Abstract

This research aims to develop student worksheets (LKPD) based on Discovery Learning integrated with GeoGebra exploration to facilitate class XI students' ability to understand mathematical concepts in circle material. This development research uses the ADDIE development model. Research subjects included material and media experts, consisting of mathematics education lecturers and mathematics teachers, as well as 36 students in class XI Phase FD2 at SMA Negeri 2 Banguntapan as small-scale trial subjects. The analysis techniques used include analysis of product validity, practicality and effectiveness. The research results show that the GeoGebra integrated Discovery Learning based LKPD has a validity of 88.3% in the very valid category, practicality of 78.75% in the practical category, and effectiveness of 88% in the very good category. Thus, this LKPD is suitable for use in learning because it meets the criteria of being valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

Purwokerto Lotus View Tower is a new icon of Banyumas Regency located in West Purwokerto area. This research aims to explore ethnomathematics and examine more deeply the mathematical concepts in the Purwokerto Lotus View Tower. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques in this research are in the form of literature study, direct observation, and documentation. The results showed that there are elements of ethnomathematics or mathematical concepts in the Purwokerto Lotus View Tower, namely lines, angles, flat buildings, space buildings, and congruence. The elements of mathematics or ethnomathematics concepts contained in the Menara Pandang Teratai Puewokerto can be used as a source of mathematics learning so that the learning process is more interactive and meaningful in the form of introducing the concept of elements of lines, angles, flat buildings, spaces, and congruence.

Abstract

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 9 Bantul merupakan sebuah institusi pendidikan tingkat menengah pertama yang berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi dan inovasi kepemimpinan kepala madrasah MTs Negeri Bantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dalam menjalankan kepemimpinan, kepala madrasah MTs Negeri 9 Bantul menggunakan beberapa strategi yang meliputi: 1) meningkatkan kualitas dan profesionalisme pendidik 2) membangun tim kerja yang solid, 3) melakukan kolaborasi internal dan eksternal, dan 4) menjaga komunikasi dengan seluruh warga madrasah. Selain itu, inovasi kepemimpinan kepala madrasah MTs Negeri 9 Bantul berupa 9 Program Unggulan MTs Negeri 9 Bantul. Pencapaian prestasi program-program ini tercermin dari peningkatan prestasi siswa, keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam kegiatan, dan peningkatan kerjasama antara madrasah dengan komunitas sekitar. Inovasi program yang berjalan dengan efektif ini menandakan bahwasannya strategi kepemimpinan yang digunakan oleh kepala madrasah sudah tepat.
