Abstract

Pelatihan menulis di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Tragung, Batang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi santri, khususnya dalam menulis karya tulis akademik dan non-akademik. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: pengenalan dasar menulis, menulis kreatif dan informatif, serta publikasi karya tulis. Santri diberikan pelatihan tentang teknik menulis, pengelolaan ketegangan saat menulis di depan umum, serta cara menerima dan memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif. Melalui pelatihan ini, santri diharapkan mampu menghasilkan karya tulis yang berkualitas, mempublikasikannya dengan tepat, serta memahami pentingnya hak cipta dan plagiarisme. Evaluasi dan refleksi menjadi bagian penting untuk mengukur pencapaian santri selama program. Pelatihan ini memberikan bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi santri untuk mengembangkan budaya literasi yang lebih kuat di pesantren dan masyarakat.

Abstract

In the Islamic community, discussions on zakat utilization often center around its most effective use. Some believe that zakat should only be distributed to the eight categories of mustahik, while scholars like Ibn Asyur suggest that zakat can be used productively when applied with the right intentions and methods. This study investigated how productive zakat can contribute to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly supporting economic and human advancement. This study used an explanatory qualitative approach with secondary data to reconstruct the theoretical and empirical frameworks that assess the impact of zakat productive distribution by zakat amil institutions. These institutions adhere to the principles of wasilah (means) and maqsud (intention) in the productive use of zakat funds productively to Ibn Asyur's contemporary maqasid Sharia perspective. Zakat can fulfill essential human needs, benefiting both mustahik and society at large. The findings suggest that productive zakat contributes significantly to poverty reduction, health improvement, educational access, economic growth, and environmental sustainability, aligning closely with the objectives of the SDGs.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendorong kemandirian ekonomi di lingkungan sekolah melalui pembentukan koperasi syariah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Yayasan Biroyatul Huda, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah, dengan melibatkan pengurus yayasan, guru, siswa, serta wali murid. Pelatihan mencakup pemahaman dasar koperasi syariah, prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam, serta tata kelola koperasi berbasis syariah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep dan manajemen koperasi syariah, serta terbentuknya tim inisiasi pembentukan koperasi syariah sekolah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi cikal bakal pengembangan ekonomi produktif berbasis nilai-nilai Islam di lingkungan pendidikan pesantren.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of the blue economy in various Islamic countries, focusing on marine resource production and environmental conservation efforts. Conceptually, the blue economy aligns with the principles of fiqh bi'ah, which emphasize preserving natural resources while ensuring their sustainable use. The study employs an exploratory qualitative approach, using a comprehensive literature review of sources from predominantly Muslim countries such as Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iran, and the Maldives. Sources were selected based on their relevance to blue economy practices, Islamic environmental ethics, and sustainable development in fisheries and aquaculture. The findings indicate that the fisheries sector significantly contributes to economic growth but needs to be balanced with marine ecosystem conservation. Both capture fisheries and aquaculture production have the potential to enhance economic growth, while improvements in international fisheries trade are also crucial. By applying the principles of fiqh bi'ah, these countries can balance economic growth while ensuring marine environmental sustainability and compliance with Islamic values. The study concludes that integrating Islamic environmental principles into blue economy strategies can support long-term sustainability while fostering economic resilience.

Abstract

ASEAN is an agricultural region that is abundant in natural products. In addition, this sector has contributed to economic growth in the ASEAN region through the availability of jobs and an increase in GDP. However, in recent years the productivity of the agricultural sector has shown a decline, which can affect economic growth. This study aims to determine the influence of the agricultural sector on economic growth in the ASEAN region. This study uses a quantitative method with panel data, namely annual data from 1997-2019 in 7 countries that are members of the ASEAN organization (Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Lao PDR, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam). Keywords: ASEAN, economic growth, agricultural sector. The data source for this research is annual data obtained from FAO and WDI. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests using General Least Square Calculation (Cross Section SUR with Estimation Coefficient of Cross Section SUR (PSCE) with Eviews 9 software. Through this method, the result is that simultaneously all independent variables are significant in influencing the dependent variable. Or it can be explained that Agriculture Land, Employment in agriculture, and Agriculture, forestry, and fishing, value added have a significant effect on economic growth (GDP) in the ASEAN region.

Abstract

Waqf is one of the financial instruments in Islamic economics besides Zakat. Currently, the management of waqf funds has intensified by the Government and Islamic financial institutions because of its enormous potential in Indonesia. One of them is the Productive Seafood Waqf program implemented by Global Waqf-ACT. However, studies on productive waqf, especially those that discuss the agricultural sector in improving the fishers' economy, are still minimal. Therefore, this qualitative explanatory research aims to formulate a productive seafood waqf scheme implemented by Global Waqf-ACT that could help the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The result shows that productive seafood waqf could provide more benefits, especially for the anglers in the agricultural sector. Another benefit that can be achieved is the productive seafood waqf managed by Global Waqf-ACT also supports several main points in the SDGs, such as no poverty and hunger, providing good health, life below water, and partnership for the goals.

Abstract

Pembangunan berkelanjutan merupakan tujuan dari tiap-tiap negara dan implementasinya tentunya dapat dilihat dari pembangunan yang terjadi di desa dan kota. Sayangnya, pembangunan berkelanjutan yang ada saat ini masih dipicu oleh adanya uang yang menggerakkan semuanya. Tentunya ini tidak salah sama sekali namun perlu disempurnakan lagi dimana pembangunan berkelanjutan dapat terakselerasi secara optimal jika saja orang-orang tidak hanya berpandangan profit-oriented saja, namun juga social-oriented yang faktor insentifnya, minimal, berupa amal tabungan untuk bekal akhiratnya kelak. Dengan adanya lembaga formal yang dapat mempertemukan orang yang membutuhkan dengan mereka orang-orang yang memiliki jiwa sedekah yang tinggi, maka akan sangat mungkin untuk membuat pembangunan akan terakselerasi secara optimal. Konsep sedekah yang menjadi fondasi pembangunan mungkin masih sangat relevan dengan karakteristik masyarakat yang ada di Desa Pagelaran, namun belum tentu relevan secara general. Hal ini dikarenakan tidak semua orang berpandangan bahwa mengejar tabungan amal untuk bekal akhirat adalah sesuatu yang rasional.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and entrepreneurial skills of students at MA Biroyatul Huda, Banyumas Regency. Students, as part of the younger generation, have great potential to develop productive, economically valuable businesses based on Islamic values. Through this practical entrepreneurship training, participants will be equipped with basic knowledge on starting a business, simple financial management, and contextual marketing strategies. The activity is conducted through a participatory approach, using interactive lectures, group discussions, and business plan simulations. It is hoped that this activity will shape students who are independent, creative, and competitive, and support local economic development based on Islamic boarding schools.
