Abstract

This study examines the contribution of Islamic banks to economic empowerment from the perspective of fiqh muamalah. The research aims to explore the strategic role of Islamic banks in transforming community economics through a comprehensive literature analysis. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review of 15 international journals from 2019-2024. The research results show that Islamic banks have a multidimensional contribution to economic empowerment, covering technological, social, environmental, and ethical aspects. Financial technology innovations, green banking practices, and Islamic financial instruments are identified as the primary empowerment mechanisms. The fiqh muamalah perspective provides a normative framework that integrates principles of justice, transparency, and social welfare in economic practice. The study concludes that Islamic banks have the potential to become sustainable socio-economic transformation agents, transcending conventional intermediation functions.

Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN) are a form of community service activities carried out by universities. In KKN carried out in Lembuak Village, Narmada Distric, West Lombok Regency, a group of Mataram University students and lectures carried out various activities with the main target being mapping and developing village potensial. The aim of implementing this KKN is to help the community in increasing income at bulayak satay UMKM in Lembuak Village, Narmada Distric, West Lombok Regency. There are several activity methods carried out, namely creating a village website and packaging innovation for bulayak satay products. The result of this activity is the availability of a website that can be used by UMKM in Lembuak Village to market bulayak satay and innovation in packaging bulayak satay so that it can be marketed outside the area. Apart from that, the KKN group is also involved in various other activities, namely posyandu, teaching and learning at PAUD, and mutual cooperation. The result of the activities above show that this KKN activity has been able to answer several problems in Lembuak Village related to increasing income for bulayak satay UMKM in Lembuak Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency.

Abstract

Kegiatan outbound berperan dalam meningkatkan kerja sama tim, komunikasi, dan kepemimpinan, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam integrasi teknologi. Anima 4111 sebagai provider outbound di Sidoarjo mengalami kendala dalam efisiensi layanan karena belum terintegrasi secara digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi gamifikasi Unbound Space guna mendukung layanan outbound di Anima 4111. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming dengan teknologi React Native, Firebase Realtime Database, dan Figma. Fitur utama meliputi Treasure Hunt untuk permainan kelompok, Personality Test untuk analisis kepribadian, dan Result Personal untuk melihat hasil akhir peserta. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Blackbox Testing, Whitebox Testing, dan Think Aloud Usability untuk mengevaluasi fungsionalitas dan pengalaman pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi memenuhi standar fungsionalitas, meskipun ditemukan beberapa kekurangan dalam aspek usability. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan layanan outbound berbasis digital, meningkatkan daya saing Anima 4111, serta memberikan referensi bagi provider lain dalam penerapan gamifikasi. Jangka panjang, aplikasi ini dapat terus dikembangkan dengan fitur inovatif untuk mendukung berbagai kegiatan outbound lainnya. Kata kunci— Gamifikasi, Extreme Programming, Aplikasi Mobile, Outbound
