Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, sikap kerja, motivasi kerja pada karyawan kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Ithaca Resources Company Jakarta. Itu menggunakan metode studi kausal. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 90 personel dari Ithaca Resources Perusahaan yang dipilih secara acak. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) ada pengaruh langsung kecerdasan emosional terhadap sikap kerja (2) ada pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja terhadap sikap kerja (3) ada pengaruh langsung kecerdasan emosional pada karyawan kinerja; (4) ada pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja pada karyawan kinerja; (5) ada pengaruh langsung dari sikap kerja terhadap karyawan kinerja; Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa karyawan kinerja dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional, motivasi kerja dan sikap kerja. Dan kecerdasan emosional adalah yang paling dominan yang berpengaruh karyawan kinerja. Pada kata lain, efek kecerdasan emosional tinggi lebih langsung pada karyawan kinerja Oleh karena itu, kecerdasan emosional, motivasi kerja dan sikap kerja yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam menentukan karyawan kinerja di resouces ithaca perusahaan Jakarta.The obyective of this research is to study the effect of emotional intelligence, job attitudes, work motivation on performance employee. The research was conducted at the Ithaca Resources Company Jakarta. It was using causal study method. The samples of this research were 90 personel of the Ithaca Resources Company that selected randomly. The research findings are: (1) there is a direct effect of emotional intelligence on job attitudes (2) there is a direct effect of work motivation on job attitudes (3) there is a direct effect of emotional intelligence on performance employee; (4) there is a direct effect of work motivation on performance employee; (5) there is a direct effect of job attitudes on performance employee; Based on these findings, it could be concluded that performance employee is affected by emotional intelligence, work motivation and job attitudes. And the emotional intelligence is the most dominant that effect the performance employee. On the other word, the higher emotional intelligence effects more directly on the performance employee Therefore, the emotional intelligence, work motivation and job attitudes should be taken into consideration in determining performance employee at ithaca resouces company of jakarta

Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Organizational Culture, Team Work and Employee Competence on the Ministry of Defence’s Employee Performance. The research was conducted at the Directorate of International Cooperation, Directorate General of Defense Strategy, Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. The method used in this research is a causal study or path analysis. The sample of this study was 80 employees of the Directorate of International Cooperation which were taken randomly based on a Random Sampling System. From this research, it is concluded that (1) there is a direct influence of Organizational Culture on Competence, (2) there is a direct influence of the Team Work on Competence, (3) there is a direct influence of Organizational Culture on Employee’s Performance, (4) there is an influence of the Team Work on Employee’s Performance and (5) there is an influence of competence on Employee’s Performance. Based on the results of this research, we can state that a person's performance is influenced by organizational culture, teamwork, and employee competence. In this study, teamwork is a variable that has a dominant influence on the performance of the employees. So it can be said that the existence of employees in a harmonious team work will support and even improve employee performance. Finally, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture, Work Team, and Competence are considered to be able to improve the performance of the employees of Ditkersinhan, the Directorate General of Defense Strategy of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia.Keywords : Organizational Culture, Teamwork, Competency, Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karywan PT Asuransi ABC. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan metode survei meliputi kegiatan pra survei, konsolidasi, uji coba instrumen melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, pengumpulan dan pengolahan data hasil penelitian. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi yang terjangkau, dan berkarakter sama, sebanyak 100 responden, yang diambil secara fakta, yang memenuhi syarat penelitian yang diambil pada PT Asuransi ABC. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian : 1) Terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Motivasi. Besar pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Motivasi adalah sebesar 25,6%. 2) Terdapat pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi. Besar pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi adalah sebesar 26,1%. Dan 3) Terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja. Besar pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja adalah sebesar 16,5%. 4) Terdapat pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja. Besar pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja adalah sebesar 28,0%. 5) Terdapat pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja. Besar pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja,sebesar 52,1%. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi dan Kinerja.

Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Leadership Style, Competence, and Motivation on Organization Citizenship Behaviour at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. The number of samples in this study was 90 people who were employees of the Ministry of the Defense Republic of Indonesia Ditkersinhan. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis.The measurement in this study was carried out by giving the value of each item statement of all variables using a Likert scale. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed including data description, testing of research requirements, including normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. To prove the effect of variables on this study using data analysis techniques with path analysis.The conclusions of the results of this study are: partially Leadership Style has a direct positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behaviour, meaning that if the Leadership Style increases, it causes an increase in Organization Citizenship Behaviour. Competence has a direct positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behaviour meaning that if high Competency causes an increase in Organization Citizenship Behaviour. Motivation has a direct positive effect on the Organization Citizenship Behaviour, meaning that when Motivation increases cause an increase in Organization Citizenship Behaviour. Competence has a direct positive effect on motivation, meaning that if competency increases it causes better motivation. Leadership style has a direct positive effect on employee competence, meaning that good leadership leads to an increase in employee competency.Keywords :    Leadership Style, Competence, Motivation and Organization Citizenship Behaviour.

The literature review research article on Employee Engagement Determination: career path analysis, organizational culture, remuneration, and Leadership Development is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Career Path affects Employee Engagement; 2) Organizational Culture affects Employee Engagement; 3) Remuneration affects Employee Engagement; and 4) Leadership Development influences Employee Engagement.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Return on Equity ( ROE) terhadap Nilai perusahaan pada Perbankan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Undonesia Tahun 2020-2023. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskrif. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah metode sampling jenuh. Data yang di gunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari Laporan Keuangan empat Bank BUMN. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier, Uji Hipothesis dan Uji Determinasi dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini adalah hasil uji parsial uji t dimana struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. ROE (Return On Equity) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil uji ketepatan model Uji F hitung menyatakan bahwa Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Return on Equity ( ROE) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract: Within the field of marketing management science, the paper assessing service quality: aviation security, customer value, and airport accessibility is a scientific literature review. The goal of this essay is to develop a hypothesis about the relationship between factors so that it can be utilized for future studies in the field of human resource management. The descriptive qualitative research methodology is applied. Relevant data from earlier studies was gathered for this study from academic web resources like Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sinta journals. The findings of this paper are as follows: 1) Aviation security influences the evaluation of service quality; 2) Customer value influences the evaluation of service quality; and 3) Airport accessibility influences the evaluation of service quality.
