Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the discovery learning model with image media on poetry writing skills in grade IV students of SD Negeri Tombolo, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is a pre-experiment with a One-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection uses a test instrument. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. The subjects in this study were 20 grade IV students of SD Negeri Tombolo, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. The results showed that the application of the discovery learning model using image media had an effect on poetry writing skills as seen from the comparison of pretest and posttest scores. pre-test results, the average value of student learning outcomes 59 very poor, namely 0.00%, less 20%, sufficient 60%, good 20%, and very good 0%, while the average value of the post-test results was 82.7. In addition, the t-test calculation was also obtained at 11.72. With a frequency (df) of 20 - 2 = 18, at a significance level of 0.05, ttable = 1.73 is obtained. Therefore, tcount>ttable at a significance level of 0.05. It can be concluded that the application of the discovery learning model using picture media in grade IV students of Tombolo Elementary School has an effect on poetry writing skills.

Abstract

Using appropriate learning media is one of the keys to the success of the teaching and learning process. This article discusses the use of YouTube-based audio-visual media in improving Indonesian language learning outcomes for class V students at UPTD SDN 35 Barru. YouTube-based media offers a variety of content that is interactive, interesting and easy to access so that it can increase students' learning motivation and make it easier to understand the material. This research uses the classroom action research (PTK) method with a qualitative approach to analyze the use of YouTube as a learning medium. The results of this research show that students who learn using YouTube-based media conclude that there is an increase in student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperdalam pemahaman para kepala Sekolah/ Madrasah Muhammadiyah se-kota Makassar mengenai profil kader dan tokoh-tokoh penting sebagai pejuang Muhammadiyah dalam membangun karakter bangsa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 4–5 Februari 2025 di Gedung Pesantren Darul Arqam Gombara, Makassar, dengan melibatkan berbagai sesi yang fokus pada pengenalan sejarah perjuangan Muhammadiyah dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh kader saat ini. Melalui sesi pembelajaran, diskusi, dan refleksi, peserta diajak untuk meneladani semangat perjuangan tokoh Muhammadiyah, serta menggali peran mereka sebagai kader Muhammadiyah dalam membangun masyarakat yang berbudi pekerti luhur dan berlandaskan pada ajaran Islam yang rahmatan lil ‘alamin. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta semakin memahami pentingnya penerapan nilai-nilai Muhammadiyah dalam kepemimpinan dan pengelolaan pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan bangsa yang lebih baik. Evaluasi dan umpan balik dari peserta menunjukkan kesiapan mereka untuk mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai yang dipelajari dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta komitmen mereka dalam meneruskan perjuangan Muhammadiyah untuk kemajuan umat dan bangsa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pakapin (papan kantong pintar) terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas II SDI Parangrea Kecamatan Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental design dan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest design, yaitu suatu penelitian yang dilaksanakan tanpa adanya kelompok dan perbandingan tetapi dilakukan tes awal. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kelas II dengan jumlah 26 siswa, 14 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata sebelum diberi perlakuan adalah 51,53% dan setelah diberi perlakuan menjadi 81,92% dengan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai thitung=16,17>ttabel=1,708. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian berbunyi “Ada Pengaruh penggunaan media pakapin (papan kantong pintar) terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas II SDI Parangrea Kecamatan Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa” dinyatakan diterima. Hal ini berarti penggunaan media pakapin (papan kantong pintar) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas II SDI Parangrea Kecamatan Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian language in the writing element of grade V students (Phase C) by implementing the Canva-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) learning model at UPTD SDN 35 Barru. This research method uses classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 12 grade V students. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the use of the Canva-based PjBL model was able to improve students' writing learning outcomes. In cycle I, the average student learning outcomes reached 72.3 with a completion rate of 67%, while in cycle II, learning outcomes increased to 85.7 with a completion rate of 93%. Thus, the application of the Canva-based PjBL learning model is effective in improving students' writing skills in the Indonesian language subject.
