Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses implementasi P5 di SMA Islam Al-Maarif Singosari dengan 40% peserta didik sebagai anak pondok pesantren yang memiliki batas waktu diluar pondok. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi secara partisipan, wawancara semi terstruktur, serta dokumentasi primer dan sekunder secara langsung oleh peneliti dengan analisis data dari Creswell dan teknik pembuktian data melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode observasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini ini antara lain: (1) guru sebagai pengelola dan fasilitator berperan penting dalam implementasi P5 sehingga perlu memiliki pemahaman dan mampu beradaptasi dengan implementasi P5 untuk menghindari terjadinya miskonsepsi, dan (2) Implementasi P5 di SMA Islam Al-Maarif melalui tahap perancangan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut berupa evaluasi dan refleksi yang memuat beberapa aspek dalam tiap tahapannya untuk mengoptimalisasikan P5.Abstract:  This study aims to determine the implementation process of P5 at Al-Maarif Singosari Islamic High School where 40% of the students are boarding school students who have limited time outside the pesantren. The research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study design. Research data were obtained through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and primary and secondary documentation conducted directly by researchers with data analysis from Creswell and data validity techniques through source triangulation and observation method triangulation. The results in this study include: (1) teachers as managers and facilitators have an important role in the implementation of P5 so they need to understand and collaborate in the implementation of P5 to avoid misconceptions, and (2) Implementation of P5 at Al-Ma'arif Islamic High School through the stages of design, implementation, and follow-up in the form of evaluation and reflection which contains several aspects of activities at each stage to optimize P5.
