Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kurikulum pesantren di Kabupaten Jepara di Era 4.0.  Mengapa pesantren sudah menggunakan 4.0, tapi peserta didik tidak menguasai penggunaan media digital. Pondok Kabupaten Jepara ini adalah untuk mengetahui dinamika proses kebijakan pelaksanaan manajemen pendidikan di pesantren tersebut, untuk mengetahui pola manajemen yang dipraktekkan pengelola (kyai) dalam menggerakkan dan mengelola semua sumber daya di pesantren dan untuk mengetahui faktor penunjang dan faktor penghambat dalam kebijakan pengembngan  manajemen pesantren sebagai tindak lanjut dalam peningkatan pengelolaan pendidikan pesantren. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di pondok pesatren memakai penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode kualitatif atau pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan telaah dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi, analisis datang dengan tiga langkah yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data atau penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian dideskripsikan dengan dianalisis sehingga dapat menemukan menemukan teori serta pesan manajemen pendidikan madrasah pesantren (kyai) dengan manajemen pendidikan pesantren (kemenag). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan merupakan suatu metode yang di gunakan untuk suatu hasil produk tertentu serta menguji keefektifan dari produk tersebut. Upaya untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan temuan temuan baru. Jadi penelitian ini adalah upaya untuk membuktikan mengembangkan dan menemukan bukti kongkret kebenaran sebuah model yang telah ada. hasil penelitian sangat mendukung dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu adanya fasiltas proyektor, laptop, audio, sehingga pada saat pembelajaran materi sangat didukung dengan fasilitas tersebut, dan juga guru sangat terbantu fasilitas tersebut itu terbukti pada saat proses pembelajran guru menyampaikan materi menggunakan semua fasilitas tersebut sehingga peserta didik tidak jenuh dikelas. [This study aims to: (1) explain the meaning of Islamic boarding schools; 2) explain the basis of religion, philosophical foundation and also social foundation Management culture of Islamic Boarding Schools; and (3) explain the curriculum development of Islamic boarding schools in Jepara. This research was carried out in several Islamic boarding schools in Jepara district. This study uses a qualitative method by emphasizing descriptive and problem analysis using a type of problem analysis (field research) that focuses on the analytical studies. So this research is an attempt to prove the development and finding concrete evidence of the truth of an existing model. The results of the study show that development is a method used for a particular product outcome and testing the effectiveness of the product. Efforts to develop new knowledge and findings. So this research is an attempt to prove the development and also find the real evidence and the truth of an existing model. The result of this research support the learning process such as the existence of projector facilities, laptops and audio, so that the learning process will be supported by these facilities, and also the teacher is greatly helped by these facilities as evidenced during the learning process the teacher delivers the material by using all of these facilities so that students not feel saturated in the class.]

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan manajemen keuangan pondok pesatren, mulai dari proses tahapan pendanaan hingga pengalokasian keuangan pondok pesantren. Adanya permasalahan yang menunjukkan bahwa Kyai belum memanfaatkan fungsi manajerial dalam mengelola keuangan, sehingga pengeluaran masih berpusat pada Kyai, padahal seharusnya dikelola secara professional dan modern, belum ada perencanaan keuangan jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang yang terprogram dengan baik dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang mengerti keuangan. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di pondok pesantren Balekambang jepara dan Amsilati Darul Falah Bangsri Jepara pada februari 2020. Memakai penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan metode kualitatif atau pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan telaah dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi, analisis datang dengan tiga langkah yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data atau penyimpulan. Dari hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa dalam manajemen keuangan di Pondok Pesantren Balekambang jepara dan Amsilati Darul Falah Bangsri Jepara, bahwa: a) Sumber keuangan di pondok pesantren hanya bersumber dari donatur tidak tetap dan dari hasil unit usaha yang dimiliki pondok pesantren. b) Perencanaan anggaran, dalam merencanakan anggaran di Pondok Pesantren Al Musanni ini mempunyai konsep tersendiri dari pondok pesantren. Konsep tersebut di buat oleh pihak pondok pesantren secara langsung yang sudah didasarkanatas musyawarah yang dilaksanakan pada setiap enam bulan sekali. c) Pelaksanaan anggaran di Pondok Pesantren Al Musanni disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pondok pesantren. d) Evaluasi atau Pelaporan, dilakukan oleh pondok pesantren setiap enam bulan sekali dibulan Juni dan bulan Desember.Namun masih ada hambatan dalam manajemen keuangan di pondok pesantren. Hambatan tersebut yaitu tidak menentunya pemasukan sumber keuangan di pondok pesantren Kata Kunci: Manajemen Keuangan Pesantren     ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the financial management of pondok ujungren financial institutions, starting from the process of funding stages to the financial allocation of Islamic boarding schools. There are problems that indicate that Kyai has not utilized managerial functions in managing finances, so spending is still centered on Kyai, even though it should be managed professionally and modernly, there is no short-term, medium and long-term financial planning that is well programmed and the lack of human resources who understand finance.This research was carried out in Balekambang Islamic Boarding Schools in Jepara and Amsilati Darul Falah Bangsri Jepara in February 2020. Using field research, with qualitative methods or qualitative descriptive approaches, data collection techniques were carried out using documentation, interviews and observations, coming analysis with three steps namely: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or inference. From the results of data analysis, it was concluded that in financial management at Balekambang Islamic Boarding Schools in Jepara and Amsilati Darul Falah Bangsri Jepara, that: a) Financial sources in Islamic boarding schools are only sourced from non-permanent donors and from the results of business units owned by Islamic boarding schools. b) Budget planning, in planning the budget at Al Musanni Islamic Boarding School has its own concept from the Islamic boarding school. The concept was made by the boarding school directly which has been based on deliberations held every six months. c) Budget implementation in Al Musanni Islamic Boarding School is adjusted to the needs of Islamic boarding schools. d) Evaluation or Reporting, carried out by Islamic boarding schools every six months in June and December. However, there are still obstacles in financial management in Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

Learning Arabic grammar and the Kitab Kuning is the main focus of madrasah diniyah and Islamic boarding school education. Hence, adapting strategies, methods, and media for learning materials is Asatidz's (teachers) main concern in motivating students' interest in participating in learning at these two institutions. The research used a quasi-experimental design to describe, analyze, and describe (1) the application of the Ibtida’i method and (2) Asatidz's perception of the application of the Ibtida’i method in Madrasah Diniyah throughout Jepara district in learning Arabic grammar and turats. This research results show that 1) the procedures and applications of the Ibtida’i method are simultaneous between mastery of grammatical rules and application in grammatical learning and the meaning of the turats. 2) Asatidz's perception of the application of the Ibtida’i method shows that a) the majority of asatidz always teach Arabic grammar (nahwu and shorof) so that it becomes their field of expertise, b) the majority of asztidz have sufficiently mastered the stages of learning using the Ibtida’i method, c) the majority of asatidz have sufficiently mastered the characteristics of the Ibtida’i method, d) the majority of asatidz are consistent in applying the Ibtida’i method, e) the majority of asatidz are quite motivated to apply the Ibtida’i method in learning Arabic Grammatical, f) the majority of students are quite enthusiastic and motivated in learning Arabic Grammatical using the Ibtida’i method on the score, g) learning Arabic Grammatical using the Ibtida’i method makes a positive contribution to achieving targets in learning Arabic Grammatical and the book of turats.

Abstract

In this modern era, many people do not know about the law of children from outside marriage, they only follow the western world where the association there is free between the opposite sex, then cause attraction between the opposite sex and then have a relationship without a clear status without thinking about the consequences of their actions, both for themselves and for others. In this study, it is hoped that people understand the position of a child, whether from a legal or illegal marriage, in order to better protect themselves and others, this study was conducted by examining library materials and using the type of research approach used is library research (library research). If a child is the result of a woman's adultery, the child does not have a relationship with the father's family, either the biological father, and the biological father cannot provide inheritance and become the child's guardian. The child only has a blood relationship with his mother's family. But the father is still obliged to provide for his child.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of MUI Fatwa No. 24 of 2017 in addressing ethical and transparency challenges in virtual transactions, particularly on Shopee and Tokopedia platforms. Employing a qualitative descriptive-analytical method, the research utilizes primary sources, including the fatwa itself, and secondary literature from Islamic jurisprudence and academic publications. The findings highlight that while the fatwa provides substantial guidance on ensuring Sharia compliance in virtual transactions focusing on principles such as transparency, fairness, and the prohibition of gharar (uncertainty) and riba (usury) its practical implementation faces significant challenges. These challenges arise from the dynamic nature of digital commerce, including issues of unclear agreements, data security, and emerging financial technologies such as cryptocurrency. The study concludes with recommendations for refining and adapting Islamic legal rulings to align with technological advancements, ensuring that virtual transactions remain ethically and lawfully consistent with Sharia.

Abstract

Abstract Culture represents a controversial source of Islamic law. However, it's not yet clear what kind of culture can serve as a legal foundation, its criteria, and its legitimacy. Using a literature study approach, the objective of this research is to analyze the concept of 'urf (custom) in Islamic law from the perspective of Sheikh Yasin Alfadani in his book "al-Fawa’id Al-janiyah." Additionally, this study aims to interpret Sheikh Yasin Alfadani's views on the concept of 'urf in Islamic law through a qualitative analysis approach.In Indonesian, 'urf is defined as adat (custom) or kebiasaan (habit). 'Urf that can be considered as hujjah (evidence) in Islamic law refers to the valid customs of the society, encompassing both speech and actions. "Al-'Adat Muhakkamah" is a concept in the science of ushul fiqh (principles of Islamic jurisprudence) that signifies that the customs or habits of the society can be a valid basis or hold authority in Islamic law. Through the examination of the book al-Fawa'id Al-janiyah, several principles related to 'urf are discovered. These principles include the understanding that uncertain or changing customs cannot be established as determinations, customs conflicting with the syara' (Islamic law) must be adhered to the syara'. Moreover, customs can serve as requirements in certain situations, and customs that occur after a statement or action are not valid. Keywords: 'Urf, Ritual, Culture. Abstrak Budaya merupakan sumber hukum Islam yang kontroversial. Namun, belum jelas budaya seperti apa yang bisa dijadikan dasar hukum, kriterianya, dan nilai keabsahannya. Dengan metode pendekatan studi literatur, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis konsep 'urf dalam hukum Islam dari perspektif Syaikh Yasin Alfadani dalam Kitab al-Fawa’id Al-janiyah. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menginterpretasikan pandangan Syaikh Yasin Alfadani tentang konsep 'urf dalam hukum Islam melalui pendekatan analisis kualitatif.’Urf diartikan dalam bahasa indonesia sebagai adat atau kebiasaan. ‘Urf yang dapat dijadikan hujjah dalam hukum Islam adalah kebiasaan-kebiasaan masyarakat, baik ucapan maupun sikap atau perbuatan yang sahih. ”Al-’Adat Muhakkamah” adalah sebuah konsep dalam ilmu ushul fiqh yang berarti bahwa adat atau kebiasaan masyarakat dapat menjadi dasar hukum yang sah atau memiliki otoritas dalam Islam. Dalam tinjauan kitab al-Fawa’id Al-janiyah, ditemukan beberapa prinsip yang berkaitan dengan ’urf. Prinsip-prinsip tersebut meliputi pemahaman bahwa adat tidak dapat dijadikan ketetapan jika tidak pasti atau tetap, adat yang bertentangan dengan syara'' harus diikuti syara''. Selain itu, adat dapat menjadi syarat dalam beberapa situasi, dan adat yang terjadi setelah ucapan atau tindakan tidak berlaku.  Keywords: ’Urf, Adat, Budaya.
