Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi relevansi nilai-nilai moral dalam kitab Ta'limul Muta'allim terhadap pendidikan karakter di Indonesia dalam era Society 5.0. Kitab Ta'limul Muta'allim adalah teks klasik Islam yang telah digunakan selama berabad-abad untuk mendidik individu tentang nilai-nilai moral dan etika. Dalam era modern ini, dengan kemajuan teknologi dan globalisasi yang pesat, kebutuhan akan pendidikan karakter menjadi lebih penting dari sebelumnya. Dengan memeriksa ajaran Ta'limul Muta'allim, kita dapat memperoleh wawasan berharga tentang bagaimana nilai-nilai moral ini dapat diterapkan untuk membangun fondasi karakter yang kuat pada generasi muda Indonesia. Dalam konteks Society 5.0, di mana teknologi memainkan peran signifikan dalam membentuk masyarakat, prinsip-prinsip dan ajaran yang ditemukan dalam Ta'limul Muta'allim dapat menjadi panduan bagi individu muda untuk menavigasi kompleksitas dunia modern. Dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai moral seperti kejujuran, kasih sayang, dan integritas ke dalam program pendidikan karakter, Indonesia dapat membina generasi yang bermoral tinggi dan bertanggung jawab secara etika, yang mampu memberikan kontribusi positif bagi masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan holistik yang menggabungkan kebijaksanaan tradisional dengan pengetahuan kontemporer, Indonesia dapat memastikan bahwa generasinya dilengkapi dengan alat yang diperlukan untuk berkembang dalam Society 5.0 sambil menjunjung nilai-nilai kebaikan dan kebajikan yang abadi.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of MUI Fatwa No. 24 of 2017 in addressing ethical and transparency challenges in virtual transactions, particularly on Shopee and Tokopedia platforms. Employing a qualitative descriptive-analytical method, the research utilizes primary sources, including the fatwa itself, and secondary literature from Islamic jurisprudence and academic publications. The findings highlight that while the fatwa provides substantial guidance on ensuring Sharia compliance in virtual transactions focusing on principles such as transparency, fairness, and the prohibition of gharar (uncertainty) and riba (usury) its practical implementation faces significant challenges. These challenges arise from the dynamic nature of digital commerce, including issues of unclear agreements, data security, and emerging financial technologies such as cryptocurrency. The study concludes with recommendations for refining and adapting Islamic legal rulings to align with technological advancements, ensuring that virtual transactions remain ethically and lawfully consistent with Sharia.

Abstract

Abstract Culture represents a controversial source of Islamic law. However, it's not yet clear what kind of culture can serve as a legal foundation, its criteria, and its legitimacy. Using a literature study approach, the objective of this research is to analyze the concept of 'urf (custom) in Islamic law from the perspective of Sheikh Yasin Alfadani in his book "al-Fawa’id Al-janiyah." Additionally, this study aims to interpret Sheikh Yasin Alfadani's views on the concept of 'urf in Islamic law through a qualitative analysis approach.In Indonesian, 'urf is defined as adat (custom) or kebiasaan (habit). 'Urf that can be considered as hujjah (evidence) in Islamic law refers to the valid customs of the society, encompassing both speech and actions. "Al-'Adat Muhakkamah" is a concept in the science of ushul fiqh (principles of Islamic jurisprudence) that signifies that the customs or habits of the society can be a valid basis or hold authority in Islamic law. Through the examination of the book al-Fawa'id Al-janiyah, several principles related to 'urf are discovered. These principles include the understanding that uncertain or changing customs cannot be established as determinations, customs conflicting with the syara' (Islamic law) must be adhered to the syara'. Moreover, customs can serve as requirements in certain situations, and customs that occur after a statement or action are not valid. Keywords: 'Urf, Ritual, Culture. Abstrak Budaya merupakan sumber hukum Islam yang kontroversial. Namun, belum jelas budaya seperti apa yang bisa dijadikan dasar hukum, kriterianya, dan nilai keabsahannya. Dengan metode pendekatan studi literatur, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis konsep 'urf dalam hukum Islam dari perspektif Syaikh Yasin Alfadani dalam Kitab al-Fawa’id Al-janiyah. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menginterpretasikan pandangan Syaikh Yasin Alfadani tentang konsep 'urf dalam hukum Islam melalui pendekatan analisis kualitatif.’Urf diartikan dalam bahasa indonesia sebagai adat atau kebiasaan. ‘Urf yang dapat dijadikan hujjah dalam hukum Islam adalah kebiasaan-kebiasaan masyarakat, baik ucapan maupun sikap atau perbuatan yang sahih. ”Al-’Adat Muhakkamah” adalah sebuah konsep dalam ilmu ushul fiqh yang berarti bahwa adat atau kebiasaan masyarakat dapat menjadi dasar hukum yang sah atau memiliki otoritas dalam Islam. Dalam tinjauan kitab al-Fawa’id Al-janiyah, ditemukan beberapa prinsip yang berkaitan dengan ’urf. Prinsip-prinsip tersebut meliputi pemahaman bahwa adat tidak dapat dijadikan ketetapan jika tidak pasti atau tetap, adat yang bertentangan dengan syara'' harus diikuti syara''. Selain itu, adat dapat menjadi syarat dalam beberapa situasi, dan adat yang terjadi setelah ucapan atau tindakan tidak berlaku.  Keywords: ’Urf, Adat, Budaya.

Abstract

Abstract: Islamic education plays a central role in shaping individual character and societal civilization, with the virtues of learning and teaching upheld as core values. These virtues are profoundly reflected in numerous hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, which encapsulate not only intellectual dimensions but also spiritual and ethical foundations. However, in contemporary educational practice, there exists a significant gap between the ideal values embodied in hadith and the implementation of curricula that tend to prioritize cognitive and instrumental outcomes. Moreover, academic studies that specifically explore educational hadiths through a thematic approach to address the demands of 21st-century education remain notably scarce. This condition underscores the urgency of systematically reexamining the prophetic traditions on the virtues of learning and teaching, in order to formulate a value-based framework that can be integrated into a transformative Islamic educational curriculum. This study aims to identify, classify, and analyze hadiths related to the virtues of seeking and imparting knowledge, and to explore their relevance in designing contemporary Islamic education curricula. The main focus is on integrating the spiritual, moral, and intellectual values found in hadith into both formal and non-formal education systems, especially in the context of digital-era challenges. Employing a qualitative approach with thematic (maudhu’i) analysis, this research draws upon authoritative hadith collections and is supported by contextual academic literature. The findings reveal that these prophetic traditions not only convey spiritual merit but also offer transformative educational philosophy. Their integration can serve as a foundation for curriculum development that simultaneously addresses cognitive, affective, and spiritual dimensions. This study provides practical implications for strengthening the role of hadith as a source of ethical guidance and visionary pedagogy in the advancement of Islamic education.
