Abstract

The role of parents in school management is a crucial aspect that is often overlooked in educational discussions. Research shows that parental involvement not only has a positive impact on student academic achievement but also influences the overall school climate. Good collaboration between parents and schools can create an environment that is conducive to student development while increasing the effectiveness of school management. In this study, we will discuss the importance of the role of parents in supporting school management. Using data and case examples from various sources, this study aims to illustrate how collaboration between parents and schools can make a significant contribution to the success of educational institutions. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of synergy between families and schools in realizing a quality education system.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the learning innovations implemented at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) An-Nuur and its impact on improving the quality of education. Learning innovation is an effort to improve and develop learning methods and strategies to be more effective and efficient in achieving educational goals. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the learning innovations implemented at MDTA An-Nuur, such as the use of technology in learning, the application of active learning methods, and the development of competency-based curriculum, can significantly improve the quality of education. Students showed an increase in learning motivation, critical thinking skills, and understanding of subject matter. This study suggests that learning innovations continue to be developed and adjusted to student needs and technological developments to achieve better quality of education.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar merupakan pendekatan pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas pembelajaran dan mengembangkan potensi siswa secara menyeluruh, termasuk pembentukan karakter. SDIT Darussalam sebagai institusi pendidikan berbasis nilai keislaman menerapkan kurikulum ini untuk membangun karakter siswa yang tangguh dan berakhlak mulia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SDIT Darussalam dan menganalisis dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian melibatkan guru, siswa, dan orang tua di SDIT Darussalam. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SDIT Darussalam diterapkan melalui metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan integrasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Guru berperan aktif sebagai fasilitator, sementara keterlibatan orang tua turut memberikan dampak positif terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa, seperti peningkatan rasa tanggung jawab, kejujuran, dan kerja sama. Kesimpulannya yaitu bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SDIT Darussalam telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Namun, diperlukan pelatihan lebih lanjut bagi pendidik untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan kurikulum ini, serta dukungan kebijakan yang berkelanjutan.
