Abstract

Mahasiswa akan berhasil dalam studinya apabila dapat menyelesaikan studi hingga lulus. Ujian skripsi sebagai salah satu proses yang menentukan kelulusan sangat penting bagi mahasiswa strata satu (S1). Pada ujian skripsi ini, mahasiswa tingkat akhir harus mempertanggungjawabkan dan mempertahankan hasil penelitian yang telah dituangkan ke dalam skripsi. Bayangan mengenai proses ujian dan berbagai pertanyaan sulit yang harus dijawab selama ujian mengakibatkan tidak sedikit mahasiswa mengalami kecemasan dalam menghadapi ujian skripsi. Tingginya kecemasan mahasiswa terwujud dalam keyakinan yang dimiliki akan ketidaksanggupan dirinya untuk dapat menghadapi ujian skripsi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa tinggi tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti ujian skripsi. Perbedaan tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti ujian skripsi ditinjau dari jenis kelamin yaitu laki-laki dan perempuan. Melihat seberapa tinggi tingkat kecemasan yang dialamii oleh mahasiswa laki-laki dan mahasiswa perempuan, agar bisa membantu mengatasi kecemasan mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam mengikuti ujian skripsi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif jenis deskriptif komparatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswaUniversita Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. Adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 200 mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang memprogram mata kuliah skripsi.

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini diharapkan para pelaku UMKM desa Citra Manunggal Jaya dapat memperoleh dalam peningkatan keterampilan dasar desain grafis yang memungkinkan mereka menciptakan tampilan produk yang lebih profesional dan menarik bagi kalangan konsumen yang lebih luas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pertama persiapan, yang mencakup yaitu menganalisis kebutuhan kegiatan,penentuan materi dan peserta, penyiapan materi dan hp. Kedua pelaksanaan, yaitu penyampaian materi menggunakan proyektor dan melakukan pendekatan dengan praktek langsung. Dari hasil pelatihan menujukkan bahwa terlihat adanya peningkatan keterampilan para peserta dalam mendesain logo dan daftar menu yang menarik sesuai tema yang di berikan pemateri dan mampu menggunakan aplikasi canva. Yang diharapkan dapat memperkuat branding produk mereka dan membantu meningkatkan daya saing di pasar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the values of gender equality in Daarussholah Pesantren-Based Junior High School (BP), the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in internalizing it, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with the main informants, namely PAI teachers, students, and principals. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results showed that Daarussholah Pesantren-Based Junior High School has attempted to implement gender equality values through policies that support equal rights and opportunities between male and female students, both in learning, leadership, and extracurricular activities. These values include justice, equality, and freedom of expression without gender restrictions. PAI teachers play an important role as educators and role models, conveying these values through teaching, social interaction and support for the school's inclusive policies. Supporting factors for the internalization of these values are the progressive school policies and the diversity of the teaching staff. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the immaturity of students' emotional intelligence.

Abstract

The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants for this study consisted of the school principal, teachers, students, and community members. The research findings indicate the implementation of quality assurance management. First, a plan is developed related to the vision and mission as the goals to be achieved. Second, organization by the Madrasah Quality Assurance Team focuses on quality. Third, implementation involves a series of activities, such as teacher training and the implementation of a structured evaluation system. Fourth, for control, the principal and the QAT (Quality Assurance Team) actively motivate all school elements. Fifth, the guidance phase involves continuous control through periodic monitoring and evaluation of the quality assurance program's implementation, supported by the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) theory. Efforts to enhance trust include an emotional approach, offering programs that align with community needs, and consistently providing updates on student progress through social media

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to reveal the effectiveness of group guidance services in increasing the understanding of class VIII students at BP Darush Sholah Middle School regarding the dangers of drug abuse. A research approach using a Quasi Experiment with a Pretest and Posttest Control Group Design was used to test whether group guidance services could increase students' understanding of the dangers of drug abuse. Two groups were selected using purposive sampling, namely students in class VIIIA and VIIIB at SMP BP Darush Sholah. Each group consists of 10 students. Group guidance services are applied to the experimental group, while group guidance services are not provided to the control group. Data on students' understanding of the dangers of drugs was collected using a Likert scale, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and Kolmogorov Smirnov Two Independent Samples with the help of SPSS version 20.00. The findings of this research are (1) there was a significant increase in students' understanding scores about the dangers of drugs after being given group guidance service treatment, (2) there was no increase in students' understanding scores about the dangers of drugs who were not given group guidance service treatment, (3) there were differences significant score of students' understanding of the dangers of drugs in the experimental group compared to the control group.
