Abstract

Kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua merupakan suatu bentuk atau pola hubungan antara guru dan orang tua yang sama-sama mempunyai tugas dan kewajiban untuk mendidik, mengajar dan mengawasi anak baik di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah dengan tujuan untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk kolaborasi orang tua dalam mendukung perkembangan anak usia dini di TK Pertiwi XXV Karangmojo. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bentuk kolaborasi guru dan orang tua dalam meningkatkan perkembangan anak di usia dini yaitu parenting education, komunikasi antara guru dan orang tua, volunteering (sukarelawan), dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran anak. Bentuk kolaborasi tersebut berjalan dengan baik dan efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan anak usia dini di TK Pertiwi XXV Karangmojo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of village officials in Gunungkidul Regency. Its significance lies in the crucial role of village officials as the implementing element of regional autonomy at the lowest level. Village governments influence the success of government programs in terms of governance. In this study, we used a qualitative descriptive research approach, sampling all sub-districts in Gunungkidul Regency, selecting 1-3 villages (desa or kalurahan) from each sub-district. In this research, we used indicators such as output quality, output quantity, working hours, attendance rate, and collaboration. The analysis used in this research is the fishbone analysis. The results of this study show that the performance of Village Apparatus still requires support for improving the quality of human resources because the average performance of Village Apparatus is still low.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of digital transformation on the financial performance of MSMEs in Indonesia in the post-pandemic period using the Technology Acceptance Model approach as a mediating variable. This study employed a quantitative method with a survey approach of MSMEs that have adopted digital technology in their business operations. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares to simultaneously test the relationship between variables. The results showed that digital transformation has a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs. The adoption of digital technology has been shown to improve operational efficiency, expand market access, and drive business revenue growth. In addition, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness as the main constructs in the Technology Acceptance Model have been shown to significantly influence the intention to use technology by MSMEs. This study also found that the Technology Acceptance Model acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between digital transformation and financial performance. This indicates that the success of digital transformation is highly dependent on the level of acceptance and utilization of technology by users. These findings confirm that behavioral factors play a critical role in determining the effectiveness of technology implementation in improving business performance. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of digital transformation and MSME studies, as well as practical implications for business actors and policy makers in encouraging more optimal technology adoption.
