Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran miskonsepsi pada konsep panca indera manusia pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengunakan metode certainty of response index (CRI). CRI merupakan ukuran tingkat keyakinan atau kepastian responden dalam menjawab setiap pertanyaan yang diberika, subjek penelitian terdiri atas 11 siswa. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakn tes diagnostic dan wawancara, sehingga didapatkan data miskonsepsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa miskonsepsi tertinggi terjadi pada konsep panca indera penglihatan (mata) sebesar 74,5%, sedangkan persentase miskonsepsi terendah ditemukan pada konsep pengertian pengertian panca indera manusia sebesar 37,83% . Penyebab dari miskonsepsi pada materi panca indera manusia adanya faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internalnya yaitu yang berasal dari siswa yang meliputi prakonsepsi yang tidak tepat, pemikiran asosiatif, pemikiran humanistic, reasoning yang tidak lengkap, intuisi yang salah, tahap perkembangan kognitif siswa dan kemampuan siswa, sedangkan faktor eksternalnya meliputi metode mengajar, buku dan konteks. Berdasarkan data tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ditemukan adanya miskonsepsi tentang konsep panca indera manusia pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Global leadership is the ability of individuals to inspire and motivate groups to achieve positive visions in an organized manner, while fostering growth both individually and collectively in the midst of complex global challenges. This article aims to explore the concept of global leadership that takes into account cultural differences between countries and organizations. This leadership is evolving in line with increasingly complex global dynamics, requiring leaders to have the ability to adapt to uncertainty, build diverse team connections, and maintain the basic principles of compromising with different cultural values. From this article, the concept of global leadership is examined which involves the ability of leaders to inspire groups in facing global challenges, with an emphasis on cultural differences. This article also discusses the relationship between leadership and culture, as well as the importance of a culture-based leadership approach to respond to social and cultural dynamics. Keywords: global leadership, culture, cultural intelligence and leadership strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Studi Kasus Kepemimpinan Dalam Konteks Global. Metode penelitian ini menggunkana studi kepustakaan yang melibatkan pendalaman, pengolahan, dan pengidentifikasian pengetahuan dari berbagai sumber literatur seperti bacaan, karya referensi, atau hasil penelitian lainnya yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang akan diteliti. Dari penelitian ini dapat dihasilkan bahwa kepemimpinan global adalah mereka yang memahami kompleksitas dinamika internasional dan mampu mengelola perbedaan buda, ekonomi dan politik dengan bijaksana. Keterampilan seorang pemimpin global, yaitu: 1) berpikir secara global, 2) menghargai keragaman budaya, 3) mengembangkan teknologi pintar, 4) membangun kemitraan dan aliansi, serta dan 5) berbagi ilmu tentang kepemimpinan. Dengan itu dibutuhkan kompetensi kepemimpinan yaitu kemampuan beradaptasi, membina kerja tim, menciptakan komunikasi terbuka, dan membangun hubungan. Dengan bebrapa studi kasus yang di bahas pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan global memerlukan pemahaman budaya, adaptasi, empati, keterbukaan, dan kepekaan budaya untuk membangun hubungan efektif. Pemimpin juga harus memiliki visi strategis, memanfaatkan teknologi, dan mendukung perubahan. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Global, Studi Kasus, Keterampilan dan Kompetensi.

Abstract

The era of globalization influences various aspects of life, requiring education to produce a generation with broad insight, innovation and character. This research aims to analyze the impact of culture-based global educational leadership on character development and learning innovation. This research uses a qualitative approach with library methods to analyze the impact of culture-based global educational leadership on character development and learning innovation. Data was collected through a literature review, analyzed descriptively analytically and comparatively, and validated with source triangulation to ensure reliability and credibility. The research results show that globalization in education has had a positive impact, such as the implementation of an online learning system that provides flexibility, easy access to educational information through various digital sources, as well as improving the quality of educators through the use of technology in learning. However, globalization also has negative impacts, including social inequality caused by disparities in access to technology, the erosion of local culture due to the domination of foreign culture, and the emergence of the phenomenon of commercialization of education which focuses on financial gain. This research also identifies the importance of integrating local cultural values in the curriculum to strengthen students' national identity and build strong character. Values such as mutual cooperation, tolerance and honesty can be instilled through local culturebased education, which also encourages contextual learning innovation. Local culture-based educational leaders play an important role in creating an inclusive and adaptive learning environment, which supports student character development and learning innovation in the face of global change.

Abstract

Globalization has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including education, by presenting new opportunities and challenges. This research aims to analyze the reorientation of the role of teachers in the era of globalization, especially in integrating technology, instilling social values, and preparing students to face the skills needs of the 21st century. This research uses a qualitative approach based on literature studies to explore the strategies and challenges faced by teachers in supporting educational transformation relevant to the dynamics of globalization. The research results show that teachers need to adopt a new paradigm that positions them as facilitators, innovators and character models in the learning process. Technology integration strategies, such as the use of interactive learning media, are the key to increasing student engagement. Apart from that, systematic values education and multicultural education are considered important for building students' character that is inclusive, tolerant and based on local values. 21st century competencies, including critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and digital literacy, must be integrated into the learning process through innovative approaches, such as project-based or problem-based learning. Challenges faced include the digital divide, limited resources in remote areas, and the need for ongoing teacher professional development. This research recommends collaboration between government, educational institutions and society to support the role of teachers in facing the demands of globalization. These findings contribute to the development of educational policies and learning strategies oriented towards the formation of future generations who are academically competent and have strong moral character.

Abstract

This research examines the role of cultural integration in leadership education to create social harmony and stability in Indonesia's pluralistic society. The issue raised is the extent to which current leadership education is able to accommodate local cultural values. The purpose of this research is to analyse the importance of cultural integration in leadership education and identify effective models. The research method used is a literature study, by tracing literature from relevant journals, books and official documents. The results show that multicultural education plays an important role in creating inclusive, tolerant and adaptive leaders. Factors such as institutional support, community involvement, and cross-cultural training determine the success of cultural integration. The local culture-based leadership education model has proven effective in enhancing social stability and harmony in pluralistic societies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how globalization affects leadership ethics and identify the educational issues that arise as a result of this phenomenon. The methodology used is a literature study and qualitative analysis of relevant data, including interviews with educational leaders and analysis of educational policies in various countries. The results show that leaders need to understand cultural complexities and apply ethical principles in decision-making. In addition, although globalization provides greater access to knowledge, the access gap and commercialization of education are significant challenges. The research recommends the development of digital infrastructure, curriculum revision and teacher training to improve the quality of education. In addition, international collaboration and strengthening local values in education are also considered important to maintain cultural identity amid globalization. The findings are expected to provide insights for leaders and policymakers in facing the challenges of globalization ethically and effectively

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style, school climate, and teacher professional commitment on teacher performance. The research method used is literature. The research results show that the principal's transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. School climate also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Meanwhile, teacher professional commitment has the strongest influence on teacher performance compared to the other two variables. In addition, it was found that school climate acts as a mediator that strengthens the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style and teacher professional commitment on teacher performance. This research has the implication that to improve teacher performance, it is necessary to increase the transformational leadership style of school principals and create a conducive school climate, as well as strengthening teachers' professional commitment. School principals and policy makers are expected to be able to implement effective strategies to develop these three aspects in order to achieve improvements in the quality of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kebijakan merdeka belajar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SD N 16 Nan Sabaris. Penelitian ini adalah merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.Teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Cara menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa bahwa kebijakan merdeka belajar pada hakikatnya memberikan solusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Keberadaan merdeka belajar memberikan terobosan baru dalam melakukan inovasi pembelajaran yang lebih bermutu serta adaptif terhadap perubahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Manajemen Kurikulum di SD N 10 Pasar Melintang Tapan. Penelitian ini adalah merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif..Teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Cara menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi manajemen kurikulum dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dari berbagai sumber yang dikaji, memberikan gambaran bahwa manajemen dikatakan sebagai proses yang berwujud mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengendalian yang dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi suatu hal yang telah disetujui dengan melibatkan orang dan sumber.
