Abstract

The mapping of Tugu Utara Village’s potential as a tourism destination aims to identify and optimize the village’s assets for sustainable tourism development. Tugu Utara was chosen due to its abundant natural resources, including Telaga Saat and its water springs, and the need to address challenges in waste and sanitation management. The methodology includes field surveys, interviews with local leaders, and data analysis using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The mapping results reveal significant tourism potential with supporting facilities such as glamping and food courts. However, improvements in waste and sanitation management are essential to ensure environmental sustainability. This mapping provides a crucial foundation for further development, indicating that Tugu Utara Village can become a prime tourism destination with proper planning and effective environmental management.

Abstract

Foundation is part of the lower structure (sub structure), which has a very important role in carrying the load of the upper structure as a result of the forces that occur in the upper structure, such as wind forces, earthquake forces and the weight of the structure self. The purpose of the analysis is to determine the bearing capacity analysis using the Reese & Wright (1977) and plaxis 2d methods, for settlement analysis using the vesic and plaxis 2d methods based on the results of SPT. Based on the SPT data, the results of manual calculations using the Reese & Wright method (1977) are 164,64 kN while calculations using plaxis 2D software are 375,42 kN. The settlement obtained by manual calculations by Vesic nethod is 2,873 cm, while the results of calculations in Plaxis 2D software are 0,578 cm. Based on the results of calculating the bearing capacity of drilled pile foundations when compared with the Reese & Wright (1977) method, it provides the most economical results compared to Plaxis 2D calculations. From the analysis results, these calculations are in accordance with SNI 8460 of 2017

Abstract

Kecamatan Pasar Rebo merupakan salah satu kecamatan di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur yang terletak antara 106049’35” Bujur Timur dan 06010’37” Lintang Selatan, Luas wilayah kecamatan ini seluas 12,98 km2 (6,88 persen dari luas wilayah Kota Jakarta Timur) yang terbagi dalam 5 (lima) kelurahan meliputi: Kelurahan Baru, Kelurahan Cijantung, Kelurahan Gedong, Kelurahan Kalisari, dan Kelurahan Pekayon. Kecamatan Pasar Rebo termasuk kedalam kawasan rawan pergesaran tanah berdasarkan data Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) DKI Jakarta. Pada tanggal 10 Oktober 2020, banjir akibat hujan deras berada di jalan Lewa  RT 14 RW 08 Kelurahan Pekayon setinggi 50 sentimeter, jalan Swadaya dan jalan Karya Bakti RT 10 RW 11 Kelurahan Cijantung setinggi 1,2 meter, dan jalan Cakrabuawana dan Manunggal Kelurahan Kalisari 1 meter. Permasalahan ini tidak terlepas terhadap belum terintegrasi sistem drainase dengan baik, perilaku masyarakat membuang sampah, pendangkalan saluran, kepadatan bangunan menyebabkan tidak terdapat resapan air, dataran rendah. Sumur resapan adalah salah satu konsep sederhana yang efektif untuk mengurangi aliran permukaan yang dapat menyebabkan banjir dan merupakan kegiatan konservasi sipil teknis sederhana berupa sumuran yang berfungsi untuk menampung, menahan dan meresapkan air permukaan (run-off) ke dalam tanah (akuifer) untuk meningkatkan jumlah dan posisi muka air tanah. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa kegiatan FGD yang kemudian menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk finalisasi pembuatan rekomendasi konsep dalam pembuatan desain saluran drainase selanjutnya untuk mendorong pihak-pihak terkait sesuai bidangnya (OPD Pemda), untuk mewujudkan sumur resapan sebagai usulan program kegiatan.

Abstract

Earthquakes, caused by the movement of active tectonic plates, pose a real risk to infrastructure in Indonesia, especially in rapidly developing urban areas with high-rise building construction. Although the Cibubur area has a low earthquake risk based on SNI 1726:2019, earthquake impact analysis in construction design remains crucial. Many building collapses due to earthquakes are often caused by a lack of understanding of earthquake resistance principles in their design and implementation. Thus, in-depth structural analysis is crucial to ensure the building can withstand various types of loads, including dynamic loads due to earthquakes. This study aims to analyze the vertical components of the Cibubur Special Sports School Building using the Response Spectrum Analysis method. The specific objectives are to measure the values ??of shear forces and displacements in columns due to earthquakes, as well as the comparison of column reinforcement. Data were collected through literature review and technical data collection such as shop drawings. The analysis conducted using ETABS V.18.1.1 software showed that the highest shear forces in the second-floor columns reached 1615.402 kN (X direction) and 1482.65 kN (Y direction). The current displacement caused by the earthquake is 309,071 mm (X-direction) and 285,402 mm (Y-direction). The K1 column reinforcement ratio of 2.47% is within the limits permitted by SNI 2847-2019. This study is expected to provide insight into the structural response to earthquake loads, assist in determining the feasibility and safety of buildings, and prepare for reinforcement needs.
