Abstract

Hipertensi adalah suatu penyakit dengan kondisi dengan risiko morbiditas dan mortalitas yang tinggi yang dapat menyebabkan meningkatnya risiko gangguan kardiovaskular. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perilaku merokok dan kejadian hipertensi pada individu usia produktif. Hal ini karena banyak orang terus merokok tanpa menghiraukan risikonya terhadap kesehatan mereka dan orang di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dari 35 responden menggunakan lembar observasi dan dianalisis dengan uji chi square. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara perilaku merokok dan kejadian hipertensi pada usia produktif dengan nilai p=0,001<0,05. Sehingga, merokok terbukti meningkatkan risiko hipertensi pada individu usia produktif, menunjukkan perlunya intervensi kesehatan untuk mengurangi kebiasaan merokok dan menurunkan prevalensi hipertensi.

Abstract

Organizational culture and leadership play pivotal roles in determining employee performance, particularly in hospitals where effective teamwork and motivation are essential. This study aims to evaluate how organizational culture and leadership styles influence employee performance through a literature review methodology. Relevant articles were sourced from databases such as Google Scholar and Garuda, focusing on publications from the last five years using keywords such as "organizational culture," "leadership," "employee commitment," and "hospital." Findings indicate that a robust organizational culture emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and patient orientation significantly enhances employee commitment and productivity. Furthermore, transformational leadership fosters a positive work environment and boosts motivation, which are critical for maintaining high performance in demanding hospital settings. This study concludes that the synergy between organizational culture and effective leadership can significantly improve employee performance, thereby enhancing healthcare quality. It is recommended that hospitals strengthen cultural values, invest in leadership training, and prioritize employee motivation to achieve organizational goals optimally.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerubahan Konstitusi merupakan suatu hal yang tidak dapat dihindari. Konstitusi suatu negara pada hakekatnya merupakan hukum dasar tertinggi yang memuat hal-hal mengenai penyelenggaraan negara, karenanya suatu konstitusi harus memiliki sifat yang lebih stabil dari pada produk hukum lainnya. Namun, karena sistem ketatanegaraan tidak dijalankan dengan baik, maka menyebabkan pemerintahan kacau dan terjadi ketidak percayaan dalam menjalankan pemerintahan. Sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan pada konstitusi melalui dekrit persiden kembali menggunakan UUD 1945. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tentang perubahan konstitusi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan konstitusi mempunyai cara-cara atau prosedur tertentu dalam pergantian maupun perubahannya tetapi harus disesuaikan dengan perkembangan masyarakat yang terjadi dalam suatu negara. Diharapkan dalam perubahan atau pergantian konstitusi bisa beradaptasi dengan zaman maupun masyarakat. Sehingga konstitusi bisa memberikan pertahanan pada negara untuk membatasi kekuasaan, mengendalikan perkembangan dan situasi politik yang selalu berubah serta upaya untuk menghindari adanya penyalahgunaan kekuasaan dalam negara. ABSTRACTConstitutional change is something that can’t be avoided. The constitutional of a country is essentially the highest basic law that contains matters concerning the administration of the state, therefore a constitution must have a more stable nature than other legal products. However, because the constitutional system is not run properly, it causes caotic governmant and distrust in running the governmant. Thus causing changes to the constitution through a presidential decree to return to using the 1945 constitution. The purpose of the research is to find out about changes in the constitution in indonesia. This research is descriptive qualitative with literature study method. The results showed that changes to the constitution have certain ways or procedures in changing or changing it but must be adapted to the development of society that occurs in a country. It is hoped that in changing or changing the constitution can adapt to the times and society. So that the constitution can provide a defense to the state to limit power, control develpoments and political situations that are always changing and efforts to avoid abuse of power in the state.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the healthcare referral system has undergone a major shift from a conventional model to an integrated electronic system. Seven scientific articles published between 2020 and 2024 are the subject of this study. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the electronic referral system in improving access to health services. The research results show that the implementation of electronic referral systems such as SISRUTE in the JKN BPJS Kesehatan program has improved the referral process and reduced patient waiting times. However, challenges such as limited technology infrastructure, labor shortages, the complexity of system interfaces, and fear of change still exist. Information quality, ease of use, management support, and data integration greatly influence system performance. The electronic referral system is essential for reducing maternal and infant mortality rates in delivery and maternal care services. Therefore, several important recommendations for the development of a referral system in Indonesia are continuous evaluation, increased employee capacity, strengthening regulations, and integration of health information systems.
