Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui cara dan sistem pengelolaan limbah B3 di Klinik Pratama Kementerian Pertahanan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif adalah pendekatan yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis. Input dari penelitian ini adalah limbah B3 yang dihasilkan oleh Klinik Pratama Kementerian Pertahanan berupa limbah medis padat, cair, limbah sitotoksik, dan limbah radioaktif. Proses dari penelitian ini yaitu pengelolaan limbah B3 dengan sistem penyimpanan sementara. Output berupa pengawasan dan teknis dalam pengelolaan limbah B3 yang menjamin K3 dan keamanan dan kenyamanan pasien. Limbah B3 yang dihasilkan Klinik Pratama Kementerian Pertahanan berupa limbah medis padat, cair, limbah sitotoksik, dan limbah radioaktif. Klinik Pratama Kementerian Pertahanan mengelola limbah B3 dengan sistem Penyimpanan Sementara. Untuk menjamin K3, klinik melakukan pengawasan terhadap petugas pengelola.---This research was conducted to find out how and how to manage B3 waste at the Primary Clinic of the Ministry of Defense. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Descriptive qualitative research is an approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written words. The input of this study is B3 waste produced by the Primary Clinic of the Ministry of Defense in the form of solid, liquid, cytotoxic waste, and radioactive waste. The process of this study is the management of B3 waste with a temporary storage system. The output is in the form of supervision and technical management in B3 waste management that ensures K3 and patient safety and comfort. B3 waste produced by the Ministry of Defense's Primary Clinic is in the form of solid, liquid, cytotoxic waste and radioactive waste. The Primary Clinic of the Ministry of Defense manages B3 waste with a Temporary Storage system. To ensure K3, the clinic supervises the management officers.

Abstract

Background and Purpose: This study investigates the relationship between conflict with doctors, lack of experience with Death and dying, and the level of occupational stress among nurses at Haji Hospital UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The aim is to identify contributing factors to workplace stress and inform interventions to improve nurses' well-being and the quality of healthcare services.Methods: A cross-sectional analytical study was conducted involving all 96 nurses at Haji Hospital UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Data was collected using Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS) to asses hazard psychosocial and Workplace Stress Scale (WSS) to evaluate occupational stress levels through a Google Form. The study examined the association between conflict with doctors and lack of experience with Death and dying (independent variables) and the nurses' reported stress levels (dependent variable).Results: The study revealed a significant association between conflict with doctors and occupational stress (p=0.000), with nurses experiencing conflict being 6.13 times more likely to experience occupational stress (95% CI: 2.337-16.106). A significant relationship was also found between limited experience with Death and dying and occupational stress (p=0.017), with nurses having limited experience facing a 2.07-fold increased risk of occupational stress (95% CI: 1.188-3.612).Conclusion: The occupational stress experienced by nurses at Haji Hospital UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is significantly related to conflict with doctors and limited experience in managing Death and dying situations.

This risk also applies to nurses at Hajj Hospital UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, especially following organizational changes and nurse rationalization implemented since 2024.
