Abstract

Digital Health Transformation requires health facilities to develop Electronic Medical Records (EMR) according to predetermined data standards. This research aims to develop a prototype of the Semarang Ministry of Health Polytechnic Primary Clinic RME which can be integrated with the SATUSEHAT portal. The EMR Primary Clinic prototype is prepared by analyzing system needs and designing prototypes to build a prototype. The subjects of the study were doctors, dentists, and administrative officers. The object of the study was the EMR Primary Clinic of Health Polytechnic of Semarang. The prototype results are compiled simple design but can include standard interoperability of data.  Registration data includes all data standards in KMK 1423 of 2022. The EMR prototype can record all the clinical data and administrative data needed in the EMR. The test results show that this EMR prototype can accommodate the needs of primary care clinics and meet the data standards set by "SATUSEHAT". The implementation of this system is expected to facilitate the improvement of the quality of health services in primary clinics, as well as support efforts to integrate national health data more effectively and efficiently. This research also provides recommendations for further development to improve the functionality and interoperability of the system in the future

Abstract

Prolanis is a government program to reduce the prevalence of chronic diseases and prevent patients with chronic diseases from entering the complication stage. In Prolanis activities conducted by health facilities or Fasyankes, Prolanis participants sometimes come late to the health education activities, so participants do not receive information or benefit from health education activities. The purpose of this study is to investigate the use of online-based health education media for Prolanis participants. This research method is descriptive, with primary data sources from the interviews, documentation studies and literature. The application is developed using the prototype method. The Prototypes is created, evaluated, and continued to the implementation stage. The result of this research shows the developing of an online-based application for presenting health education materials to Prolanis participants. This application was tested on Prolanis participants from Padangsari Puskesamas in Semarang City and received positive responses from them. However, some participants still complained about the limited access to smartphones and the assistance need for elderly participants.

Abstract

Penyakit kardiovaskuler (PKV) merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian di Indonesia, yang menimbulkan beban kesehatan dan ekonomi yang signifikan. Penelitian ini merupakan literature review, sehingga data base yang digunakan dalam pencarian artikel ini menggunakan sumber sekunder yang berasal dari google scholar dan sage publication dengan kata kunci “Faktor Determinan Penyakit Kardiovaskuler” yang telah dilakukan peneliti sebelumnya baik yang ada di dalam negeri maupun di luar negeri. Dari total 300 artikel, akhirnya diperoleh 5 artikel yang relevan dengan judul yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Dari 5 artikel pilihan tersebut diperoleh data bahwa faktor determinan penyakit kardiovaskuler di Indonesia meliputi berbagai aspek yang berkaitan dengan gaya hidup, kondisi medis, serta faktor sosial-ekonomi. Hipertensi, diabetes, dan kolesterol tinggi merupakan faktor risiko utama yang sering diidentifikasi dalam berbagai studi. Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur mengenai faktor determinan penyakit kardiovaskuler di Indonesia, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipertensi, diabetes, kolesterol tinggi, dan gaya hidup tidak sehat merupakan faktor risiko utama yang signifikan dalam pengembangan penyakit kardiovaskuler. Hipertensi dan diabetes melitus tipe 2 telah terbukti secara konsisten berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan prevalensi penyakit jantung koroner dan stroke di Indonesia, dengan hipertensi sebagai faktor utama yang memperburuk kondisi kardiovaskuler.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan data kependudukan berbasis sistem informasi melalui program “Kampung Smart” di Kecamatan Tembalang, Kota Semarang. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah masih terbatasnya penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam mendukung kegiatan preventif berbasis data. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahapan persiapan, pelatihan, implementasi sistem, serta evaluasi melalui survei dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini membantu mempercepat pencatatan dan pelaporan data warga, serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya kesehatan preventif. Tingkat kepuasan masyarakat mencapai 97,4%. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa kolaborasi antara teknologi dan literasi masyarakat dapat mendorong transformasi digital pada level komunitas.

Abstract

The utilization of Electronic Medical Records (RME) in the management of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) offers a range of significant benefits, including improved patient monitoring, reduced medical errors, and improved patient safety. This study aims to review the effectiveness of RME in the management of CKD, identify obstacles in its implementation, and offer recommendations for increasing the use of RME. A qualitative approach was used in this study, with data obtained through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The results of the study show that RME makes it easier for medical personnel to access patient data quickly and accurately, which is very important in the management of CKD. Additionally, RME helps to reduce errors in drug prescription writing and ensure that the patient's medical history is well documented, improving the safety and quality of care received by patients. However, the implementation of RME still faces various obstacles such as high initial costs, resistance to changes from medical staff, and technical issues and interoperability. To address these challenges, it is recommended to provide ongoing training for medical staff, improve technological infrastructure, and support from hospital management
