Abstract

Arabic vocabulary mastery (mufrodat) is one of the main keys to mastering Arabic. However, a monotonous learning environment often becomes an obstacle for students to achieve this mastery. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of icebreaker strategies in increasing student engagement in learning Arabic mufrodat. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that icebreaker strategies were able to change the classroom atmosphere from initially boring to more active, fun, and conducive. This strategy succeeded in attracting students' attention and increasing their participation in the learning process. In conclusion, icebreakers are an effective tool for creating an entertaining learning environment while supporting the improvement of Arabic vocabulary mastery. This strategy can be adapted as an innovative learning method to create a more interactive and motivating atmosphere for students

Abstract

Kekosongan pengaturan dalam Undang-Undang Kepailitan membuka celah penyalahgunaan mekanisme PKPU dalam sengketa warisan, yang dapat menempatkan ahli waris, terutama yang tidak memenuhi syarat sebagai debitor berada dalam posisi rentan tanpa perlindungan hukum yang jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketidaksesuaian penerapan PKPU dalam konteks kepailitan ahli waris sesuai dengan Pasal 209 Undang-Undang Kepailitan serta menegaskan pentingnya prinsip keadilan, kepastian hukum, asas homologasi, dan pacta sunt servanda guna mendorong penyelesaian utang yang lebih adil dan bermartabat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan inventarisasi hukum positif melalui studi literatur. Kasus PT Krama Yudha menunjukkan bahwa kekosongan ini menimbulkan ketidakadilan dan bertentangan dengan asas keadilan serta kepastian hukum, sehingga membuka peluang penyalahgunaan oleh kreditur, terutama dalam sengketa lintas batas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan revisi Undang-Undang Kepailitan guna memperjelas tanggung jawab ahli waris, mencegah penyalahgunaan, dan menjamin keadilan.
