Abstract

The mapping of Tugu Utara Village’s potential as a tourism destination aims to identify and optimize the village’s assets for sustainable tourism development. Tugu Utara was chosen due to its abundant natural resources, including Telaga Saat and its water springs, and the need to address challenges in waste and sanitation management. The methodology includes field surveys, interviews with local leaders, and data analysis using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The mapping results reveal significant tourism potential with supporting facilities such as glamping and food courts. However, improvements in waste and sanitation management are essential to ensure environmental sustainability. This mapping provides a crucial foundation for further development, indicating that Tugu Utara Village can become a prime tourism destination with proper planning and effective environmental management.

Abstract

Assessing community resilience is challenging due to the complexity of influencing factors. Various frameworks and models, such as the PEOPLES framework, have been developed for both theoretical and practical applications. In dealing with uncertainty, selecting the right model is crucial. While probabilistic approaches are common, they can be insufficient. Fuzzy logic, as an uncertainty model, offers a solution. This study explores community resilience in Bekasi City using fuzzification and trapezoidal membership functions for input variables categorized as low, medium, and high. The output uses triangular membership functions with four degrees: low, medium, high, and very high, ranging from 43-129. Fuzzy rule formulation applies the "minimal" function with 2,187 basic rules. The test results show high accuracy, with predictions for six regional segments matching expert assessments.

Abstract

This study applies the K-Means clustering algorithm to support decision-making processes related to identifying traffic accident-prone areas in Depok City over a three-year period (2020-2022). Secondary data was obtained from the Traffic Accident Unit of the Depok Metro Police, encompassing monthly traffic accident recapitulations for each district. The data underwent preprocessing steps, including integration and selection of relevant attributes. Using RapidMiner, the data was clustered into three distinct groups, with the optimal number of clusters determined by the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI), which yielded a score of 0.896, indicating a satisfactory clustering result. The findings reveal that four districts—Beji, Cimanggis, Pancoran Mas, and Sukmajaya—are identified as high-risk areas for traffic accidents. These results are expected to assist local authorities in implementing targeted safety measures. The study demonstrates that the K-Means clustering method is a viable tool for analyzing traffic accident data and can significantly contribute to improving road safety in urban areas

Abstract

This study is a research program conducted by Universitas Krisnadwipaya in Cibuleo TuguUtara Tourism Village, which aims to help the Cibuleo Tugu Utara Tourism Village community inincreasing the excellence of their local products through the e-commerce (electronic commerce) systemas a form of a new method phenomenon that provides modern business infrastructure through the internet. Tourism village development may take place through 4 (four) criterias: something to see, something to do, something to buy and something to learn. And this requires creativity and innovationfrom the village community. The role and availability of human resources is also very important inrealizing and improving the development of tourist villages. Therefore, one of the creativity andinnovation that can be done in this digital era is to build a modern business infrastructure through theinternet. Promotional media is very important for tourism village management in communicatingbusiness marketing of coffee planting and processing, village culinary, village tourismobjects andattractions. Thus, the purpose of using and utilizing internet media is to be able to help and facilitate (efficiently and effectively) in providing exposure to village tourism products and services for the wider community to encourage them to use this convenience regardless of space and time. The researchmethod uses a qualitative method with an Interactive Model popularized by Miles, Huberman andSaldana (2014). The results of the study recommend the e-commerce digital marketing model.
