Abstract

SOPEP (Shipboard Oil Pollution Emergency Plan) is an emergency plan for oil pollution at sea and in accordance with MARPOL 73/78 these requirements are regulated in Annex I, with guidelines set by MEPC (Marine Environmental Protection Committee). The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of SOPEP in dealing with oil pollution for the safety of MT ship crews. SP 5 BSI.In this research the author used a qualitative research method, a qualitative method, namely a research method that is descriptive and tends to use analysis.The research results show that the implementation of SOPEP as a tool for dealing with oil pollution is still not appropriate. This can be proven that the ship’s crew does not understand how to use SOPEP according to applicable regulations and doesn’t understanding of how to use oil Spill prevention equipment.

Abstract

The demand for responsive and efficient customer service is a crucial aspect of enhancing customer satisfaction, particularly in Indonesian government offices abroad. To address this challenge is implementing a chatbot system based on Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory. This model can understand conversational contexts more comprehensively, enabling it to generate relevant and timely responses. This study aims to optimize chatbot performance in enhancing customer experience by implementing the Bi LSTM algorithm to handle intent classification of customer input data. Experimental results demonstrate that this model successfully improves evaluation metrics, achieving an accuracy of 84.64%, precision of 85%, recall of 85%, and an F1-score of 85%.

Abstract

Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu daerah yang paling rawan mengalami bencana alam, terutama gempa bumi. Salah satu wilayah yang rentan terhadap gempa bumi di provinsi Jawa Barat ialah kabupaten sukabumi. Desa Cipeuteuy, Kecamatan Kabandungan sebagai salah satu desa dengan potensi ancaman bencana. Maka tim KKN 18 Universitas Nusa Putra melakukan program sosialisasi mengenai mitigasi bencana, yang diharapkan dengan adanya program sosialisasi ini agar masyarakat khususnya anak-anak dapat teredukasi sejak dini mengenai mitigasi bencana dan langkah yang dapat dilakukan serta mengetahui daerah-daerah yang rawan bencana yang ada di Desa Cipeuteuy. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan di 3 (tiga) sekolah yang ada di Desa Cipeuteuy, dari sekolah SD hingga SMP. Yaitu, SDN Cipeuteuy, SMP PGRI Kabandungan, Mts Al-Amsyariah. Metode sosialisasi dilakukan dengan pemaparan materi mengenai pengertian mitigasi bencana, jenis-jenis bencana, tindakan yang dilakukan saat terjadi bencana serta pemasangan peta mitigasi bencana di kantor desa. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan dikatakan berhasil karena melebihi target peserta yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

This research examines how to manage the facilities and infrastructure found in school. The aim of this research is to determine the use and maintenance of educational facilities. This research approach is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data sources in research these are school principals, facilities and infrastructure managers, teachers and students. Data collection technique through observation of research results and discussion it can be concluded that school facilities and infrastructure Very influential on student learning outcomes, if the facilities and infrastructure available at the school complete, then learning will run optimally. Educational facilities include classrooms, media learning, tables, chairs and others. Meanwhile, infrastructure is an indirect facility functions to support learning activities such as courtyards, roads in schools. The existence of facilities and This school infrastructure is a tool to support the success of the process carried out by the school as an effort provide services to the public, because without suggestions and infrastructure in schools, the learning process will fail teaching teachers and students cannot run well and the expected results will not be achieved. The facilities and infrastructure at MSI 19 Kebulen come from government assistance channeled through Department of Religion, community assistance and foundations.
