Abstract

This research aims to explore the development of human resources in the field of education. HR development is a series of activities aimed at improving the quality and abilities of employees in the organization. This is not just training, but also includes the process of identifying needs, planning, implementing and evaluating existing development programs. Human resource development is carried out in order to improve a person's quality, which in time will increase productivity. The results of various studies show that the quality of human resources is a determining factor in productivity. In the world of education, human resource development has a very crucial role. The reason is, the quality of education really depends on the quality of the educators. Teachers, lecturers and other educational staff are the spearheads of the learning process. The main aim of human resource development is to improve the quality of learning, so that it has an impact on increasing student achievement and overall school progress. Therefore, investment in developing educational human resources is an investment in the nation's future. By increasing quality educational human resources, educational institutions will become more advanced and developed.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the implementation of the Hajj pilgrimage in the development of an egiliterary attitude which is studied from a sociological perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library study type of research. The data sources used were the Al Qur'an and Hadith, as well as books and journals related to the theme of Hajj and the development of egalitarian attitudes. The results of this research show that several developments were found in the formation of egalitarian attitudes after carrying out the Hajj in society. The Hajj pilgrimage, which is one of the pillars of Islam, brings together Muslims from various social, economic and cultural backgrounds in the Holy Land. The process of carrying out the Hajj which involves certain rituals, such as Tawaf and Sa'i, teaches the values of simplicity and sincerity. All pilgrims, regardless of social status, wear the same ihram clothing, symbolic of the elimination of differences. This encourages individuals to internalize the principles of egalitarianism, eliminate discriminatory traits, and strengthen solidarity.

Abstract

, This research aims to describe the development of Al-Islam (Akhlak) learning using Canva media at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember. This research approach uses qualitative case study type, located at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember, with informants consisting of Al Islam teachers and class X students. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the validity of the data uses data source triangulation techniques and for data analysis in this research several techniques are used, including observation, interviews and documentation using Miller Hubman and Saldana theories. Steps for collecting data through surveys to draw valid conclusions. The results of this research show that Al-Islam (Akhlak) learning using Canva media is very good to be implemented at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implications of using Canva media in increasing students' interest in learning in class X in the subject of using Canva media in increasing the learning motivation of class This research uses a qualitative approach using the case study method, which provides descriptive data about the reality in the field using observation, interviews and documentation instruments. The research subjects were class X students at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember. The object is the PAI teacher at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember. The use of Visual Learning Media Based on the Canva Application makes children more active and enthusiastic in learning, because the appearance of Canva media is attractive, the images and colors are appropriate and attracts children's interest in learning which is supported by children's curiosity about this visual media is very high, so that children don't get bored of learning. So it can be concluded that the research results are expected to show that the use of Canva-based learning media can increase students' interest in learning. in PAI subjects."
