Abstract

Wives are often the economic contributors of families, especially those with low income. They are additional income earners for the family. This phenomenon also occurs in Temanggung Regency. They work in various sectors, from the domestic to the public sector, because most men in Temanggung work as farmers and laborers, so their income does not fulfill the family's economic needs. This article examines the phenomenon of working wives in Temanggung Regency from the perspective of Islamic law and Talcott Parson's structural-functionalism theory. In the Qur'an, the husband's responsibility is to complete the family's needs according to his portion of the duties because men have physical advantages over women. Islamic law allows wives to work in Temanggung if they do not neglect their primary duties as homemakers. However, Islam is not permitted if it will cause disharmony in the family. From Parson's perspective, it has been classified that the wife's job is to work at home, and the husband's job is to work outside, so there is no competition in the household. Regardless, working wives in Temanggung help husbands fulfill family needs to overcome dysfunctional household harmony

Abstract

Model pembelajaran Teaams Games Tournament mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa serta mengembangkan keterampilan bertanya, bekerjasama dalam kelompok untuk mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Masalah utama dalam pembelajaran ini adalah kurangnya minat belajar peserta didik kelas XI terpadu untuk pelajaran fiqih dengan materi Jinayah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik kelas XI terpadu MA Al-Fatich Surabaya terhadap mata pelajaran fiqih materi jinayah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament. Rancangan penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, yang terdiri dari siklus I dan siklus II. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta kelas XI terpadu MA Al- fatich Surabaya yang berjumlah 20 siswa pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner kepada siswa dan memberikan latihan soal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Teams Games Torunament dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran fiqih pada materi jinayah.

Abstract

UMKM Kedai Bu Nur is a food and coffee shop business located in FOOD 18. However, UMKM Kedai Bu Nur has not implemented good inventory management in running its business. The number of orders for raw materials is only based on estimates and there is no inventory cost calculation. This research aims to find out how Kedai Bu Nur is managed in terms of managing ingredients for beverage sales products in the shop using the EOQ, ROP and maximum inventory methods. Data collection was carried out through documentation, interviews and observation. The results show that the EOQ of Gooday coffee is 85 pack, Luak coffee is 42 pack, pop ice is 28 pack, Indocaffe coffee is 21 pack, ice cubes are 212 balls, sugar is 7 kg, siller is 1 roll. Gooday coffee ROP 14 pack, luak coffee 12 pack, pop ice 12 pack, Indocaffe coffee 12 pack, ice cubes 132 balls, sugar 12 kg, siller 1 roll. Maximum supply of gooday coffee 95 pack, luak coffee 52 pack, pop ice 38 pack, Indocaffe coffee 31 pack, ice cubes 332 balls, sugar 17 kg, siller 2 rolls.
