Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk dan merancang strategi baru yang tepat bagi Bias Ponsel Mangunsarkoro untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk Handphone Oppo. Populasi yang digunakan Dalam penelitian ini karyawan dan konsumen Bias Ponsel Mangunsarkoro sebanyak 15 orang karyawan dan 312 konsumen dalam 6 bulan terakhir di tahun 2021. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin diperoleh sampel konsumen sebanyak 76 orang serta jumlah karyawan sebanyak 15 orang. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deksriptif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Faktor kunci internal Bias Ponsel Mangunsarkoro yang mempengaruhi penjualan produk oppo smartphone adalah spesifikasi produk, kegiatan pemasaran yang dilakukan perusahaan, keadaan keuangan perusahaan, harga produk, citra produk dimata konsumen, dan ketersediaan produk dipasar. Selanjutnya faktor kunci eksternal yang mempengaruhi penjualan produk oppo smartphone adalah pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap gadget, pola hidup masyarakat masa kini, tingkat pertambahan penduduk, kemajuan teknologi dan komunikasi yang dapat mempengaruhi faktor penjualan. Strategi yang dijalankan berdasarkan analisis SWOT yang telah sesuai dengan faktor Internal dan Eksternal perusahaan, Strategi pertama yang dilakukan berupa peningkatan dan memperbanyak promosi produk Oppo smartphone dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dan komunikasi, dimana perusahaan bisa melakukan promosi dengan menayangkan iklan pada mediamedia sosial seperti youtube, facebook, instagram yang merupakan aplikasi dengan banyak pengguna sehingga masyarakat dapat melihat iklan produk Oppo Smartphone. Selain media sosial, promosi juga bisa dilakukan dengan memasang papan billboard berupa slogan Oppo smartphone yang kini sedang mengunggulkan slogan “camera phone”. Papan billboard bisa diletakkan di tempat yang dekat dengan lampu lalu lintas sehingga akan ada kemungkinan iklan tersebut dibaca oleh masyarakat yang sedang berhenti di lampu lalu lintas dan diharapkan iklan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam memilih produk smartphone. Strategi berikutnya adalah penambahan brand ambassador dibidang fotografi dimana Oppo smartphone sendiri mengangkat kamera sebagai keunggulan produk.

Abstract

Recent advancements in stem cell biology, coupled with developments in space exploration, have opened new avenues for regenerative medicine. Microgravity environments in space induce significant physiological changes in the human body, such as muscle atrophy, decreased bone density, and immune system impairments, mimicking accelerated aging and chronic disease progression. These conditions offer a unique opportunity to study stem cell behavior, proliferation, and differentiation, which occur at a faster pace in space compared to Earth. The three-dimensional (3D) microgravity environment provides a more accurate representation of the human body’s natural state than traditional two-dimensional culture systems, fostering enhanced stem cell development. Among the various stem cells studied in space, mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have shown promise for therapeutic applications, including the treatment of stroke, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases. Research aboard the International Space Station (ISS) has demonstrated that MSCs maintain their properties, proliferate, and differentiate under microgravity conditions, offering potential for future therapies. Additionally, MSCs exhibit resistance to space radiation, protecting astronauts from its harmful effects by promoting tissue repair and releasing regenerative factors. This radiation resistance, coupled with cryopreservation techniques, enables MSCs to be used in long-duration space missions. The ongoing research on MSCs in space not only supports astronaut health but also holds the potential to revolutionize regenerative medicine on Earth. By understanding how microgravity influences stem cell behavior, scientists are uncovering critical insights into tissue repair and cell function, paving the way for innovative treatments for aging-related diseases and other medical conditions. These findings highlight the broader implications of space-based stem cell research for advancing human health both in space and on Earth.

Abstract

This research examines the reconstruction of the concept of ideal Islamic education in order to improve the quality of learning in madrasas. Islamic education plays an important role in shaping the character of students through the integration of Islamic values in the learning curriculum. The aim of this research is to describe the concept of ideal Islamic education, which includes reconstructing the curriculum, teaching methods, and increasing the competence of teaching staff to improve the quality of learning in madrasas. . This research uses the literature study method to collect and analyze secondary data from relevant sources related to Islamic education and the quality of learning in madrasas. The analysis was carried out in three stages: organizing, synthesizing, and identifying findings to build a comprehensive understanding regarding the reconstruction of the concept of ideal Islamic education. This research found that the reconstruction of Islamic education in madrasas through a holistic and integrative curriculum, developing teacher competency, and improving educational facilities can improve the quality of learning. The application of Islamic values, including the concepts of humanization, liberation and transcendence, as well as the integration of technology and collaboration with society, has proven effective in forming a superior generation. The challenges faced, such as quality gaps and minimal use of technology, require strategic solutions such as equal distribution of education funding and technology training to strengthen the relevance of the curriculum in facing global developments. This research implies the need for innovation in madrasa education by integrating technology and community collaboration, as well as increasing teacher capacity and facilities to achieve ideal Islamic education.

Abstract

Technological advances in the digital era have brought significant changes to children's lives, especially through the use of gadgets and consumption of television broadcasts. This study aims to analyze the positive and negative impacts of these two media on children's mental health. This research uses a literature study method to analyze the impact of gadget use and TV broadcast consumption on children's mental health in the digital era. The research process consists of three stages: first, organizing relevant literature to search for data according to the problem and research objectives; second, synthesizing literature results by looking for connections between sources; third, identifying important data that is relevant to obtain comprehensive research results. The research results show that gadgets and television have a positive impact, such as increasing digital literacy, cognitive skills, and providing access to educational content. However, the negative impacts include technology dependence, impaired social development, exposure to inappropriate content, and disturbed sleep patterns. Consuming television broadcasts also risks triggering aggressive behavior, reducing physical activity, and instilling consumerist patterns in children. To manage these risks, parental supervision, usage time limits, digital literacy, and use of control applications are needed. With proper management, technology can be used optimally to support children's development. This research provides important insights for parents, educators, and policymakers in creating healthy digital environments for children.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as traditional Islamic educational institutions have an important role in shaping the character, morals and intellect of Indonesia's young generation. However, the challenges of globalization and the development of modern technology have had a significant impact on the quality and relevance of Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools. This research aims to analyze efforts to transform Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools in facing the era of globalization. This research uses a qualitative library research method with a descriptive analytical approach. Data was collected through literature, such as books, journals and scientific articles relevant to Islamic education, Islamic boarding school management and educational transformation in the era of globalization. The research results show that Islamic boarding schools have advantages in providing holistic education, combining spiritual, moral and academic aspects. However, Islamic boarding schools also face several weaknesses, such as limitations in the use of educational technology, curriculum quality that is not yet fully adaptive to global developments, as well as inadequate funding and facilities. Transformation of Islamic boarding school education is needed to improve the quality of education and its relevance in the era of globalization. This transformation includes the development of a more modern curriculum, the use of information technology in the teaching and learning process, as well as improving the quality of teaching staff and educational facilities. It is hoped that this research can provide constructive views and recommendations for Islamic boarding school managers, the government and society, so that Islamic boarding schools can remain relevant and provide optimal contributions to the formation of a generation that is intelligent, has morals and is ready to face global challenges.

Abstract

Globalization has had a significant impact on education, including Islamic education, with challenges such as the digitalization of learning, the influence of global culture, and changes in 21st century skills needs. This research aims to analyze these challenges from an Islamic perspective, identifying strategies to maintain Islamic values ​​while facing the flow of globalization. The method used is qualitative library research with descriptive-analytic analysis of literature related to Islamic education and globalization. Islamic education is faced with great challenges in maintaining religious identity and moral values ​​amidst cultural and technological influences that conflict with Islamic teachings. For this reason, Islamic education needs to play an active role in maintaining Islamic identity, affirming understanding of Islamic values, and forming the character of students who are intellectually intelligent and have noble morals. Islamic education must be responsive to changing times, including technological advances and the challenges of multiculturalism, by integrating digital literacy and inclusive education. The basic principles of Islamic education such as piety, justice, morality and knowledge must be maintained in order to create individuals who are balanced between worldly and spiritual aspects. The strategies needed include revitalizing the role of education, curriculum innovation, as well as strengthening digital literacy and character education based on Islamic values. In this case, Islamic education must be able to adapt to current developments without sacrificing the essence of Islamic teachings, creating a generation that is intellectually competent and strong in moral and spiritual integrity.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is one of the main components in the formation of the nation's character and personality. In this context, Islamic religious education does not only focus on the cognitive aspect, but also on the formation of noble morals that are the basis for daily life. This education plays a role in developing the moral and spiritual potential of individuals, as well as forming a wise mindset in facing the challenges of the times. The research methodology used in this study is the literature study method, in which the author collects, analyzes, and synthesizes relevant information from various written sources such as books, scientific journals, and articles related to Islamic education with the formation of the nation's character. The result of this research is that Islamic Education not only teaches religious science, but also focuses on internalizing the fundamental values of Islam in daily life. This education aims to shape character through the instillation of values such as honesty, justice, and responsibility, which must be integrated in various disciplines and behaviors. Character education is expected to form individuals with noble morals and good morals, which is reflected in social, spiritual, and ecological interactions. In the context of the nation, Islamic education plays an important role in strengthening the nation's character by introducing noble moral values, which will create peace and happiness in the community. Abstract

This research is motivated by student learning outcomes that are still low with problems namely: in learning students are less able to find themselves and solve the problems provided, lack of cooperation and student responsibility because students are still unable to provide answers to the questions given by the teacher, and students are less active in discussions with friends. This study aims to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) model on Natural Science Learning Outcomes in Integrated Thematic Learning in Class V SDN 32 Tanjung Bonai Tanah Datar District. This type of research is Quasi Experimental Design, with a Posttest Only Control Design research design. The population of this study was all students of class V of SDN 32 Tanjung Bonai in the academic year 2019/2020 with a sample of VA and VB class students of 39 students. Collecting data in this study is to use a test of learning outcomes in the form of objective questions totaling 17 items, the data obtained were analyzed using the t test. Based on data analysis, the results of hypothesis testing with the t-test were obtained and showed tcount = 7.820 and ttable = 1.687 with dk = 39 (n1 + n2 - 2 = 21 + 18-2 = 37) and a 5% significance level. Based on testing tcount> ttable (7,820> 1,687). So it can be concluded "There is a significant influence with the use of the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) model of science learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning in class V SDN 32 Tanjung Bonai in the 2019/2020 school year".

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa masih kurangnya siswa dalam mengemukakan pendapat, Siswa tidak fokus dalam mendengarkan penyajian materi yang disampaikan guru. Siswa kurang bersemangat dalam mengikuti pelajaran, karena model yang digunakan guru hanya monoton sehingga siswa tidak merasa senang saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT di kelas V SDN 33 Kalumbuk Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 33 Kalumbuk Kota Padang. Penelitian ini terdiri dari II siklus, siklus I dilaksanakan 2 kali pertemuan dan siklus II diadakan I kali pertemuan yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester I tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun instrumen penelitiannya, yaitu lembar observasi dan dokumen berupa pengambilan foto. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap perencanaan siklus I memperoleh 63,5%, dan siklus II memperoleh 78%. Selanjutnya pada tahap pelaksanaan siklus I pada aspek guru memperoleh 63,5%, pada aspek siswa memperoleh 65%, siklus II pada aspek guru memperoleh 78%, pada aspek siswa 78%. Serta aktivitas belajar siswa siklus I pada aspek listening memperoleh 68%, siklus II memperoleh 77%, Dari aspek oral siklus I memperoleh 69%, siklus II memperoleh 76%, dan pada aspek emotional siklus I memperoleh 69%, siklus II memperoleh 78%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu di kelas V SDN 33 Kalumbuk Kota Padang.
