Abstract

This research was motivated by the knowledge of BMT Tazakka Bojong KSSPPS customers who did not know much about Sharia financial institutions, even though there are many services at BMT Tazakka KSPPS that customers can use, one of which is a high-cost and popular savings product. A financial interest is a person's interest in a particular financial product.  Interest will arise from a visual or conceptual view of the product so that the group's plans can determine their investment decision. This study used statistical methods using SPSS software.  The population of this study was the management of KSPP BMT Tazakka Bojong, with a sample of 94 respondents.  The sampling method uses purposive sampling, and the data collection method uses questionnaires.  The results showed that diversity of knowledge, religion, and beliefs had a positive effect, while the company's image variable did not have a significant effect. The diversity of religious knowledge, company image, and beliefs positively and significantly influences interest.

Abstract

This research analyzes the role of Islamic philanthropy in Indonesia through a bibliographic approach, examining its contributions, trends, and challenges. A literature review collected data from scholarly sources such as journals, books, and research reports, focusing on publications from the last 5–10 years to ensure relevance. Findings show that Islamic philanthropy—zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf (ZISWAF)—is crucial in poverty alleviation and community empowerment. Research trends indicate a surge in publications after 2015, particularly during the COVID-19 crisis (2020–2021), highlighting ZISWAF’s role in emergencies. Key challenges include low public literacy in waqf, technological barriers, and a lack of transparency in fund management. This study recommends digitalization, improved fund management, and stronger collaboration between the government and private sector to enhance impact. The novelty of this research lies in its bibliographic approach, which identifies research trends and gaps. By addressing existing challenges, Islamic philanthropy can play a more significant role in sustainable development in Indonesia. Keywords: Islamic philanthropy, regulation, bibliographic analysis, and Indonesia.

However, financial literacy does not significantly impact adoption, suggesting that customers’ financial knowledge does not play a major role in their willingness to utilize this feature.Practical implications: The findings provide valuable insights for Islamic banks to enhance digital banking adoption by improving technological infrastructure and security features. Additionally, efforts should be made to raise awareness about financial literacy to encourage broader acceptance of innovative banking services.Originality/Value: This study explores the adoption of cardless withdrawal services within the context of Islamic banking, particularly in a regional setting that has not been extensively studied. It offers a novel contribution by examining the interplay of technological innovation, financial literacy, and security risk in influencing customer behavior.
