This study examines the impact of children's feelings on friendship ties in the context of memorizing the Qur'an at the Tahfidz Ar-Raihan Foundation in Jember. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed with all items showing significance values below 5% and Cronbach's Alpha values within the acceptable range (0.708 for children's emotions and 0.746 for friendship ties). The analysis showed a significant positive relationship between children's emotional states and their friendship ties, with 35.1% of the variation in friendship ties explained by children's emotions. These findings highlight the importance of emotional well-being in the social dynamics of Qur'an education, emphasizing the need for an emotionally supportive environment to enhance learning and social interaction among children memorizing the Qur'an. Further research is recommended to explore additional factors influencing this relationship in order to develop more comprehensive educational strategies.

Improving the quality of educational services is a crucial aspect in ensuring effective learning and equitable access for all students. However, many schools still face challenges in strategic planning due to the lack of systematic data utilization in decision-making. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach at SMP Al Furqon and SMP Asy Syafaah in Jember Regency, which implement Data-Based Planning (PBD) through the Identify, Reflect, and Improve (IRB) method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and document analysis related to the implementation of PBD in schools. The findings indicate that the implementation of PBD contributes to improving school management effectiveness, student academic achievement, and the satisfaction of educators and parents. Schools that apply PBD can allocate resources more efficiently based on measurable needs analysis. Additionally, schools with better data management systems tend to identify and address educational issues more quickly. This research contributes to strengthening data-driven education policies to enhance the quality of school services sustainably and provides a strategic implementation model for other schools seeking to adopt a similar approach.

This study examines dog saliva from the perspective of Prophetic hadith and modern microbiology, focusing on purification using water and soil as guided by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, highlighting the harmony between Islamic jurisprudence and science. A qualitative library research integrated Islamic textual analysis and microbiological literature review, analyzing ten authentic hadith, five classical fiqh sources, and twenty-five peer-reviewed studies (2015–2024). Data were processed through reduction, descriptive display, and comparative integration. Findings show that dog saliva contains pathogenic microorganisms, including Capnocytophaga canimorsus and rabies virus. The Prophetic practice of washing vessels seven times, once with soil, aligns with science, as soil harbors antibacterial agents like Streptomyces that neutralize resistant pathogens, validating the method both religiously and scientifically. These findings reinforce adherence to Prophetic guidance, provide scientific justification and emphasize hygienic practices for public health. The study’s integrative approach uniquely synthesizes hadith analysis with microbiological evidence, demonstrating the convergence of faith and science.

Disputes between husband and wife sometimes lead to divorce. Some cases of divorce are caused by husbands, such as domestic violence, not providing support, cheating and so on. Sharia provides a way for wives to file for divorce. This lawsuit is of course based on justifiable reasons. This research examines the sentiments of students majoring in Family Law (HKI) at STDIIS semester 3 classes A, B, D regarding Decree Number: 1622/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JB regarding divorce cases, division of joint assets, and hadanah. A quantitative approach is used to better understand students' perspectives on certain legal decisions. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire given to a sample of HKI STDIIS students in semester 3 classes A, B, D. The Naive Bayes method using the Rstudio application and Orange software, it was concluded that the method and software used were effectively able to produce reliable analysis results. The accuracy of the Naive Bayes method in classifying user sentiment is reflected in the high level of accuracy, namely 72.3%. With the help of Orange software, the sentiment analysis process becomes more efficient and reliable, as evidenced by the achievement of Precision: 76.4% Recall: 72.3% F1 Score: 73.4%. This combination of methods and software proves its ability to carry out in-depth and reliable sentiment analysis of STDIIS IPR Students' reviews of Decision Number 1622/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JB regarding divorce cases, division of joint assets, and hadanah.

Business/entrepreneurship is one of the muamalah practices that the community often engages in, but unfortunately many of them are still involved with the problem of usury for capital. Besides aiming to find out someone's life experience in business. This research was also carried out to explore the causes, namely starting a business, starting capital, constraints when running a business using usury money and the benefits of leaving usury. The research focused on small-scale businesses in Sumbersari, Jember Regency using a qualitative approach. This research uses a type of case study research. A case study is a process of examining, understanding, explaining and testing comprehensively, intensively and in detail about a natural setting of individuals, groups, organizations, institutions, certain cultures, parties, events, certain documents, and so on.
