cycle Cost) rata-rata sebesar Rp. 4.503.870,00; 2. Besarnya biaya kelulusan per lulusan berdasarkan gaji guru selama satu tahun dan satu bulan (unit cost) rata-rata sebesar Rp. 1.560.055,00 dan Rp. 130.004,00 dengan biaya paling rninimal (least cost) adalah Rp. 881.600,00: 3. Besarnya Attrition Cost Index sebesar 9,0212 yang berarti penyelenggaraan pendidikan ini efisien secara internal.Katakunci: efisiensi internal, cost effectiveness analysis.

Abstract

Antroplogically, the portrait of the presence of pesantren, as the oldest Islamic educational institution in Indonesia, has significantly demonstrated its kirpah in the community, both as a socio-religious institution and as an educational institution. This view, of course, cannot be separated from the value system established by the founders of the pesantren based on the Qur'an and al-Hadith, so that the values of local wisdom are in accordance with the social conditions of a pluralistic Indonesian society. Therefore, the internalization of social values above is expected to be a basic value in maintaining Islamic moderation in Indonesia, accordingly with the vision of Islam rahmatan lil'alamin, so that it can bring world peace. In this context, the habitualization of pesantren values becomes the root of social culture and has transcended its time (transculturation) so that the value system in question gives birth to a portrait of moderate Islamic education. Thus the internalization of these values, becomes (social capital) for pesantren to build and maintain Islamic moderation. Therefore, pesantren education is in essence, always in touch with the social reality that surrounds it (historical determinism and practical realism), this view can then give birth to a moderate Islamic education paradigm believed to be socio-cultural enlightenment, by promoting the principle of togetherness (ijtima'iyyah) , justice, tolerance (tasamuh) consultation (shura), towards social liberation so as to realize polite and childbirth (ukhuwah islamiyyah, wataniyyah, and insaniyah) in accordance with the vision of Islam rahmatan lil'alamain.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and understand the efforts made by Ma'had Aly Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo in building religious inclusiveness through digital literacy for the academic community. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology, in which the researcher tries to understand the phenomena that occur and develop. Data collection techniques are carried out through participant observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis was carried out through the stages of presenting data, reducing data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that digital literacy carried out by Ma'had Aly Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo in building religious inclusiveness was carried out through the utilization of digital books, scientific halaqoh, online recitation and virtual knowledge sharing.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is an urgent necessity for Islamic educational institutions in responding to global challenges and the demands of the modern era. Transforming the culture of quality is a strategic approach to develop an Islamic education system that is competitive, holistic, and character-driven. This study aims to examine the role of quality culture in enhancing institutional performance and to design effective and sustainable transformation steps. The method used is literature review and descriptive qualitative analysis of best practices implemented in several Islamic educational institutions. The findings reveal that a quality culture grounded in Islamic values such as amanah (trustworthiness), ihsan (excellence), and istiqamah (consistency) contributes to building a learning environment that is religious, collaborative, and responsive to change. The success of quality culture transformation relies heavily on leadership commitment, stakeholder involvement, and the implementation of an integrated quality management system. Therefore, transforming the quality culture not only improves academic performance but also reinforces the spiritual and social missions of Islamic educational institutions in shaping morally upright future generations.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management approach that emphasizes continuous quality improvement by involving all elements within an organization. The primary goal of TQM is to meet or exceed customer expectations through consistent enhancement of processes, products, and services. In the Islamic context, the concept of quality also receives special attention, as reflected in the teachings of the Qur'an, which emphasize the importance of ihsan (excellence) in every aspect of life. This study aims to examine the relationship between TQM principles and the values taught in the Qur'an, as well as their implications for organizational management, particularly in the context of Islamic education.​ The research method employed is a literature review, analyzing various relevant sources from both modern management perspectives on TQM and the teachings of the Qur'an. The analysis is conducted by comparing and integrating TQM principles with Qur'anic teachings to identify alignments and their implications in management practices.​ The findings indicate that the main principles of TQM, such as customer focus, total employee involvement, process-based approach, continuous improvement (Kaizen), and fact-based decision making, align with the values taught in the Qur'an. For instance, the concept of ihsan in the Qur'an encourages Muslims to perform at their best, which is in line with the principle of quality improvement in TQM.​

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the quality standards for educators (teachers, lecturers, ustadz/ustadzah) and educational staff (administrative staff, lab assistants) in Islamic educational institutions, such as madrasah, pesantren, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), and State Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIN). Using a qualitative approach with literature studies and policy analysis, this research examines the implementation of quality standards regulated by national (Ministry of Education and Ministry of Religious Affairs regulations) and local policies, as well as the problematics encountered in the field. The findings reveal that although quality standards—covering academic qualifications, pedagogical and professional competencies, and integration of Islamic values—have been clearly formulated, their implementation still faces challenges, including regional disparities in educator quality, limited funding, resistance to modern management systems, and overlapping regulations. Case studies in madrasah, pesantren, and PTKIN highlight that quality improvement requires synergies between continuous training, technology adoption, and adaptation to local wisdom. This article recommends the need for more inclusive policies, sustainable funding, and strengthened inter-institutional collaboration to optimize quality standards in the globalization era.
