Abstract

The design of the Ayam Rujak Hopefully Jaya website is part of the Project Based Learning (PBL) activities in the Web Design course at Padang State Polytechnic. This website is designed to help MSMEs utilize digital technology to promote their products, especially processed chicken rujak. Through an interactive and informative website, users can easily access information about products, prices, locations, as well as place online orders. This website design uses Visual Studio Code and prioritizes a user-friendly appearance to provide a comfortable shopping experience for customers. It is hoped that with this website, UMKM Ayam Rujak Hopefully Jaya can expand its market reach and increase sales significantly through online platforms, while strengthening business branding in the digital era.

Abstract

Regional financial management is the key to good governance, especially in regional autonomy that gives great authority to local governments, with high demands for accountability and transparency. The audit opinion of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) assesses the fairness of financial reports based on accounting principles. This study examines the influence of audit opinions on the financial management of Medan City, which for four consecutive years has received an Unqualified Opinion (WTP). Although it shows the quality of reporting, cases such as the Pocong Lamp and the ceramic road indicate budget inefficiency. With a Regional Financial Independence Ratio (RKD) of 41.38%, Medan City is still highly dependent on central transfers, reflecting weak fiscal autonomy. The existence of a problematic budget of 1.32% of PAD emphasizes the need for improvement. This study is expected to support the improvement of accountable, transparent, and community welfare-oriented financial management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran seni tari melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) berbasis Aplikasi Tina Adventure di kelas VB SDN 1 Tambaksogra. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang didasari oleh rendahnya keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran serta kurangnya prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran seni tari. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes yang kemudian diolah dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata keaktifan belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari skor 2,39 (kategori cukup) pada siklus I pertemuan 1 menjadi 2,5 (kategori baik) pada siklus I pertemuan 2. Selanjutnya, pada siklus II pertemuan 1 meningkat menjadi 2,71 (kategori baik), dan pada pertemuan 4 mencapai 2,89 (kategori baik). Dan berhasil meningkat target ketercapaian siswa dari 56,5% menjadi 80,85%. Peningkatan juga terjadi pada prestasi belajar siswa, yakni dari rata-rata nilai 63,7 dengan persentase ketuntasan 41% (kategori cukup) pada siklus I menjadi rata-rata 78,2 dengan persentase ketuntasan 82% (kategori baik sekali) pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, penggunaan model STAD berbasis Aplikasi Tina Adventure dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VB SDN 1 Tambaksogra.

Abstract

Jackfruit seeds have excellent nutritional quality, so they can help obtain healthy and nutritious food products. In this research, some wheat flour was replaced with jackfruit seed flour as the base ingredient for waffle cone ice cream. The amount of wheat flour added to the dough is the same as the amount of jackfruit seed flour added. Jackfruit seed flour was added after the effectiveness of using response surface methodology in the batter base for waffle ice cream. The waffle ice cream cone was made from 100% wheat flour, was considered a control, and was used to compare the waffle ice cream cone supplemented with jackfruit seed flour. Replacing wheat flour with jackfruit seed flour affects the nutritional content and characteristics of the waffle cone cream for protein content, ice cream permeability density, crunchiness, and overall acceptability. Protein content increased (14.55%) after adding jackfruit seed flour to 80% of the control level. The cone added with 60% jackfruit seed flour resulted in higher overall crunchiness and acceptability scores than other waffle ice cream cones because jackfruit seed flour has a high water/oil absorption capacity, jackfruit seed flour can be used to make other value-added food products as a substitute for wheat flour in whole or part.
