Abstract

This research aims to determine the Role of Women's Schools in Strengthening the Family Function in the Educational Field for Housewives in Tanjung Rejo Village. This research was conducted at PKBM Laskar Pelangi as the venue for women's school activities in Tanjung Rejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan sub-district. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study are 2 managers of women's schools and 2 learning participants. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The technique for checking the validity of data includes credibility testing, dependability testing, transferability testing, and confirmability testing. The results of the study show several findings: 1) Women's schools contribute positively to instilling religious education, introducing values such as patience, honesty, and sex education, creating an environment that supports the spiritual and moral development of learning participants. 2) The role of women's schools in moral education contributes positively by integrating moral values into the curriculum. 3) Women's schools help families create a safe emotional environment, supporting children in dealing with feelings and emotions. 4) The role of women's schools in developing household skills provides practical knowledge and training related to managing daily household tasks. 5) Women's schools successfully develop vocational skills, such as utilizing social media, making accessories, and entrepreneurial skills, contributing to the ability of housewives to apply these skills in daily life and even encouraging the opening of small businesses at home. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program posyandu terhadap peningkatan kesehatan anak, ibu hamil dan lansia pada program PKK dusun 14 desa bandar khalipah  Sumatera Utara, Indonesia.  Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualititafif metode deksriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Ada 7 kegiatan posyandu dalam meningkatkan kesehatan anak, ibu hamil dan lansia meliputi program kesehatan ibu hamil dan menyusui,  kegiatan kesehatan bayi dan anak balita, kegiatan keluarga berencana, kegiatan imunisasi, kegiatan pemantauan status gizi, kegiatan pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyakit DBD dan TBC serta kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan dan pemberian makanan lansia. 7 kegiatan tersebut dilakukan 1x sebulan.  Kegiatan Posyandu yang dilakukan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesehatan anak, ibu hamil, dan lansia. Implementasi Program Posyandu secara rutin dan komprehensif memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan kesehatan anak, ibu hamil, dan lansia. Program ini membantu masyarakat dalam pemantauan kesehatan secara teratur, pencegahan penyakit, dan memberikan layanan kesehatan yang tepat dan terjangkau. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk terus mendukung dan mengembangkan Program Posyandu guna mencapai kesehatan yang optimal bagi seluruh anggota masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Peran Sekolah Perempuan Dalam Meningkatkan Literasi Digital Bagi Ibu Rumah Tangga di Desa Tanjung Rejo Precut Sei Tuan, Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran sekolah perempuan dalam meningkatkan literasi digital bagi ibu rumah tangga di Desa Tanjung Rejo Precut Sei Tuan terdiri dari dua kegiatan program pelatihan meliputi pemberian pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai alat untuk mengembangkan usaha bisnis dan pelatihan wirausaha berbasis digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan melibatkan langsung ketua sekolah perempuan dan satu warga belajar sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwasanya peran sekolah perempuan dalam meningkatkan literasi digital bagi ibu rumah tangga memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap meningkatkannya literasi digital dikalangan ibu rumah tangga  yang dapat dibuktikan dengan ibu rumah tangga memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang digital dan berhasil membuka usaha kecil di rumah serta mereka memiliki platform marketplace sendiri yang memudahkan mereka melakukan pemasaran karya-karya yang mereka miliki. Kata Kunci: literasi digital, sekolah perempuan, ibu rumah tangga   The Role of Sekolah Perempuan in Improving Digital Literacy for Housewives in Percut Sei Tuan   Abstract This study aims to determine the role of Sekolah Perempuan in improving digital literacy for housewives in Tanjung Rejo Village, Precut Sei Tuan, North Sumatra. The results showed that the role of women's schools in improving digital literacy for housewives in the village of Tanjung Rejo Precut Sei Tuan consisted of two training program activities including providing training on the use of social media as a tool for developing business ventures and digital-based entrepreneurial training. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used through interviews, observations, and documentation studies by directly involving the head of the women's school and one learning community as research subjects. The results concluded that the role of women's schools in improving digital literacy for housewives has a positive impact on improving digital literacy among housewives, which can be proven by housewives having a good understanding of digital and successfully opening small businesses at home and they have their own marketplace platform that makes it easier for them to market their works.
