Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja dan dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi secara parsial. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja, dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dalam memediasi antara keterlibatan kerja dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 249 orang, dan dengan menggunakan teknik slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 153 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasi memediasi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, which aims to determine the factors in the Regional Financial Management Aspect of the Surplus Budget Calculation (SILPA) at the Gowa Regency Education Office. This research was carried out at the Gowa Regency Education Office which took place from 30 April 2024 to 30 May 2024. This sample was taken from the Gowa Regency Education Office. The types of data used in this research are secondary data and primary data. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. In this research, the data sources used in data collection include subject data, physical data, documentary data. The research instruments used in this research used survey, observation and literature review methods. Based on the research results, data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observations and documentation, where all the informants who conducted in-depth interviews were the head of the Gowa Regency Education Office, Head of the General and Personnel Subdivision, Head of the Financial Accounting Subdivision and Secretary of the Gowa Regency Education Office regarding factors. Factors in the Regional Financial Management Aspect of Over Remaining Budget Calculations (SILPA) at the Gowa Regency Education Service which was discussed previously, the author draws the conclusion that with careful planning, structured administrative records, and increasing human resource competency, the Gowa Regency Education Office has made efforts to reduce the occurrence of SILPA.

Abstract

This research aims to determine Work Discipline and Self-Efficacy on Work Performance with Work Motivation as a moderating variable at the North Sumatra Province Industry and Trade Service. This research uses smartpls 4 as an analytical tool to determine the variables studied and justify how significantly the influence of the independent and dependent variables strengthens or weakens them. In this research, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. In this study, the entire sample population was 155 employees at the North Sumatra Province Industry and Trade Department. The results of this research show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on work performance, negative work motivation does not significantly moderate self-efficacy on work performance, positive work motivation significantly moderates work discipline on work performance

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mekanisme pasar Islami ditinjau dari pemikiran Al-Ghazali (1058- 1111 M) dan Ibnu Taimiyah (1263- 1328 M). Pemikiran mereka merupakan khasanah intelektual yang sangat membantu dalam menemukan gagasan-gagasan idealis, sekaligus menjadi sumber pemikiran ekonomi Islam kontemporer. Pemikiran Al-Ghazali dan Ibnu Taimiyah dalam kaitannya dengan mekanisme pasar Islami telah memperkaya ekonomi Islam dengan jangkauan yang lebih luas bagi konseptualisasi dan aplikasinya. Dalam konteks idealita, mekanisme pasar Islami dapat menghasilkan harga yang adil bagi produsen dan konsumen, selama mekanisme pasar berjalan sempurna. Hal tersebut menjadi koreksi solutif atas realita mekanisme pasar masa kini yang masih banyak diwarnai kecurangan dan ketidakadilan.

Abstract

Activated carbon (activated charcoal) is a porous solid that contains 85-95% carbon, produced from materials containing carbon by heating at high temperatures. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of variations in carbonization temperature on the final results of making activated carbon and to determine the effect of variations in the size of activated carbon particles on the final results of making activated carbon. The manufacture of activated carbon is carried out in 2 stages, namely the carbonization process using the pyrolysis method and activation using the chemical HCl 0.1 N. Activated carbon from sugar cane bagasse is made by varying the carbonization temperature of 250°C, 350°C, and 400°C with particle sizes 80 mesh, 100 mesh, and 120 mesh. The best activated carbon from the results of this research was found in activated carbon with a carbonization temperature of 250°C with a particle size of 120 mesh. This activated carbon has a yield value of 40%, water content of 1.89%, ash content of 5.72%, and iodine absorption capacity of 1,1447.0 mg/g.

Abstract

The Jigsaw type cooperative learning model is an effective approach in increasing students' interest in learning, especially at SMPN 19 Palu. This research aims to explore how the application of the Jigsaw model can influence student motivation and learning outcomes. In this model, students are divided into small groups, where each group member is responsible for learning a certain part of the lesson material and then teaching it back to other group members. The research results show that the application of the Jigsaw model can significantly increase students' interest in learning. Students involved in cooperative learning show an increase in activeness and participation during the teaching and learning process. In addition, this model also helps students to develop social and communication skills, which are very important in the modern educational context. With more intensive interaction between students, they become more motivated to learn and more confident in expressing their opinions. This research also notes that students who learn with the Jigsaw model tend to have a better understanding of the subject matter.

Abstract

Postur kerja merupakan posisi tubuh yang dimana melakukan akitivitas kerja yang berhubungan dengan rancangan area kerja. Pada postur kerja sering diperhatikan dalam pekerjaan Manual Material Handling karena sangat berpengaruh keseluruhan tubuh pekerja. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) merupakan bisnis yang bekerja dibidang jasa seperti pengiriman barang, surat dan uang. Salah satu cabang di Kota Balikpapan yaitu Kantor Pos Balikpapan. Pada penelitian ini memakai metode Kulitatif adalah metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat postpositive, digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah.berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tingkat risiko postur kerja pekerja dengan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), mayoritas pekerja memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi sebanyak 2 pekerja dan 3 pekerja memiliki tingkat risiko sangat tinggi. Hasil penelitian untuk informan 1,2 dan 5 memiliki tingkat risiko Sangat Tinggi dan untuk hasil dari informan 2 dan 3 memiliki tingkat risiko Tinggi. Berdasarkan penilaian tingkat keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) menggunakan kuesioner Norbic Body Map (NBM) dengan tingkat rasa sakit yang dirasakan pada 28 titik tubuh. Diketahui keluhan terbanyak dirasakan pada pekerja pada bagian pinggan, bahu, leher, pergelangan tangan. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner Norbic Body Map (NBM) didapatkan hasil 4 pekerja mengalami keluhan MSDs Tinggi sedangkan 1 pekerja mengalami Sangat Tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keluhan yang dirasakan akibat beberapa faktor berupa sikap kerja yang tidak alamiah dan aktivitas statis/ diam maupun aktivitas berulang.

Abstract

This study explores the role of human resource development in enhancing employee performance at PT Ray Developer. Human resource development (HRD) is a crucial factor in improving employee productivity and effectiveness and achieving organizational goals. The research employs a qualitative approach with a survey method involving employees of PT Ray Developer as respondents. Data collection methods include a questionnaire designed to measure various aspects of HRD, such as training, career development programs, and performance evaluation, and their impact on employee performance. Data analysis indicates that the HRD programs implemented at PT Ray Developer significantly improve employee performance. Relevant training and structured career development programs have enhanced employee motivation, skills, and competencies, improving work outcomes and efficiency. The findings provide insights into investing in HRD to boost organizational performance. Recommendations include refining training programs to be more specific and developing more apparent career paths to support sustainable employee growth. This research also contributes to understanding the relationship between HRD and employee performance, offering guidance for other companies in designing effective HRD strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of self-efficacy on job satisfaction, as well as the individual effects of self-efficacy and job satisfaction on employee performance. Additionally, it seeks to assess how self-efficacy influences employee performance via job satisfaction at Mawar Bakery & Cake Shop. The research involved a sample of 100 individuals, all of whom were selected through purposive sampling. Path analysis was employed for data analysis. The findings indicate that self-efficacy has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, job satisfaction positively affects employee performance, self-efficacy significantly influences job satisfaction, and self-efficacy positively impacts employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara mendalam dampak penerapan metode Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap pengembangan kreativitas dan empati sosial siswa sekolah dasar dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS). Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang dilakukan dengan cara membaca, menganalisis, dan mensintesis berbagai sumber ilmiah seperti artikel jurnal, buku, dan laporan penelitian yang relevan dengan topik. Fokus utama dari kajian ini mencakup tiga aspek, yaitu: (1) prinsip dan karakteristik dasar dari metode PjBL, (2) penerapan PjBL dalam pembelajaran IPS, dan (3) peran metode ini dalam mengembangkan kreativitas dan empati sosial siswa. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, diketahui bahwa PjBL mampu meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran yang kolaboratif dan kontekstual. Melalui proyek yang dirancang berdasarkan permasalahan nyata, siswa dilatih untuk berpikir kreatif dalam mencari solusi serta memahami sudut pandang sosial secara lebih empatik. Pendekatan ini juga mendorong siswa untuk bekerja sama, mendengarkan pendapat orang lain, dan terlibat aktif dalam kehidupan sosial di sekitarnya. Dengan demikian, PjBL terbukti sebagai metode yang inovatif dan relevan untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPS di tingkat sekolah dasar guna membentuk karakter siswa yang kreatif, peduli, dan berorientasi pada nilai sosial.
