Abstract

Several types of engagement index and its variables can predict the engagement index of social media. However, no research has yet to use Structural Equation Modelling to model the engagement index of the variables from the prior researchers. This study was conducted to test the metrics of social media including like, comment, share and reply towards the online engagement variables that are measured by its affective engagement, cognitive engagement and behavioural engagement. The results indicate that the reply from the admin variable is the most significant factor in creating engagement on the social media of the Local Governments in Indonesia. This will then be used to increase the engagement index of the local governments in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract

As Indonesia approaches a crucial election year in 2024, the digital engagement of political parties website plays a significant role in shaping the government's future direction. This study evaluates the usability of 17 official political party websites using both manual expert assessments and automated tools, providing insights and recommendations for improving their digital presence on basic layer of information. Based on the study of 17 political party websites in Indonesia, manual usability testing by experts showed an average agreement rate of 80%, with layout receiving the lowest score of 70%. Automated usability testing revealed that 5.9% of the websites received a grade B, 17.6% grade C, 41.2% grade D, 23.5% grade E, and 11.8% grade F, resulting in a comprehensive ranking from two different perspectives.

Abstract

Abstrak: Di era globalisasi ini, berkembang istilah pesantren modern dimana kurikulum dan pengajaran mengikuti zaman khususnya terkait pengembangan minat entrepreneurship. Pada kegiatan ini, dilakukan pelatihan digital marketing berbasis media sosial pada salah satu pondok pesantren di kabupaten sumenep. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan awareness serta softskill terkait entrepreneurship. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pelatihan dan praktikum dalam melakukan digital marketing via sosial media. Mitra dan peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah pengurus serta santri dari pondok pesantren Mathla’ul Amien Sumenep. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner ke para santri. Hasil evaluasi pasca pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan minat santri untuk berwirausaha sebanyak 35,29%. Selain itu santri memahami dengan jelas konsep entrepreneurship secara online khususnya pada sosial media. Harapannya, pelatihan ini dapat direplikasi oleh pondok pesantren untuk siswa lain kedepannya sehingga pesantren dapat mengembangkan ekosistem digital yang mandiri.Abstract: In this era of globalization, the concept of modern pesantren has emerged, where the curriculum and teaching methods keep up with the times, particularly in developing interest in entrepreneurship. In this activity, social media-based digital marketing training was conducted at one of the pesantren in Sumenep Regency. The main goal of this activity is to increase awareness and soft skills related to entrepreneurship. The activity was carried out by providing training and practical sessions on digital marketing via social media. The partners and participants in this activity were the administrators and students of Mathla’ul Amien Pesantren in Sumenep. Evaluation was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the students. The post-training evaluation results showed a 35.29% increase in students' interest in entrepreneurship. Additionally, the students clearly understood the concept of online entrepreneurship, especially on social media. It is hoped that this training can be replicated by other pesantren in the future, enabling them to develop an independent digital ecosystem.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kelompok Ternak Sumber Pangan memiliki website sebagai media penyebaran informasi di era digital untuk menyampaikan keunggulan potensi lokal. Potensi lokal yang ingin disebarkan secara luas adalah produk inovasi olahan telur bebek khas Desa Kebonsari. Pengelola website saat ini adalah pengurus kelompok ternak yang mengalami kesulitan terkait penggunaan website. Pengelola website memiliki kemampuan penggunaan IT, pendidikan akhir, dan usia yang beragam. Di sisi lain, pengelola belum terbiasa menyampaikan informasi melalui website. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan IT pengelola website menggunakan metode pelatihan. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan selama 125 menit. Peserta pelatihan adalah lima anggota kelompok ternak yang diperbantukan sebagai pengelola website. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner yang terdiri dari enam item pengukuran hard-skill oleh kelimapeserta di akhir kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan jika terdapat peningkatan kemampuan IT terkait pengelolaan website sebesar 4,73 dari skala 5.Abstract: Kelompok Ternak Sumber Pangan has a website as a medium for disseminating information in the digital era to convey the advantages of local potential. The local potential they want to distribute widely is the innovative processed duck egg product typical of Kebonsari Village. The current website manager is a livestock group administrator who has difficulty using the website. Website managers have various IT skills, final education, and ages. On the other hand, managers are not yet accustomed to conveying information via the website. This community service activity aims to improve website managers' IT skills using training methods. The training activity was carried out for 125 minutes. The training participants were five members of the livestock group who were assigned as website managers. Evaluation of the activity was carried out by filling out a questionnaire consisting of six hard-skill measurement items by the five participants at the end of the activity. The evaluation results showed that there was an increase in IT skills related to website management of 4.73 on a scale of 5.

Abstract

Kegiatan outbound berperan dalam meningkatkan kerja sama tim, komunikasi, dan kepemimpinan, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam integrasi teknologi. Anima 4111 sebagai provider outbound di Sidoarjo mengalami kendala dalam efisiensi layanan karena belum terintegrasi secara digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi gamifikasi Unbound Space guna mendukung layanan outbound di Anima 4111. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming dengan teknologi React Native, Firebase Realtime Database, dan Figma. Fitur utama meliputi Treasure Hunt untuk permainan kelompok, Personality Test untuk analisis kepribadian, dan Result Personal untuk melihat hasil akhir peserta. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Blackbox Testing, Whitebox Testing, dan Think Aloud Usability untuk mengevaluasi fungsionalitas dan pengalaman pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi memenuhi standar fungsionalitas, meskipun ditemukan beberapa kekurangan dalam aspek usability. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan layanan outbound berbasis digital, meningkatkan daya saing Anima 4111, serta memberikan referensi bagi provider lain dalam penerapan gamifikasi. Abstract

Pelatihan menembak merupakan bagian penting dalam pengembangan keterampilan personel militer. Namun, penggunaan senjata asli dalam latihan memiliki risiko yang tinggi dan biaya operasional yang besar. Teknologi Virtual Reality (VR) menawarkan alternatif berupa simulasi pelatihan yang aman, efisien, dan imersif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi simulasi latihan tembak menggunakan pendekatan First Person Shooter (FPS) berbasis VR. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), yang meliputi enam tahap: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution. Aplikasi yang dibangun menyediakan tiga level kesulitan (easy, normal, hard) dan diuji menggunakan metode black-box dengan partisipasi atlet tembak dan pengguna gamer. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu menstimulasikan pengalaman latihan menembak secara realistis dan responsif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menyediakan alternatif pelatihan menembak yang adaptif dan berbiaya rendah, serta memiliki potensi untuk diterapkan dalam pelatihan militer atau olahraga tembak.

Abstract

The Surabaya City Cooperative Office of Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade (DINKOPDAG) has an important role in supporting the development of the UMKM sector, but the management of UMKM data which is still carried out manually causes various obstacles such as data loss, reporting delays, and hampering the development of UMKMs. The recording process that still uses paper makes the access of UMKM players to government programs hampered. To overcome these problems, this research aims to design and build a website-based UMKM management information system using the Prototype method, with an iterative and participatory approach. The system was built using the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and tested using black-box, white-box, and User Acceptance Testing methods to ensure the system functionality runs according to the needs. The results showed that the developed information system can significantly replace manual processes into digital processes. Field officers can input data in real-time without having to come to the office, UMKM players can register independently, and DINKOPDAG can monitor the development of UMKMs and intervention activities through the available dashboard. Thus, this system provides a good solution to improve the accuracy and affordability of UMKM management in Surabaya City.

Abstract

Abstrak: Layanan bimbingan konseling (BK) di jenjang sekolah menengah masih banyak yang dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku pengembangan diri, yang menyebabkan kendala dalam pencatatan, analisis data, dan pemberian intervensi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mentransformasi layanan BK konvensional menjadi sistem digital melalui pengembangan dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi web “Konselink”. Metode yang digunakan mencakup observasi kebutuhan, pengembangan sistem, pelatihan luring, serta evaluasi. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah guru BK dan siswa di SMAN 1 Kamal. Pelatihan dilakukan di Lab TIK sekolah dan dievaluasi menggunakan kuesioner serta observasi langsung, dengan peserta pelatihan sebanyak 22 guru BK dan perwakilan siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan digital guru, serta skor kepuasan peserta rata-rata 4,9 dari 5. Aplikasi Konselink dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan, mempermudah analisis perkembangan siswa, dan mendorong keterlibatan siswa dalam layanan konseling yang lebih fleksibel dan adaptif.Abstract: Guidance and counseling (GC) services at the secondary school level are still largely carried out manually using student development logbooks, which leads to challenges in record-keeping, data analysis, and timely intervention. The aim of this community engagement initiative was to transform conventional GC services into a digital system through the development and training in the use of a web-based application called “Konselink.” The methods employed included needs assessment, system development, offline training, and evaluation. The participants in this program consisted of guidance counselors and students. The training was conducted in the school's ICT laboratory and evaluated through questionnaires and direct observation, involving 22 participants comprising GC teachers and student representatives. The results showed an improvement in the digital skills of the teachers, with an average participant satisfaction score of 9.4 out of 10. The Konselink application was found to be effective in improving the efficiency of documentation, facilitating student development analysis, and encouraging more flexible and adaptive student engagement in counseling services.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah perilaku manusia, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Integrasisistem informasi ke dalam pembelajaran melalui platform daring seperti Massisve Open Online Course (MOOC) memungkinkan akses pendidikan yang lebih luas dan merat. PT. Informatika Media Pratama ingin mengembangkan MOOC bernama "Unocos" untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran fleksibel yang mudah diadopsi oleh institusi pendidikan dan perusahaan. Unocos menyediakan fitur kustomisasi, antarmuka pengguna yang ramah, penyampaian materi efektif, manajemen konten terintegrasi, serta program pelatihan yang komprehensif. Perancangan UI/UX Unocos menggunakan pendekatan IDEO Human-Centered Design, yang menempatkn pengguna sebagai pusat proses desain. Tahap inspirasi dilakukan melalui wawancara dan survei untuk menggali kebutuhan dan tantangan pengguna, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap ideasi untuk mengembangkan konsep desain. Prototipe diuji melalui usability testing dengan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengukur kenyamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa desain UI/UX Unocos sesuai dengan harapan pengguna, dengan skor usability yang memuaskan. Fitur interaktif seperti forum diskusi mendorong keterlibatan peserta, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan kolaboratif. Pendekatan ini menghasilkan solusi pembelajaran daring yang relevan dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan pendidikan digital di Indonesia.
