Abstract

Abstract: Within the field of marketing management science, the paper assessing service quality: aviation security, customer value, and airport accessibility is a scientific literature review. The goal of this essay is to develop a hypothesis about the relationship between factors so that it can be utilized for future studies in the field of human resource management. The descriptive qualitative research methodology is applied. Relevant data from earlier studies was gathered for this study from academic web resources like Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sinta journals. The findings of this paper are as follows: 1) Aviation security influences the evaluation of service quality; 2) Customer value influences the evaluation of service quality; and 3) Airport accessibility influences the evaluation of service quality. Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to build hypotheses regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The literature review research article determining employee performance and job satisfaction is a scientific literature article within the scope of human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and comes from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Delegation Leadership affects Job Satisfaction; 2) Remuneration affects Job Satisfaction; 3) Self-efficacy affects Job Satisfaction; 4) Delegated Leadership affects Employee Performance; 5) Remuneration affects Employee Performance; 6) Self-efficacy affects Employee Performance; 7) Job Satisfaction affects Employee Performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk membantu para guru di lingkungan Al Qalam Citra Indah dalam menemukan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang diri mereka sendiri melalui metode coaching. Dengan memanfaatkan teknik Point of You, para peserta diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi potensi, kekuatan, dan area yang perlu dikembangkan dalam diri mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini melibatkan sesi coaching berbasis kelompok, di mana setiap kelompok terdiri dari 2 kelompok orang guru. Para peserta diajak untuk melalui proses refleksi yang dipandu oleh fasilitator, menggunakan alat visual sebagai stimulus untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai perspektif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap kelompok berhasil menemukan wawasan baru mengenai diri mereka, dengan peserta melaporkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan motivasi. Secara keseluruhan, para guru mendapatkan manfaat signifikan dari kegiatan ini, termasuk kemampuan untuk lebih memahami diri mereka sendiri, serta kesiapan untuk mengaplikasikan wawasan yang diperoleh dalam konteks pengajaran. Kegiatan ini menekankan pentingnya keterlibatan aktif para guru dalam proses pengembangan diri, yang berdampak langsung pada kualitas pendidikan di komunitas mereka.
