Abstract

Plumbon Village is one of the villages located in Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency. Plumbon Village has a very strategic location and has the support for the development of the potential of the agribusiness and tourism sectors. The partner in this community service activity is Plumbon Village. The methods used in this community service are (1) identification of partner problems, (2) counseling on the development of agribusiness and tourism potential, (3) evaluation of activities. The problem faced by partners is that the potential in Plumbon Village has not been optimally utilized to improve community welfare. The purpose of this community service activity is to develop the potential of the agribusiness and tourism sectors in Plumbon Village. The development of the potential of the agribusiness and tourism sectors can be carried out with several strategies, including making tourism icons that have certain attraction such as educational tourism, utilizing social media account as a means of promotion, and making educational tourism posters. Based on the results of the implementation of community service, participants were enthusiastic in participating in the activity. It is hoped that this community service activity can provide new insights for partners and can have a positive impact on the progress of Plumbon Village and improve community welfare.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Buah Baru Online is one of the MSMEs that focuses on marketing fruits online. Marketing is carried out by MSMEs Buah Baru Online through website and social media such as Tiktik and WhatsApp. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of MSMEs Buah Baru Online consumers. The population in this research is all consumers of MSMEs Buah Baru Online. The sample in this research was consumers of MSMEs Buah Baru Online who had shopped at MSMEs Buah Baru online and were at least 18 years old. The basic method used in this research is to use descriptive analysis obtained from diagram analysis. Consumer charateristics of MSMEs Buah Baru Online are dominated by female consumers, age range 35-44 years old, with employee work and income of more than IDR 3.000.001 per month.

Abstract

Tengklik Village is located in Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency. Tengklik Village has a natural landscape in the form of highlands and cold temperatures so that it is suitable for rice fields, plantations and livestock. With this typology, Tengklik Village has the potential for community-based agrotourism. The partner in this community service activity is Tengklik Village. The methods used in this community service activity are (1) discussion of identifying problems faced by partner, (2) counseling on digital marketing strategies for Tengklik Village agrotourism, and (3) evaluation of the implementation of community service activity. Based on the results of the discussion on identifying problem faced by partner, namely the potential for Tengklik Village agrotourism is not been managed properly so that tourist visits are still low. The purpose of this community service activity is to conduct counseling on digital marketing strategies for Tengklik Village agrotourism. Digital marketing strategies for Tengklik Village agrotourism that can be applied include utilizing social media accounts, preparing content in the form of posters, photos, and videos related to agrotourism, and collaborating with influencers who can help promote agrotourism. The results of the evaluation of the community service activity showed that participants were enthusiastic in following each stage of the activity. The implementation of this community service activity is expected to provide new experiences for partner and increase insight that can support the progress of Tengklik Village and improve community welfare.
