Abstract

This research aims to analyze the realization of derivational affixes in eleventh-grade students’ writing assignments in the specialization class, which is literature class at State Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Karanganyar. Plag, Carstairs and McCarthy, and Haspelmath and Sims were the theories used in this research. These theories are related to the characteristics of derivational affixes, the kinds of word class changes in derivational affixes, and the categories of derivational affixes. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with the document analysis technique to gather data from eleventh-grade students’ writings.  The researcher found 285 words formed through the derivational affixes process. While derivational infixes were not found in the study, the findings show that derivational suffixes are more widely used than derivational prefixes. In short, students applied derivational affixes grammatically correctly in their writings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana para guru memanfaatkan Platform Merdeka Mengajar yang diluncurkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan sebagai media untuk mendukung para guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode mix method, yaitu menggunakan kombinasi penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metodologi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang telah divalidasi oleh para ahli dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru menggunakan Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) secara teratur untuk berbagai alasan yang berbeda. Kebanyakan guru percaya bahwa PMM relevan dengan kebutuhan pendidikan saat ini. Para guru sangat tertarik pada keragaman materi pengajaran dan kemudahan akses pada PMM. PMM dianggap sebagai alat yang efektif dan relevan dalam pendidikan saat ini. Para responden menganggap PMM sangat membantu dalam transformasi pendidikan di era digital. Saran dan masukan guru tentang PMM sangat beragam terkait konten, pelatihan, dan aksesibilitas platform.

Abstract

This research analyzes the value of religious tolerance contained in an integrated thematic companion book for grade 2 within the scope of Civics Education learning based on Tillman D (2004) in Values Education for Young Adults. Risa Pratono's translation). Jakarta: Grasindo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the instrument in the form of documentation. The data source used is a document: "Buku Penauntuk SD/MI Kelas 2 within the scope of Civic Education material". The results of the study indicate that a tolerance attitude is taught in the KD content that has been arranged in the book. Of course, the teacher is obliged to teach students the material that has been contained in it. The values of tolerance found include (1) peace is the goal; (2) tolerance is open and receptive to the beauty of difference; (3) tolerance respects individuals and differences; (4) tolerance is mutual respect for one another; (5) the seeds of intolerance are fear and indifference; (6) the seed of tolerance is love; (7) if there is no love, there is no tolerance; (8) who know to appreciate the goodness in others and situations have tolerance; (9) tolerance means dealing with difficult situations; and (10) tolerance for the discomforts of life by letting go, lighten up, and let others down.
