Abstract

Abstrak - Dalam rangka meningkatkan keuntungan dalam suatu proses perdagangan salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan adalah dengan meminimalkan biaya-biaya yang harus dikeluarkan. Semakin kecil biaya maka keuntungan yang didapatkan semakin besar. Salah satu biaya yang harus diperhitungkan adalah biaya persediaan barang. Sistem penunjang keputusan yang terdiri dari komponen database, dialog dan model memungkinkan pengambil keputusan dapat menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat dan akurat dengan menggunakan teknik data cleaning, teknik data transformasi dan algoritma association rules. Abstract

Savings and loan activities at the cooperative is one of the routine activities. In accordance with the role of cooperatives that aim to maintain the welfare of its members. Management of bad savings and loan activities will lead to chaos in the operational activities of the cooperative. Based on the research that has been done on Cooperative Orchid II Jorong Pandan using field research methodology, library research and laboratory research, it is known that the financial data processing system is still done manually and simply. With the design of Accounting Information Systems are supported Java programming language will provide a better solution to the problems encountered. Abstract

Toko Abdillah Elektro merupakan toko yang menyediakan alat-alat elektronik yang bergerak dalam bidang jual beli. Setelah dilakukan peneltian pada bidangpengolahan data keuangan, dapat diketahui dalam pemrosesan datanya sudah menggunakan komputer tetapi masih taraf sederhana. Sehingga dalammenghasilkan laporan-laporan keuangan mengalami kesulitan baik dalam segi pengolahan maupun dari segi penyajian laporan keuangan. Oleh karena itu,untuk memberikan laporan-laporan yang cepat dan akurat penulis mengimplementasikan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic.Net 2010 dalampe mrosesan data akuntansi Toko Abdillah Elektro. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal, dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan beberapa metode penelitian yaitu penelitian lapangan, perpustakaan, dan laboratorium. Data-data yang diperoleh dibentuk dalam Aliran Sistem Informasi, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram. Dari hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat membantu Toko Abdillah Elektro dalam pemrosesan data keuangan/ akuntansi secara tepat dan memberikan hasil yaitu berupa laporan-laporan akuntansi yang berguna dan akurat bagi pemilik Toko Abdillah Elektro

Abstract

The policy of the Covid-19 Pandemic that requires working from home during the quarantine period has an impact on the productivity of lecturers because work satisfaction is disrupted due to the dual roles performed by lecturers at home. Psychological problems such as boredom, fatigue, and stress that arise during this physical distancing period require an attitude to be able to accept unpleasant situations without excessive panic, namely Qana'ah (contentment) as a psychological model that is deemed appropriate to be a factor in job satisfaction from home to Andalas University (Unand) lecturers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research on qana'ah in work is associated with performance and employee motivation. Thus, job satisfaction is about someone who loves his job, and finds accomplishment and fulfillment in it. It is also a mixture of a person's feelings and emotions about how work affects his life, including in the working from home period like today. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between qana'ah attitudes and job satisfaction from home at Unand lecturers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The planned activities that have been carried out are using a mix method, first a qualitative research method to formulate a measurement construct through open interviews with several religious leaders and Unand lecturers. Second, the quantitative stage for the trial was carried out through an online questionnaire for Unand lecturers. Third, after getting a valid item, a measuring instrument in the form of a scale is compiled and distributed online again. Fourth, making measurement applications on websites based on expert systems, so as to produce job satisfaction measurement products that can be used anytime.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the level of sales of pharmaceutical products at a Pharmacy. This is done to find out the types of products that have high and low sales levels. This study uses the C45 data mining algorithm concept that will produce a conclusion on the prediction of sales of pharmaceutical products through data processing obtained from sales transactions at pharmacies. This C45 algorithm will form a decision tree that provides users with knowledge about products that are in great demand by consumers based on sales data and predetermined variables. The final result of the C45 algorithm produces a number of rules that can identify the inheritance of a type of medicinal product. C45 algorithm is able to produce 20 types of categories that will be labeled goals based on the number of pharmaceutical products, since it can be concluded that C45 successfully defines 55% of the existing objective categories.

Abstract

Fire is a threat to human safety, property and the environment. The population is getting denser, the construction of office buildings, residential areas, industrial areas which are increasingly developing creates a vulnerability in the event of a fire that requires special handling. This study uses the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method. The WSM method is a method for solving a complex unstructured situation into several components in a hierarchical arrangement, by giving subjective values about the relative importance of each variable, and determining which variable has the highest priority in order to influence the outcome in that situation. The decision-making process is basically choosing the best alternative. Such as structuring the problem, determining alternatives, determining possible values for alleator variables, determining values, preference requirements for time, and risk specifications. The results of the research show that the use of WSM as a decision support system model for selecting the Best Members of the Lubuk Basung Fire Department can assist the admin in determining the Best Members with a multi-criteria weighting process and selection in a faster, more thorough and more effective manner, based on calculations it is found that the best members are Alternative 3 with the name Yurnaldi, S.Pd with a score of 80

Abstract

Fotografi pernikahan sebagai bagian integral dari industri kreatif. Memanfaatkan keberadaan TI, Pict Story Wedding Fotografer memilih pendekatan terintegrasi dengan merancang sistem informasi pembookingan dan keuangan berbasis web. Integrasi antara PHP dan MySQL memungkinkan pengembang untuk menghasilkan aplikasi web yang tidak hanya responsif dan interaktif, tetapi juga efisien dalam manajemen dan penyimpanan data. Kombinasi PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman server-side dan MySQL sebagai server database memberikan solusi yang tangguh untuk membangun situs web yang handal dan efektif. Proses pembookingan manual yang dominan dapat menimbulkan ketidakpastian dalam jadwal pemotretan, sementara pengelolaan keuangan yang belum terotomatisasi dapat memperlambat proses pelaporan keuangan. Tujuan penelitian adalah membangun sistem informasi berbasis web, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pembookingan dan pengelolaan keuangan Pict Story Wedding Fotografer. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan perancangan sistem informasi pembookingan dan keuangan berbasis web, diimplementasikan dengan PHP dan MySQL, memberikan konstribusi positif, memungkinkan memberi kemudahan dalam melakukan pembookingan dan keuangan di Pict Story Wedding Fotografer dengan mudah dan efisien.

Abstract

Providing Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) in Kuranji District, Padang City, is still done manually, which can result in inaccurate decisions and take a long time, so that assistance is often not on target. The solution to this problem is to use a decision support system with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method is a weighted addition that produces accurate ranking decisions. The design of this SPK application uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database, which can process data quickly and accurately for making decisions on the feasibility of receiving BLT in Kuranji District, Padang City. By implementing the SAW method, the process of determining the eligibility of BLT recipients becomes faster and more accurate. The research results show that people who are worthy of receiving BLT are those who have the five highest scores in the ranking, while those ranked below five are considered not worthy of receiving assistance. Based on the values produced by the calculation and ranking of the SAW method, this can be a reference in determining BLT recipients at the Kuranji District Head Office, Padang City. The use of the PHP programming language and MySQL database in this system supports the performance of the Kuranji District Head's Office in managing BLT recipient criteria data and storing BLT data safely, minimizing the risk of data loss.

Abstract

Apotek Medika Farma merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak pada bidang farmasi khususnya obat-obatan. Apotek Medika Farma berlokasi di Jalan Ksatria No 2, Ganting Parak Gadang, Kecamatan Padang Timur, Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Apotek ini telah berdiri dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan sekarang. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang penulis lakukan pada Apotek Medika Farma, penulis dapat menemukan beberapa permasalahan yang terdapat pada sistem yang sedang berjalan pada perusahaan ini. Permasalahan yang muncul tersebut sebaiknya Apotek Medika Farma menciptakan sebuah sistem inventory, Sistem Inventory ini sendiri nantinya akan mendata seluruh data stok obat-obatan pada Apotek Medika Farma . Sistem yang dirancang ini nantinya akan membantu melakukan perhitungan jumlah restok barang yang ekonomis / yang terbaik dalam satu periode dengan menggunakan metode Eqonomic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan titik pemesanan ulang dengan menggunakan metode Reoder Point (ROP). Dengan adanya sitem inventory ini juga dapat membantu pihak perusahaan dalam pembuatan laporan penjualan dan restok barang secara otomatis berdasarkan pengentrian data transaksi yang sudah dilakukan kepada sistem yang dirancang. Permasalahan yang dijelaskan diatas maka penulis mengangkat sebuah judul “Perancangan Sistem Inventory Stok Obat Menggunakan Metode EOQ (Eqonomic Order Quantity) dan ROP (Reorder Point) Dengan Menggunakan Bahasa Pemograman PHP Dan Database MySQL (Studi Kasus : Apotek Medika Farma )”

Abstract

BPNT (Non-Cash Food Assistance) is a government program aimed at reducing the financial burden of poor families by providing non-cash food assistance, as well as improving food security and the welfare of vulnerable and impoverished communities in Indonesia. The process of determining BPNT recipients is conducted conventionally, which often results in errors that lead to complaints from the public, as well as challenges in data collection and verification, reducing the accuracy of BPNT distribution. The aim of this research is to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and accuracy of the process for determining BPNT recipients in Padang City. The method used in this research is a combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) to generate systematic, objective decisions and reduce subjective bias in the selection process of potential beneficiaries. The data for this research were obtained through field surveys, collecting assessments related to employment, income, housing conditions, age, and the number of dependents of the respondents. The results of the research indicate that through ranking, the application of the combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) is effective in simplifying the evaluation and decision-making process, as well as identifying families who are ineligible to receive BPNT. This structured and well-documented assessment process supports the improvement of BPNT distribution effectiveness and enhances services to communities in need.
