Abstract

The Seblak Prasmanan angkringan business in Gedangan Regency has become a popular culinary destination, offering a variety of seblak menus with a buffet concept. This study aims to analyze the technical and operational aspects of this business to identify the factors that influence its success and operational efficiency. A qualitative and quantitative approach was used in this research, with data collection methods including direct observation, interviews with owners and employees, and analysis of operational documents.The results of the study show that technical aspects such as location selection, angkringan layout, and cooking equipment significantly affect operational smoothness. Additionally, operational management, including work schedule arrangements, raw material management, and customer service, plays an important role in maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. The main challenges faced are fluctuations in raw material availability and food waste management. This study concludes that the implementation of efficient operational strategies and innovation in service can enhance the competitiveness of the Seblak Prasmanan angkringan business in Gedangan Regency.

Abstract

The Islamic economic system is considered capable of contributing to the global economy, including in Indonesia. This article aims to analyze monetary policy in Indonesia from an Islamic economic perspective. In this research, researchers observe monetary policy instruments, namely open market operations, where in general, monetary targets are aimed at encouraging economic growth and stabilizing inflation. The methodology used is a literature study approach to three main journals and several national and international journal articles related to sharia monetary. The main finding of this research is that the development of sharia-based monetary policy in Indonesia is considered to have an important role in economic development in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research analyzes the strategic steps that Indonesia can take in facing foreign debt challenges from a political-economic perspective. Indonesia's foreign debt has become an important issue in recent decades, with its impact not only on economic stability, but also in the domestic and international political context. Using a political economy theory approach, this research seeks to explain the interaction between economic policy, political interests and global dynamics in debt management. This research finds that an effective debt management strategy requires a combination of disciplined fiscal policy, strong economic diplomacy, and diversification of financing sources. Through these steps, Indonesia can minimize the risk of dependence on foreign debt and increase economic independence.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly changed the way people shop, especially Generation Z, who grew up in the digital age. One popular new trend is live shopping on TikTok Live and Shopee Live. This feature combines direct interaction between sellers and buyers with entertainment, making shopping more exciting and engaging. This study examined how trust and interaction influence Generation Z's interest in live shopping. The method used was interviews with several individuals who met the research criteria. The results showed that trust is a key factor, emerging from the host's credibility, the authenticity of the content, and the platform's reputation. Live interaction makes the shopping experience more personal, enjoyable, and reassuring. TikTok Live tends to encourage spontaneous purchases due to its entertainment concept, while Shopee Live supports planned purchases through detailed product information and attractive promotions.
