Abstract

Assessment is an activity or process that involves collecting and processing information to measure and analyze the achievement of student learning outcomes. This research method adopts a qualitative approach by applying literature study techniques. Using literature studies, this research focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information available in the form of writings, articles, books, or journals that can provide insights related to the phenomenon being researched. This literature study shows that the assessment standards in Integrated Islamic schools aim to shape the character of students based on religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation, and integrity values. The assessment is carried out comprehensively by involving an evaluation of students' attitudes, knowledge, skills, and morals. This assessment process prioritizes a structured and based approach on character development in accordance with Islamic teachings and universal social norms. Moral assessment has an important role in strengthening students' moral values, helping them adjust to the social environment, and supporting the formation of a good personality in the context of Islamic education. Abstract

Global leadership is the ability of individuals to inspire and motivate groups to achieve positive visions in an organized manner, while fostering growth both individually and collectively in the midst of complex global challenges. This article aims to explore the concept of global leadership that takes into account cultural differences between countries and organizations. This leadership is evolving in line with increasingly complex global dynamics, requiring leaders to have the ability to adapt to uncertainty, build diverse team connections, and maintain the basic principles of compromising with different cultural values. From this article, the concept of global leadership is examined which involves the ability of leaders to inspire groups in facing global challenges, with an emphasis on cultural differences. This article also discusses the relationship between leadership and culture, as well as the importance of a culture-based leadership approach to respond to social and cultural dynamics. Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is one of the main components in the formation of the nation's character and personality. In this context, Islamic religious education does not only focus on the cognitive aspect, but also on the formation of noble morals that are the basis for daily life. This education plays a role in developing the moral and spiritual potential of individuals, as well as forming a wise mindset in facing the challenges of the times. The research methodology used in this study is the literature study method, in which the author collects, analyzes, and synthesizes relevant information from various written sources such as books, scientific journals, and articles related to Islamic education with the formation of the nation's character. The result of this research is that Islamic Education not only teaches religious science, but also focuses on internalizing the fundamental values of Islam in daily life. This education aims to shape character through the instillation of values such as honesty, justice, and responsibility, which must be integrated in various disciplines and behaviors. Character education is expected to form individuals with noble morals and good morals, which is reflected in social, spiritual, and ecological interactions. In the context of the nation, Islamic education plays an important role in strengthening the nation's character by introducing noble moral values, which will create peace and happiness in the community.
