Abstract

The utilization of software-based automation technology in the internet network distribution process is currently relatively expensive, while conventional configuration methods cause inefficient use of time, cost, and energy. The time spent is about 5 minutes for each configuration process. The waiting time for a queue of 5 customers with 1 technician is 20 minutes. This problem can be solved by applying the concept of network automation using the Zero Touch Provisioning method, which can increase time efficiency to 5 seconds for each configuration process. Additionally, the use of Priority and Round-Robin algorithms is very helpful in overcoming queue management problems, allowing the server to work according to the desired process logic. The results showed an average wait time of 7.6 seconds with a quantum value of 10. This value was obtained in the process of 5 customer queues with 1 server.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas tata kelola sekolah, khususnya dalam pengelolaan barang inventaris pada jurusan keahlian praktik seperti Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor (TSM). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi berbasis web yang digunakan untuk manajemen inventaris barang praktik. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan sistem, pelatihan pengguna, implementasi aplikasi, serta evaluasi efektivitas. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL dengan fitur-fitur utama seperti pencatatan barang, pencarian data, laporan otomatis, dan akses multi-level pengguna. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi pencatatan, akurasi data, dan kemudahan akses informasi. Guru menyatakan puas dengan sistem dan terbantu dalam proses perencanaan pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi sederhana yang dikembangkan secara partisipatif dapat memberikan solusi efektif terhadap permasalahan administrasi pendidikan vokasi. Sistem ini juga dapat direplikasi dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebagai bagian dari transformasi digital pendidikan kejuruan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The enforcement of local regulations (perda) in Dumai City has faced administrative challenges due to the continued use of inefficient manual data recording systems. This study aims to design a management information system for recording violations of local regulations at the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) as part of an internal e-Government implementation. The system development method follows an iterative approach, beginning with needs analysis through observation and interviews, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and implementation using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The developed system includes key features such as violation and advertisement data input forms, category management, graphical report visualization, and printing of report. Testing results show that the system significantly improves data recording efficiency, accelerates historical data retrieval, and enhances report accuracy. Performance evaluation indicates up to a 70% increase in efficiency compared to manual methods. Therefore, the system contributes to digital transformation within Satpol PP and can serve as a model for internal e-Government implementation in managing regulatory enforcement data at the regional government level.
