Abstract

This research is a product development study of the Engklek game-based learning model. This study aims to produce a product that is based on crank-play learning models to develop valid and practical nationalist and mutual cooperation characteristics of students. Products developed to include the syntax of crank-based learning models, equipped with nets of conceptual themes, lesson plans, media, worksheets, and authentic judgments. The stages of product development adopted the Dick & Carrey research and development model. Engklek game-based learning is one of the lessons that integrates crank play in it. This crank game-based learning model can develop the character of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk menyelidiki persentase kontribusi kecerdasan intrapersonal terhadap kesadaran metakognitif siswa paket keahlian teknik komputer dan jaringan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri pada kota Blitar. Penelitian kuantitatif menjadi jenis serta analisis data pada penelitian ini. Sampel data yang diolah adalah siswa kelas X sejumlah 57 siswa. Angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data variabel kecerdasan intrapersonal siswa dan kesadaran metakognitif siswa. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dengan program SPSS untuk windows versi 16 untuk operasi deskripsi dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: kecerdasan intrapersonal siswa memiliki kontribusi signifikan secara simultan terhadap kesadaran metakognitif siswa sebesar 50,9 %.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to find out the intersection of transformational leadership with visionary and situational leadership. The focus of this research is the intersection of transformational leadership, visionary and situational leadership. The results showed that the intersection of transformational leadership with systematic and visionary leadership lay in all leadership principles in organizations, both situational and visionary leadership, because transformational leadership seeks to change (transformation). The achievement of transformative leadership leaders are required to be able to carry out visionary and situational approaches and improvement or adjustment to the principle of transformation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowing out the availability of Nusantara Islamic course modules at the Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar and how develop an Islamic Nusantara course module at the Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar.The focus of this research is the development of the Islamic Nusantara course module at University that did not exist previously. Using the Research and Development method developed by Borg and Gall which includes preliminary studies, planning research, design development, product testing, revised limited field test results, extensive product testing, revised field test results more broadly, the due diligence, the final revision of the feasibility test results, dissemination and implementation of the final product. Data was collected from the assessment of two experts7through the Expert validation sheet and 60 student respondents through the student respondent questionnaire. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative approach techniques. Data in the form of suggestions and criticisms from experts/experts and students are analyzed with a qualitative approach, while module feasibility data and opinions regarding module suitability are processed with a quantitative descriptive approach. The analysis that at the Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar there is no Nusantara Islamic course module available even though there is a Nusantara Islamic course, so development is needed.The results of the study showed that the module was suitable to be used as teaching material in the Islamic Nusantara course. This is based on material validation of 91.96 (very good), language and pictures of 90.75 (very good), presentation of 88.66 (very good), display of 94.53 (very good) as well as student responses with an average score of 86.6 (very good). Some suggestions from experts include changes to the sub themes of the 2 modules, and caver design. While suggestions from students should be corrected for incorrect writing.

Abstract

Reference books on Islamic Religious Education (PAI) courses in General Higher Education (PTU) need to be designed in line with the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. This paper is to make a reference book for Islamic Religious Education courses in General Higher Education and to design reference books online. The focus of this research is the development of Islamic religious education reference books in online-based Public Higher Education. Using the Research and Development method developed by Dick and Carey. The data was collected from the assessment of two experts through the Expert validation sheet and 11 MKDU Lecturers through the respondent questionnaire. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data analysis that Islamic Education courses at the Blitar University of Nahdlatul Ulama need to be made references and designed online. The results showed that the reference book was appropriate to be used as a reference in Islamic Religious Education courses. This is based on material validation of 410 (very good), language and images of 401 (very good), presentation of 691 (very good), display of 252 (very good).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to conduct a Khutbah book as a medium for improving student soft skills in PAI courses at Nahdlatul Ulama University Blitar. The focus of this research is the development of the Khutbah book as a medium for improving student soft skills with content according to updated scientific and social developments. Using the Research and Development method developed by Borg and Gall which includes preliminary studies, research planning, design development, product testing, revision of limited field test results, extensive product testing, revision of wider field test results, feasibility test, final revision of test results feasibility, dissemination and implementation of the final product. Data were collected from the assessment of two experts through the Expert validation sheet and 57 students respondents through a student respondent questionnaire. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative approach techniques. Data in the form of suggestions and criticisms from experts/experts and students were analyzed with a qualitative approach, while data on the feasibility of the Khutbah book and opinions regarding the suitability of the book were processed using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis that the Khutbah book needs to be arranged in accordance with scientific and social developments in society. The results showed that the Khutbah book was suitable for use in the development of student soft skills.

Abstract

Pelatihan manasik haji pada anak usia dini di sekolah TK pada dasarnya merupakan salah satu wahana memperkenalkan nilai dan praktik ibadah haji tidak saja bagi anak, melainkan juga bagi guru dan wali murid. Materi ibadah haji sebagai sebagaimana umumnya materi ibdah tidak bisa dikuasai peserta didik dengan baik tanpa adanya keseimbangan antara teori dan praktik. Karena itu program pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran teori-teori dan praktik manasik haji untuk meningkatkan kualitas pemahaman peserta didik sejumlah 1.980 peserta didik dari TK Al Hidayah se-Kabupaten Blitar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mendapat respon positif dari masyarakat yang ditunjukkan oleh antusiasme wali murid dalam mendampingi putra-putrinya. Keberhasilan penyelenggaraan kegiatan pelatihan manasik haji anak TK Al- Hidayah se-Kabupaten Blitar timur ini dibuktikan dengan penyematan (penghargaan) sebagai Penyelenggaraan Kegiatan Manasik Anak terbaik se Kabupaten Blitar yang diberikan oleh Pengurus Cabang Muslimat NU Kabupaten Blitar. Beberapa manfaat dari Kegiatan Pelatihan Manasik ini diantaranya adalah: meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan peserta didik terhadap ibadah haji; memotivasi anak untuk menyempurnakan rukun Islam (ibadah Haji); meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan serta memotivasi masyarakat, dalam hal ini tenaga pendidik dan wali murid yang terlibat dalam pelatihan. Jadi pelatihan manasik haji menjadi penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan ibadah haji bukan hanya bagi peserta didik usia dini melainkan juga bagi guru dan wali murid.

Abstract

Program PengabdianbMasyarakat ini ditujukan kepada Pengurus Yayasan Pendidikan Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama (YPMNU) Bina Bakti terdiri dari 6 ranting, dimana dalam melaksanakan organisasi pengurus masih mengalami kesulitan untuk merencanakan, menyiapkan hingga mengisi administrasi organisasi yang menjadi tanggungjawabnya. Pembimbingan dalam penususnan administrasi dilaksanakan pada 31 Oktober, 5 November dan 11 November 2019. Tahapan kemitraan yang dilakukan untuk Mitra I-VI yaitu: (1) melakukan pengecekan administrasi pembukuan yang sudah ada, pelatihan terkait urgensibadministrasi, (2)komponen-komponen administrasi, dan teknis pengisian administrasi surat menyurat dan pembukuan, (3) memberikan penugasan maupun pendampingan penyusunan administrasi pembukuan berbasis organisasi gender. Pengabdian ini telah dilaksankan dengan baik selama 3 kali. Hari pertama dilaksanakan di Ranting Karangrejo dan Sidodadi hari kedua Ranting Slorok dan Tawangrejo dan ketiga di ranting Tanggung dan Manukan. Di setiap ranting, peserta telah mampu merencanakan administrasi organisasi yang harus disiapkan, menyusun dan meruntinkan mengadministrasikan. Kesimpulan pelaksanan pengabdian adalah meningkatnya kemampuan pengurus organisasi berbasis gender dalam membuat perancanaan administrasi pembukuan dan mengisi pembukuan tersebut yang akan diterapkan dalam masa kepengurusan tahun 2019-2024. Sehingga berabekal kemampuan yang telah dimiliki dapat meningkatkan kemampuan professional pengurus organisasi berbasis gender.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui demografi dan  sosiologi  masyarakat Desa Pojok Kecamatan Garum serta upaya mewujudkan desa Open Defecation Free (ODF) di Desa Pojok Kecamatan Garum blitar. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian   kualitatif, dengan   aksi partisipatif (participatory  action research), Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa upaya mewujudkan Desa Open Defecation Free (ODF) di Desa Pojok Kecamatan Garum Kabupaten Blitar dilakukan melalui beberapa cara antara lain memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pembentukan kelompok desa (Pokja) Simpatik, sosialisasi Open Defecation Free (ODF), pemetaan dan pemicuan Jamban keluarga. Kesimpulan bahwa demografi masyarakat Desa Pojok masih berpendidikan menengah dan rendah, Sosiologi masyarakat didominasi petani dengan lingkungan pedesaan, sedangkan upaya mewujudkan Open Defecation Free (ODF) dilakukan dengan bekerjasama semua pihak guna meningkatkan kehidupan  sosial  masyarakat  yang  lebih beradab dan bermartabat.

Abstract

Era digital telah merambah dibarbagai kalangan masyarakat baik di desa hingga di perkotaan, keadaan tersebut tidak dapat dihindari. Realitasnya ditemui banyak pergeseran nilai etika, moral dan akhlak masyarakat memunculkan pergeseran nilai etika, moral dan akhlak masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara diskripsi tentang pergeseran nilai etika, moral dan akhlak masyarakat di era digital factor menganalisis factor penyebabnya beserta upaya mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis diskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Data-data yang dipaparkan diperoleh dari telaah literature, bersumber dari buku, jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian maupun website. Hasil penelitian ini diperolah bahwa nilai etika, moral dan akhlak masyarakat mengalami pergeseran, diantaranya diantaranya sebagian besar masyarakat tergantung dengan media digital, android dan medsos untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara langsung dalam dunia nyata, memperhatikan ketentua-ketentuan kelompok masyarakat dan agama.
