Abstract

The increasing number of graduates from State Islamic Institute of Bukittinggi (IAIN Bukittinggi), who do not have any competency from year to year, will increase the number of unemployed in the society. In this regard, this study aimed to formulate strategies in integrating education with entrepreneurship at State Islamic Institute of Bukittinggi in order to produce applicative and highly competitive graduates. After being analyzed using SWOT analysis, SWOT Matrix, and Weight Score Table, it can be concluded that the right strategies are; implementing the KKNI curriculum that suits market needs, developing curricula especially entrepreneurship courses, equipping students with adequate entrepreneurial knowledge, creating entrepreneurship training programs, such as holding student business units to develop students' entrepreneurial potential, and multiplying student entrepreneurship practices through collaboration with business actors.Dengan bertambahnya lulusan Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bukittinggi, yang tidak memiliki kompetensi dari tahun ketahun,  akan menambah jumlah pengangguran di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Sehubungan dengan itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi dalam mengintegrasi pendidikan dan kewirausahaan pada Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bukittinggi guna menghasilkan lulusan yang aplikatif, dan berdaya saing tinggi. Setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan  analisa SWOT, Matrix SWOT, dan Tabel Bobot Skor, maka dapat dikemukakan bahwa strategi yang tepat adalah;  mnerapkan kurikulum KKNI yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar, mengembangkan kurikulum terutama mata kuliah kewirausahaan, membekali mahasiswa dengan pengetahuan kewirausahaan yang memadai, dan membuat program-program pelatihan kewirausahaan, seperti mengadakan unit-unit usaha mahasiswa untuk pengembangan potensi wirausaha mahasiswa, serta memperbanyak praktek-praktek kewirausahaan mahasiswa, melalui kerjasama dengan para pelaku usaha.

Abstract

AbstrakPotensi interprenership mahasiswa perguruan tinggi negeri di Sumatera Baratmenunjukkan bahwa potensi tersebut mencapai kategori menengah bahkan cenderungnaik. Sebagian karakter enterprenership yang kuat (berdasarkan persepsi mahasiswa)merupakan karakter kerja keras, penampilan baik, keimanan, kemampuan mengambilkeputusan, kemauan meningkatkan pengetahuan, ambisi maju, komunikatif, berkomitmenkerja, bertanggung jawab, ketertarikan terhadap enterprenership, kesempatan meraih citacitamasa depan, semangat, motivasi menjadi unggul, memiliki orientasi masa depan, danmau belajar dari kegagalan. Namun sebagian karakter yang tidak kuat adalah kemampuanbekerja sama dalam tim, mau cepat menerima hasil, kreatif, leluasa, kemampuanmemimpin, dan toleransi.Kata kunci: potensi, entrepreneurship, mahasiswa, PTAIN, Sumatera Barat

Abstract

Intention in entrepreneurship is the basis in the formation of the entrepreneurial spirit of students, while intention in entrepreneurship itself can be influenced by entrepreneurial knowledge. For this reason, FEBI UIN Bukittinggi students are expected to be able to master entrepreneurial knowledge as a provision in entrepreneurship, which can be obtained through; entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurship practicum, and Student Entrepreneurship Program (PWM) held by the institution. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial attitudes and knowledge on entrepreneurial intention in FEBI UIN Bukittinggi students. The research sample was drawn by quota random sampling based on a balanced proportion of the existing study programs at FEBI. Respondents are students who will graduate (at least semester IV for DIII, and semester VI for S1), for the three study programs contained in FEBI UIN Bukittinggi, totaling 136 people. The results showed that entrepreneurial attitude had no effect on entrepreneurial intention, while entrepreneurial knowledge had an influence on entrepreneurial intention in FEBI UIN Bukittinggi students. Minat berwirausaha menjadi dasar dalam pembentukan jiwa kewirausahaan mahasiswa, sedangkan  minat berwirausaha itu sendiri  dapat dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan kewirausahaan. Untuk itu mahasiswa FEBI UIN Bukittinggi diharapkan dapat menguasai pengetahuan kewirausahaan sebagai bekal dalam berwirausaha, yang dapat diperoleh  melalui;  pelatihahan kewirausahaan, pratikum kewirausahaan, dan Program Wirausaha Mahasiswa (PWM) yang diadakan oleh lembaga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh sikap dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa FEBI UIN Bukittinggi. Adapun sampel penelitian ditarik dengan quota random sampling berdasarkan proporsi berimbang pada program studi yang ada pada FEBI. Responden adalah mahasiswa yang akan diwisuda (minimal semester IV untuk DIII, dan semester VI pada S1), untuk tiga program studi yang terdapat pada FEBI UIN Bukittinggi yang berjumlah 136 orang. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa sikap kewirausahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh pada minat berwirausaha, sedangkan pengetahuan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa FEBI UIN Bukittinggi.

Abstract

 The objective of this research to analysis deeply examine the synergy of attitude and knowledge to develop entrepreneurship spirit of the students of Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business (FEBI) IAIN Bukittinggi. After analyzed qualitatively using; SWOT analysis, SWOT Matrix, and Charge Table Score, it can be pointed out that the synergy of attitude and knowledge in the development of entrepreneurship of students namely; 1) To grow values: honesty, tolerance,  ideas and creativity, awareness of the norms and rules, a strong spirit in learning, a strong drive to excel, confidence, and independence, interest, perseverance, and motivation, the desire to explore and produce economic resources, entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurship, And, 2). Realizing knowledge about; entrepreneurship ideas that suits the needs of the market, the development of business prospects, and business management. This research contributed to prepare the graduates who can compete in both academic and non-academic fields

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mudharabah and musyarakah financing and to find out how the effect of mudharabah and musyarakah financing or both on ROE in Islamic commercial banks. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual financial reports at Islamic commercial banks for 2016-2021 with research aids using Windows SPSS version 25.0. the population of this study is the total number of Islamic Commercial Banks registered with Bank Indonesia in 2021. In this study the samples were taken using the purposive sampling method, a total of 30 samples. Based on the research results obtained regarding the effect of mudharabah financing on ROE at Islamic Commercial Banks with the 2016-2021 research year, it has no significant effect. The effect of musyarakah financing on ROE at Islamic Commercial Banks has a significant effect. And the results of mudharabah and musyarakah financing have a positive significant effect on the level of profitability of Islamic commercial banks.

Abstract

In order to ensure sharia bank operations comply with sharia law and related banking regulations, this research was inspired by the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in West Sumatra in supervising sharia banks' compliance with sharia regulations and the principles of effective supervision. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the role of the West Sumatra OJK in carrying out supervision in ensuring that Islamic banks comply with regulations relevant to their operations. This research uses written research with a qualitative approach. Written research is research conducted indirectly or interviews conducted virtually. Research conducted by utilizing technology and online resources conducted directly or face-to-face such as interviews, data collection, or access to information sources conducted online or via online platforms. In this research, the researcher gave questions to the staff of the OJK Bank Supervision office which were sent via OJK email which would later be answered indirectly (online). The object of this research was carried out at the West Sumatra OJK Office which is located at Jl. Khatib Sulaiman No. 68 Ulak Karang Selatan, North Padang District, Padang City, West Sumatra 25137. The following are the results of inspections carried out at the West Sumatra Financial Services Authority (OJK): 1) The West Sumatra Province Financial Services Authority (OJK) has the ability to assess and guarantee Sharia Banks in carrying out their operations. Its operations are in accordance with sharia principles. This is achieved through off-site monitoring and analysis of reports. Either through field supervision or direct OJK audit findings, or through submission of audit results by the bank. The aim is to protect the stability of the financial system, prevent risks that are detrimental to the economy, and ensure the security of customers’ trust in banking. Through OJK supervision, it will have an impact on the effectiveness of implementing sharia principles in operations, which will ultimately have an impact on improving the performance of sharia banks. 2) In order to ensure Sharia Banks comply with regulations, the West Sumatra Financial Services Authority (OJK) follows the values contained in supervision, including ideas for improving supervision now and in the future. Integrity, accountability, fair treatment, availability of information and reporting, effectiveness, adaptation, and cooperation between institutions and society are qualities that are included in the context of supervisory value.

Abstract

This research is based on problems that occur in the Nagari Batuhampar Community, Akabiluru District who do online shopping, where there is the behavior of people who make sudden purchases, but the goods purchased are not necessarily needed, there are people who make purchases without thinking about the benefits of the products purchased and the public regrets after making a purchase. This research method uses quantitative research where the data in this research is collected through questionnaires. The population in this research is the people of Nagari Batuhampar who have made purchases while shopping online at the marketplace/online shop, the exact number of which is not known. The sampling technique used the lemeshow formula, totaling 96 respondents. Data processing uses statistical tests which are processed using SPSS version 27. A substantial effect of hedonic shopping value on impulse buying is observed in the Nagari Batuhampar community, Akabiluru sub-district, according to research findings (thitun 13.311>ttable 1.661 and a significance value of 0.000 indicates that shopping lifestyle significantly affects impulse buying.3) The influences of hedonic shopping value and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying are statistically significant (ttable 1.661, p < 0.05, fcount 104.396).the 3.09 ftable
